Nope, never lived there. delivered pizza here for three years, the worst address system possibly designed. at least put up signs that are clearly marked & make sense. always used to get lost. hated it. now i no longer deliver pizza, so its of no concern to me.

I have owned a manufactured home in Sun-N-Fun since 2015. The folks here are friendly and we have made a lot of great friends here. The pool is 85 degrees in the winter (nice). The facilities are kept up by the homeowners. A 9 member Board of Directors is voted on by the 235 mobile homeowners. They conduct the business for Sun-N-Fun and let the rest of us relax and enjoy the beautiful area. We have jet skis and we can launch at the free private boat ramp and have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. We are only 25 miles from several nice beaches.... Ft. Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and great fishing on the Caloosahatchee and at Lake Trafford. I highly recommend giving this friendly, low cost community in SW Florida a look if you want to be a Snowbird in the tropics.

Great place to meet friendly people, enjoy variety of games offered. There is other activities you can join in on Red hats, choirs, exercise, crafts. There is something for everyone. The staff is friendly willing to help with anything!

I like this place because they take care of everything and 100 year old grandmother lives there and she likes it there too

Park is clean and the yards are kept up. Pool is clean and nice. The dumpster are could use some work.
