This a great family friendly venue. I encourage anyone from all walks of life to enjoy the day here. Children of all ages have a great time and learn. It’s an overall empowering experience. Even parents have a good time. The exhibit is amazing and interactive. Really fun place and you could keep visiting and it won’t get boring. You could also learn a bunch of things
A small but very cozy zoo. Very kind, pleasant workers. It is evident how they love and care for animals. We spent only half an hour there, thats enough. The road took more time there. I think it makes sense at the visit to take private communication with animals. Or come with the school class just for learning.
I really like this Museum, they have a lot of interesting exhibits and a lot of places where my baby can play and learn something new as we play around.I didnt have time to check everything in detail, like those simulations, i tried couple of them. Will come here again, staff is very friendly and always ready to assist or help with some explanation about particular exhibit. My son and my wife were happy, thats the most important thing to me.Keep with good work!
It is the best science museum. The staffs are very friendly. The exhibitions appropriate for everyone. They were pilots, engineers, artists biologists etc. My 5 years daughter enjoyed a lot. And for us it was the right learning place to spend during our vacations. That was a really good experience. I love to repeat again to see my daughter smiling face. And my parents 73 years old also have a good time and they enjoyed the experience too. The exhibitions are designed for kids but I notice that was a really good therapy for older people special for my dad. The activities that he also participated put a smile in his face. It was better than a doctor visit. They were kids for a couple of hours. So thank you I hope we can flight again to this wonderful place.
First time coming here with our kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The staff is friendly and the exhibits are very hands-on for little curious minds. The littlest was only 3 months and even he was excited to see all the new sights and sounds. Great local family museum, would highly recommend. Cafe food is a little pricey, so I’d recommend packing a lunch and eating outside around the fountain.
I personally find it a perfect place for kids from 3 to 10 and families or for kids even elder if for the first time. The facility is a huge place of different activities, zones for different ages with a lot of hands on and learning experience. My 4 yr old loved the Everglades boat ride simulator and ambulance. I thought it would be tough for her, but I was more scared. My 7 yr old son loves Mars and other simulators and planes. Both enjoyed experiments with pressure, aquarium and outside learning and fun activities. I loved to read the boards and posters to my kids about the saving the planet and environmental issues. Demonstration material is great. We spent almost 5 hrs in the museum and it seemed that it was not enough.I loved the partnership of the museum with the Bank of America which made me some pleasant ticket savings.
Clock meets abacus meets Mousetrap TM the board game meets croquet, in one massive installation in front of the door. Pretty cool.
Watched Tenet in the IMAX. Totally awesome sound! I felt like I was vibrating in some of the battle scenes. It is well set up for the pandemic as the seats are segregated in groups of two with plenty blocked off for social distancing. Someone had a extra ticket they left at the boxe office so one of us was free!
Its called a museum, but it was more like an amazing science centre. Spent a solid day here with our kids and there was no shortage of things to do and see. Incredible amount of interactive, fun displays and exhibits. The outdoor physics exhibit was especially fun to walk through. We received free admission to this museum by virtue of having membership at our own local science centre. Check their website and call ahead to see if you share the same cross privileges should you be visiting from out of town.
Pretty good setup and kids loved it right from the entrance. The parking is shared with others and it costed us 15 bucks. The mars rover is good but has old graphics. The 7D show is good. Focus on health and nutrition was good for kids to read and learn. Spacious kids play area and experimentation places as well.
We had a great time everyone was helpful knowledgeable and friendly. The dinosaur experience was awesome my grandson enjoyed every minute of it there is so much to do and the simulators were great in all I can give 1000 stars..
Worth it for ALL ages. I have a family pass through another museum out of state and MODS is part of the reciprocal program that gives me free admission for 2 adults and 2 children. Amazing displays and hours of exploration for your little ones. My only complaint is the concession stand rarely has hot dogs, even on the weekends. My toddler knows they have them SOMETIMES, but it leads to real disappointment at the end when they have practically nothing at the concession stand. Love the otters.
Very nice museum! Very large and in need of some TLC especially their humans exhibits, the Japanese hall was beyond dusty, it felt like visiting a backwoods museum in the hills of Colombia. The information isnt all there either and some things are displayed a little bit awkwardly for 2019. Unless the exhibit is about death I really dont wanna see a Butsudan or Family Altar displayed (it would be like seeing a tombstone in an exhibit about England?) BUT!! THE REST OF THE MUSEUM IS GREAT! The science parts really are standout. The special exhibits were awesome! There were soooo many dinosaurs it was amazing! The geology section rock-ed, and things were very interactive!! Do not miss the hall of life and the blue whale! Although the taxidermy is a little strange it gives a good glimpse into how the animals fit into their native environments! Theres even some animals that have sadly gone extinct since the creation of the museum so seeing them in person was very moving. We have zoos now so seeing animals in person is much easier now than in the past, but I can see how, at the time, this must have been a marvel to see real animals in person that could not be seen. Also a place with many floors also an awesome place to Pokemon Go at! Took so many pictures!
We love the IMAX theater here; its real IMAX, not what you see at normal movie theaters. We havent made it to the museum yet, but we plan to. What we could see if it in going in/out of the theater was awesome.
Wonderful interactive museum, especially for kids! All sorts of things to play in or on with a great mix of topics. Natural science, technology, and hands on exploration. Very well set up and curated!
Informative.Educative.Engaging.Knowledge enriching.Eye opening.Fun.Family oriented edutainment.Nice place to take entire family and have good time. They have lots of activities as well as Imax movie theatre.Enjoyed visit thoroughly.
Boys (6yrs and 19m) and I LOVE this place. Not super toddler friendly but they both had an amazing time. The new science playground was a major hit with the 6yo and 19m loved loved loved watching the otters, fishes and digging in that new pit. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! :)
This place was so Much fun!! I went for my friend’s son birthday. My advice is wear comfortable shoes. There’s so much to do and things to see that u will be exhausted by the end of the day. They have a cool section for Health and they show you many cool things. How lungs work and what happens when you’re a smoker, the heart and function. Also amazing aquariums. They have a variety of fishes and the most beautiful purple lobster. They also have an area for dinosaurs which I thought it was super entertaining. U can take as many pics as you want. There’s also outside activities but I didn’t have enough time to see everything. Plenty of bathrooms around and super clean. People there was super helpful, always informed us of things to do and see so we could make our experience more enjoyable.
The museum is getting a little run down and things are not working. The staff are not engaging at all and spend their time sitting on the benches and not helping. With that said the kids loved it. They would not know the difference. They learnt a lot and had fun.Park in the parking a cross the street for about $1.40 / hour. We spent 3 hours and we still did not get to experience everything.
This is my sons favorite place to be! There is so much to experience and do here, it will take awhile to go through all of it. We have been there three times this year and find something new each time that we didnt know was there last time. The staff is amazing and very informative, they all care about the childrens experience at the museum. I witnessed children at the turtle encloser asking questions to their friends and a friendly staff member over heard and helped answer their questions. I like that they leave you to enjoy the museum but are also there to help you learn the most about the exhibits. The fantastic IMAX is here as well, my son went with his class and he cant wait to see another film here. Maybe for his birthday coming up since the tickets and food are a bit pricey. You arent allowed to bring anything into the theater unless you buy it at the concession. Everything else goes into their a locker at the entrance. I hope this helps answers any questions, it is a fantastic place to bring the whole family of all ages and a perfect place to cool down and spend the day.
Pretty cool. Sort of a traditional science museum and a kids museum. They have some ride like exhibits upstairs like a virtual plane or mars rover simulator, but on the day we went several were not working or being repaired.
Best Childrens museum I have ever seen. There is soooo much to do. You could easily spend and entire day and still not do every activity they have to offer. I would recommend checking this out for every one.
My kids loved this place.however it was VERY pricey. $43 for myself and a toddler who couldnt really even do any of the small rides or understand a lot of what they had.in NY I think we paid half this for the science and discovery museum and there was a lot more for smaller children.nothing for the baby here at all just fyi..its reallymore for around 8 year olds.
This used to be closer to a three star when I was a kid, but there have been so many improvements over the years that it has gotten way better. There are lots of play areas for younger kids plus an outdoor exploration area. Its all updated and fresh. The otter tank is pretty neat as well. My boys thoroughly enjoyed playing here and walking around touching everything. There are field trips here and sometimes can find discount tickets. You can easily spend 2-3hrs here. Id bring some snacks to eat partway through your visit or afterwards. Its a little hard to keep an eye on multiple kids here, but there are employees who walk around and can help you find them if they get out of view. So maybe bring a stroller and dress your kids similarly in a easily recognizable color.
This building is large and 2 story. The open space was very welcoming - filled with games and prototypes. Children were having fun. I love the Everglades Simulation the most. I love the zoo too. It is a good idea to have the Information Cinema - as a tourist I enjoyed myself and went out more knowledgeable than I came.
It is a must visit place if you have kids under 12. Staff is friendly. The place is super well kept. Parking across the museum on the street is just 2 dollars an hour or less. We spent almost 4 hours and went through every free-exhibit included in our base tickets. We did not feel like the upgrade was worth it for the remaining exhibits. Restrooms are clean. Cafe is a cold/stocked food only. The places around the museum are expensive so BEWARE. May want to stock up on snacks for the kids.
Kids had a blast.. many of the exhibits were not working and the staff wasnt very helpful or knowledgeable regarding how things actually work. Outdoor space was awesome!
Fun spot to take kids. Some of the interactive activities are broken but they have several cool other ones that do work. Best for kids between 3-12
Great place to learn some new things about the wild life around Florida. There are also a lot of brain teasers on the second floor that are challenging. A lot of things to learn from space and aerodynamics along with health.
They have a lot of fun exhibits that your kids can touch! We also were there during the Superhero exhibit, which was very cool! They even had a T.A.R.D.I.S.! There is an aquarium, a play area indoors with a bubble station and things to climb on and an interactive outdoor play area with experiments with music, water, tug of war and other neat stuff. They also have a lot of different types of airplanes and rockets that you can sit in and check out. They have a place to build things with giant foam like blocks, and there are some VR rides you can go in. They have an IMAX theater too. It has several with various science themes and also theater that plays hollywood movies as well. Downstairs there is a snack bar and seating area, but if you want a full meal it is within walking distance to several good restaurants and nearby Riverwalk. I dont think we even saw all there was, but we are definitely going back soon.Tip: During the summer there is a fun pass where you get unlimited visits to Museum of Discovery and Science, Lion Country Safari, Miami Zoo and Miami Seaquarium.
Grat place for science and medical enthusiastic people. There is an IMAX theater where 3d documentary will be showed. Ither than that lot of health realted exhibits which includes real lungs, artificial replacement parts, model of surgery robots, provides helth technology and information with hands on activities.Physics themed activity focusing on flying techniques, aeroplane models and real parts.Displays all the mineral ores.. fishes and marine life
It was nice, the activities were good for all of us (my kids are 3 and 6). We are military family and we received discount to enter.Location is ease to access (we got the brightline from Miami and walked less than 10min).
We always have a great time when we come! The exhibits are well-kept, always clean, and functioning properly. Everything is interactive and great for all ages, from toddlers to adults! The live shows/encounters are informative and fun, and the rides are even more fun! The outdoor section is also super fun! The museum is also a participating location for the Summer Savings Pass, which makes it a great value!
My boys attended camp at MODS and they loved it! Great activities while learning all day.
We spent some good time around the museum. A lot to do and you can really put your hands on science and discover how things work. They had the SuperHero theme right now and you could even find your x-ray vision while there. Couldn’t take it with you, tho
5 stars overall because If you are reading this, you and your kids will have an amazing time here. There’s no doubt about that! Just go, you won’t regret.Having said that, let’s go into details...Pros: super big area, with many things to do, even you have an outside park (which is incredible as well) Check the pictures I’m posting... they are incredible and both kids and adults will have a great time. Getting the annual pass if you live in the area it’s also convenient and they give you a free toy as gift.Cons: some experiences are not well maintained. The food court is small and no many options (Indeed the subway is going out of business in 2 days) Also after midday start getting super crowded.
Its a great place for kids to explore and experiment. Its so many things to do and learn. From air to land. Weather to animals. Yogi can even go to the movies! More than one trip required!
Good to check out once, but thats about it. Definitely need to upgrade that space ride - this aint the 1970s, man! Haha...
Disappointed in this place, while its really neat they had no ability at handling crowds and didnt deal well with the other people visiting + the massive amount of field trip kids there. The field trip kids destroyed the place, pushed my kids down, hogged all activities so we couldnt do anything and the staff didnt even try to pick it up ruining the experience for the rest of us. I expressed my concerns to a staff member at the desk and wasnt offered any kind of refund or free tickets for the next visit.
It’s an ok Science museum, lots of stations. We visited on a Monday afternoon off-season so we were pretty much the only ones there. There were a couple of stations that didn’t work, maybe because it’s the off season. Parking in this area is all pay as you go, although the lot next to the museum has a museum rate of $6 until 5pm. We paid our admission but my son didn’t feel good so husband had to take him home so he didn’t get much out of it, maybe was there for 1 hour, and there are no refunds (*edit we were issued a refund due to our situation). At the moment, there’s no cafe which greatly limits how long parents with kids can stay here and the choices of food right outside are pretty limited to kfc and maybe one or two other things, but you need to keep your ticket to get back in. The outdoor play area is pretty unique compared to other children’s museum, though when it’s really hot outside it doesn’t offer too much shade (which I think contributed to son’s heatstroke). I liked all the floridascapes with aquariums and the keva blocks building station. We would visit again if we’re back in the area and hopefully can stay longer.
I enjoyed the museum, it was a little dated, but fun for my kids. Even though the the place is small, my kids(12 &14) were entertained for 90 minutes. I do recommend this museum for younger kids, their is more stuff for them. I bought the first matinee of the day, and got free tickets to the museum, which was pretty cool. The Imax theater was cool, and we had fun!
This is a nice museum for the kids to explore. It has great rides, hands on activities, a variety of Floridian animal species on display, and its own AutoNation IMAX theater.
Been members for a few years and has always been an educational and entertaining experience. There IMAX theater is also quite impressive. Love visiting during events. Highly recommend
Brought my 2 yr old here and we had a BLAST!! Plenty to do for his age, we spent the whole day there! They also had snacks and drinks for purchase and a awesome gift shop!!! We now go as often as possible cause there’s so much to learn and see.
Even at 25% capacity during COVID19 its an exiting place to take the kids.
An amazing hands on learning environment... Great for young and old. Lots to do for hours!! Different areas for different interests.. from love animals to engineeringhows it work to plane aerodynamics. Highly recommend!! Not cheap though. Few specialty rides inside area cost extra.
It was a lot of fun for our 2nd grade field trip. They have interactive shows and lots for the kids to do and learn. Great friendly staff.
Great place to spend the day with the kids, lots to do.The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is that some of the ride attractions are a little worn out and outdated (but still fun) And the snack bar (which is not in the museum but out by the theatre) has extremely limited choices.
This Museum is an amazing place to go and every time I went I had a great time
Many a low days and nights, back when my son and I were close and I still had love for Pamela, we used to visit the museum together, as a family. It was the best of times, seeing the exhibits, riding the airboat ride, spending glorious moments seeing the Great Geavity Clock in all of its glory. But now, in the brutal present; one of my few fleeting joys in life is coming to the museum with my son. We get to spend time together that is out of the creeping eye of Pamela and her Dark Lord. The time is cherished, watching the otters playing is always a good time. One day, I arrived at the museum with my son, to spot Pamela there with her new fiancé and his children. This was one of my few days alone with Johnathan, so I ignored her. But part of me knew that night was coming to Tallahassee. As we were enjoying the Ecoscapes exhibit of the museum, my son and I remarked at the size of the Lobster and the plentiful amount of Day Geckos. The new dinosaur traveling exhibit was thrilling and educational. Learning about these great beasts of the past teaches us more about what we will face in the end times.I love coming to this museum, if you have children it is an excellent place to spend a day.
Excellent museum, very interactive and engaging. The Imax and admission combo is a great value.
Beautiful. A world class attraction right here in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. A total gem and focal point for the surrounding area. Very nice parking garage accross the street. The museum is stunning, informative, and alot of fun.
They sell some of the most amazing stuff.
It’s nice for little kids. a little boring for older adults but that’s expected. i love the animal area but there aren’t any names for the animals in the tanks
So many great memories here including my 11th Birthday! Love all the exhibits and of course the IMAX. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they do some great updates very regularly to keep things fresh and exciting. Absolutely love this place. #fortlauderdale
Its a really good museum with couple of rides activities to engage kids n learn u ll need a full day to spend there to enjoy all activities. money well spent
The entire area which encompasses the museum, the 3D iMax theater, The Broward Center For The Performing Arts, the boating arena and neighboring restaurants was a great experience.I went to see Shen Yun and had a very good time.
My kids are are 12 and 7 and this place managed to keep them both entertained the whole 4 hours we were there...which if wasnt that they were closing they would of happily stayed longer. My son even asked if we could come back tomorrow. Great fun, friendly staff and a very fair price. Thankyou all.
My son had a great time amazing place
Love this place & I take the kids every time we visit Ft. Lauderdale. There are so many exhibits & interactive things for the Kurds to do while they are learning. We love looking at all the animals, especially the otters. You have to get a picture in the sharks mouth & under the mammiths foot!
My two daughters loved everything about this museum. The indoor Everglades ride was a blast! The IMAX 3D theater was great. The gift shop has so much to choose from. Theres also a Subway and Auntie Annes attached to the museum or walk to nearby pubs and bars for a meal. The outdoor science park is wonderful! Definitely visit!!
I have been coming here since I was a tiny human! Love being able to bring my kiddos here. All the neat different types of animals on the bottom floor are amazing - and all the learning activities on the second floor are awesome! It’s a great place to bring children of all ages. Staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very welcoming. Somebody is almost always smiling at you! They have a pretty neat gift shop too.
It’s very tough to keep my little one thoroughly entertained on vacation, especially for consecutive hours, but the Museum of Discovery and Science achieved that. A great mix of fun experiments disguised as activities, flight simulators, rides, movies, and an outdoor area too! This is one of the best children museums I’ve ever been to and I plan on definitely making a return visit next time we’re in Florida.
Had an absolute blast here! There are so many fun things to do here that will keep you engaged for hours! This museum has a lot more animals than I thought they would and that was really fun to me and then you go upstairs and there is so many fun little interactive things that you can do. I highly recommend if you are in the area to check this place out you wont be disappointed especially if you have children!
So much fun! Lota to learn and discover!
Museum is smaller than Orlando Science Center but much newer + a great outdoor playground! And its very ENVIRONMENTALLY cautious.1st full weekend of the month FREE for Bank of America cardholders
Awesome option to entertain the kids, especially on rainy days. The membership option makes sense if you live in the area as kids love to come back. It’s a bit more than you can experience in one day, and the exhibits change so there are reasons to come back. Some of the attractions are fairly physical and kids burn calories. The shows are good and there are a few exotic animals and insects to check out as well. We probably make it every couple of months for a weekend afternoon.
We had never been to Hollywood Florida and decided to come for a weekend vacation and had the best time ever at any place we have been! The Hands-On stuff is outstanding and educational and fun at the same time. The staff were all friendly and helpful even when I lost my cell phone twice once in the museum and the other time in the IMAX. The prices are great especially if you get the combo package with the movie... Hint hint
Always a great place to visit. The IMAX movie about the dinosaurs in Antarctica was an added bonus.
Cute but disappointingHalf of the 1st floor was closed for a gala. You would think they would tell you this BEFORE you spend $60 to get in. But they did they us we could come back in 30 days for free...too bad we are out of state. What a shame. The coolest parts of the museum we didnt get to see because it was closed off. Not worth the money for what we saw.
A great place to enjoy with the whole family...even the teenagers. So many things to explore and learn. Its great especially on a rainy day when you cant go to the beach. My favorite is the otters. They are super playful.
The kids had so much fun, very good and Educational for kids, they also have nice rides and animals, we spend 3.5 hours easy, they also have activities for kids and crafts to do.Definitely recommend.
Very Interactive way for the children to learn. My kids never get tired of coming here because there is just so much for them to do. There are always new exhibits and shows every few weeks. There are not many Childrens Museums in the Fort Lauderdale area so I am glad this Museum is conveniently located. Museum of Discovery and Science is part of the Museums on Us benefit for Bank Of America card holders every first full weekend of each month. I love to get in to places for free so this opportunity/experience is great in so many ways.
After years of being members this place is finally stepping up the game. Super happy with this new flight related addition. Kids loved the interactivity of every piece!
Good hands on place, especially for the younger kids. Glad we didnt pay at the ticket for the 7D ride because it ended up being free when we got upstairs. Im glad we went, but probably wouldnt go back.
Had a good time with the kids. A lot of great stuff for kids and adults. Not an all day thing though. Street parking was hard to come buy and garage is expensive ($12) but hey its downtown...
Very fun... It has lots of different experments that teach kids about hurricane and other amazing stuff. There is also lots of different animals such as fish. I strongly suggest you go there because it is a great learning experience.
Wonderful! Theres alot to see and do here. Wear comfortable shoes theres alot of walking. Staff is nice and professional.
Definitely this museum is very cool, this place has a lot of experiments and you have the oportunity to touch everything insideThey have also few real mini zoo with animals, insects and fish.Kids love this place. They offer also summer camps programs and also they have a movie theater insideIs one of the best options in Fort Lauderdale to have fun with kids
Magnificent place to learn and actually enjoy it.
Awsome visit! Got an anual membership to come back when visiting the area! The also habe an imax & a cafeteria! So many activities, great & interactive for kids 3 and up ( my opinion ) we havent even made it to the second floor! So many much to do!
Its a nice place and very educational. My only issue is its pretty small for a lot of money. It cost 53$ for my husband, myself, and our 2 year old son. Son had a lot of fun in the airplane exhibit and thought the aquarium was pretty cool. I just wish there was more to do.
Had an excellent time! Many things to do an experience. There are a wide variety of animals and attractions. I would definitely recommend. Also the have private rooms for parties.
This review is going to be primarily based on a recent event that was held by the museum which was called Sleep At The Museum: Olaf’s Frozen Science. The idea of taking the kids to see Frozen 2 and spending the night at the museum originally sounded like it would be a blast! However, based on how the museum hosted the event, it was very much the opposite. To start, the event paperwork and museum itself stated that the museum would begin to let people into the museum beginning at 6:30pm. My family and I arrived at around 6:10pm to find that several families had already been allowed in the museum and they were continuing to let them in. This was extremely frustrating because we had called the day before as well and were told that it was a strict 6:30pm let in. This of course caused us to miss out on choosing any good spot because the families had already been in there. When it began time for the movie, we all lined up and to our surprise saw several people who were not participating in the overnight event coming in to see the movie as well. Once again, we confirmed with employees at the museum that this was supposed to be a private showing prior to buying the tickets. Others in line had the same complain as well. Now to the cleanliness, which pertains to not only this visit but something that has been observed several times in the past as well. There were several cockroaches running around on the floor of both the movie theater but also the museum floors as well. When it came time to go to bed, there were multiple cockroaches observed climbing around on the exhibits. Also, the bathrooms were not well taken care of at all. They were filthy and not maintained during the event including trying to just get the toilet paper replaced. Finally, we get to the exploring of the museum which was allowed from 10pm to 12am. This would have been great to explore around during closed hours but the fact that other guests had their sleeping items taking up almost every major exhibit made it nearly impossible to explore the museum. Also, several people were sleeping in areas that were not allowed based on the map that was provided by the museum but when speaking to museum employees they chose to do nothing about it.All in all, my family and I are extremely disappointed in this event and the museum staff that were running it. Hopefully the museum sees this and chooses to reach out as I have some additional feedback for them as well.
Not a fan of it. Actually not bad for kids.
So much fun! We bought annual passes. Sincere they added the outdoor part and the otters its so much fun! We go often.
Interesting museum. However, the flight simulator ride was deceiving. After paying, when already inside, we were told it was not actually a flight simulator but instead it was operating in roller coaster mode. The operator of the ride was also very vague and borderline rude when informing he was not responsible for switching operating modes for the ride. Some of the attractions are also in need of maintenance. It is still worth going though.
Incredible Museum, exhibits appropriate for ALL ages & great place for a rainy day!!
Spent the day on river walk. Ft Lauderdale
Excellent for children up to the age of twelve or thirteen. The museum has lots of fun interactive exhibits, some simple, some more advanced. The IMAX 3D educational movies take the whole experience to a level of unforgettable. Its possible to visit all exhibits within a few hours in a single day. We only saw one otter swimming when we went. There are two mini rides that kids enjoy without much wait time when we were there (at the same time as a class trip). The petting zoo is pretty standard, but there are other exhibits like the storm simulator that are unique to give it a unique experience overall. Would go again.
Do not waste your money paid full price for more than half of the exhibits to be closed all exhibits worth going to see are closed and they still charge full price they need to just close down we will never return to this museum again
The best deal here is the annual membership. You can visit at off hours and have the place to yourself and also get unlimited 3D short movies at the little theater inside. This is getting a little outdated after 25 years in5hus building but the new outside area is a great addition.
VERY kid friendly and interactive, but was enjoyable enough for two adults as well. Have fun learning! Would definitely be a great place for family adventures especially if you have a 5-12 yr old. I do wish there was a lil but more for adults though.
Such an amazing museum, especially for families! We did go without any kids and still had a blast. $19 for adults, and less for kids, seniors, and military. Very nice staff and volunteers!
My boys had a great time playing with the exhibits
Fun place to go with the family. However for the price it was a quick exhibit. Took us 1 hour to see everything.
An exciting place that is very hands on and you can play to learn on almost everything
Just take your kids to this fantastic science museum and they will have a blast plus they will learn few cool facts and don’t miss the 3D movie it’s awesome . Staff are very profesional and organize.
Great, diverse selection of exhibits and—as a pleasant surprise—3 rides! The IMAX theater is amazing as well. The only issue is that it’s very pricey. If you live in the area, a Membership is the way to go. If not, the cost hurts a bit, but at least it goes to a great experience as opposed to some horrible tourist trap
