Some really nice homes in this park and you own the lot. Really close to the beach ...but the traffic on san Carlos Blvd can be busy during peak season. Oh, very low HOA fees which include an outdoor pool, yard maintenance trash removal and best of all each home gets two large lots in the back of the park ( you own them) that you can park extra vehicles or even a trailer.
