I went to the Fort Myers Boat Show two years ago looking for a boat to buy and interestingly enough the most time i spent talking to someone was from the Carefree Boat Club. In the end, I signed up and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. I got to experience well maintained, clean boats that gave me a great opportunity to experience boating before I decided to make a purchase of my own boat. The staff at Carefree Boat Club are all friendly,courteous and helpful. The staff assists and answers as many questions as I had. They are prompt and helpful at the dock picking up and dropping off the boat.The owners take pride in their boats and are constantly upgrading the fleet of boats that they have.Overall and great experience and I would highly recommend them to any boater.

We would like to thank Rob, from Carefree Boat Club at Port Sanibel Marina for his quick and expert action when my husband suffered heat stroke on July 12. Rob cooled him down with a wet towel, brought ice packs and took his vital signs as we waited for the paramedics. He is studying at nursing school so he knew what to do. Thank goodness. He is an asset to the club and we are most grateful to him.

We are from the DC Carefree Boat location and we visited this Ft. Myers club over Thanksgiving and loved it! Its one of the prettiest marinas we have visited, its very tropical and lush, the dock guys were great, they were very responsive in confirming our reservation, making sure we had the right boat, giving us really good info on where to explore and what routes to take. It was super easy, they even fueled up for us. We had a great time out on the water, took about an hour ride over to my favorite place, Captiva Island, and had a very picturesque lunch on the water at the Green Flash. The boat itself was practically brand new and rode really smooth. Weve been in the boat club for over a year and we couldnt be more pleased. Its easy, convenient, always able to get a boat, all the clubs away from our home club have been great and the people are always super nice. Its the best way to enjoy a boat without the maintenance and hassle of owning.

We have enjoyed the flexibility of the Carefree Boat Club, and the selection of the boats available. For friends and family events, there is a large, fully equipped boat that they all enjoy. And when it is just my husband and I, there are two boats that work perfectly for us.

This is a great way to enjoy boating in Florida. The boats are always ready and waiting and we spend all of our time enjoying the water with no down time on maintenance.Thanks for providing a great option!
