Called ahead while in psl for hookahs. The rep confirmed and even went as far as to give me estimates. Once I arrived they told me they only had water pipes which are completely different.This is why stores are going out of business. First experience was awesome. Bought a pipe and some incense. Today, the very unfriendly and unhappy Kelly decided to follow us around the store. I jokingly made a comment to my companions that she probably thinks we’re stealing as she literally was stalking us. after which she came towards us and stated “im sorry YOU people think that people think you’re stealing”One would think that a shop such as this would be open and inclusive, but Kelly decided it would be wise to refer to a group of black people as “YOU people”If she is the same woman mentioned in your other 1 star reviews, she probably shouldn’t be working aroind human beingsShe was absolutely disgusting.

Kelly was the most horrible person to deal with. She harrassed my wife and i around the store and she became extremely confrontational with another customer. Never coming back here.

The lady stocking shelves had a medical mask on, which she took off to sneeze on her hands, then went back to stocking shelves. Most of the items in the store are going to inside someone... Yikes. Also very overpriced stuff

This is the only adult store I frequent. The entire staff is informative and attentive to my needs. Store always looks excellent and different every time! My friends and I love to stop in and look around whenever we have a chance! So friendly

The male assistant manager, i did not get his name unfortunately, i should have, but he is the asst manager so, he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He is kind and considerate and very tender with the way he explains some of the toys and the way they are used. But he is also very honest. We will definantly be coming back just because of him!!!

Went in with my gf. Looked at one item that had a swing away cover. I needed to read the inside panel and got yelled at. Then the heffer acted like I opened it. Will continue using Adam and eve online since thats the kind of customer service that dump has. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a fun place.

My friends and I went there one night and the employee there was very rude us. She assumed we were there to fool around, despite the fact that we were respectful to the store and actually bought a few things. But I guess this is why online shopping is more preferred nowadays.

They dont check ID on cards for purchases - thats for sure. My debit card was stolen and was used at this store for $416.

First time checking it out, the staff has no personality, very unfriendly. Then my friends wanted to have a cigarette before we got in my car (I dont smoke) and after not even 5 minutes the girl comes out telling us we cant stay there. I told her no one smokes in my car and they were just having a cigarette before we take off she said well theres the sign there that says no soliciting. A couple was in a car 2 spots down longer than us and nothing was said. Will not be back.
