I love living here. We are overlooking the water off the seawall. The community is very quiet and theres a bird and wildlife sanctuary across the water so there are an abundance of different species of birds all the time. Its wonderful!

New resident. We are pleased to make this our new home. The owner Jim has provided timely help in any new owner remedies at his expense. The people are friendly as a 55 and over community. The grounds are well maintained And pets are leashed and controlled. The pool and rec room and fishing are favored amenities. We are pleased to be residents and give a highly favorable review. Living at Cypress Creek Mobile Home Country Club youll find it to be affordable, convenient to commuting and shopping. Minutes to beaches, and the fishing is as close as your doorstep. Availability isnt easy to come by for a reason.

Sounds like a great deal. Theyll hurry up and finance you and the minute youre a week late you will lose all of your investment run far away!! They will not do maintenance for anything, they will raise your rent 30 days after moving in! Not to mention trailer parks will be obsolete very soon! Not to mention its so noisy!!!!! Bums and street walkers screaming outside all night!!

Stay away, dont even bother buying.... friend of mine (70+ year old) lived there and owned her property for 20 some years, owner took the land from her. She had no money to fight him in court and lost her home. Dont finance either through him, once you buy from the owner on his financing terms, he will take your mobile home back from you after you finish paying it and screw you anyway. The manager is in on it too. Run away from here.... dont walk.... run! Karma will bite him one day real soon.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Cypress Creek Mobile Home park and its management. The location is great, close to beach and I-95.

Great place to live I have been here 6 months my mom 7 yrs very well ran park great neighborhood the owner Jim and staff Terry are so helpful will not tolerate any drugs or troubled people everyone has a back ground check it’s a very safe nice park highly recommend! We have no troubles her at all iam a widow of 3 yrs and everyone looks out for on another!

Not the best place

Not recommend for families with kids. Went there to check, didnt fell comfortable on the area. The mobile home I saw was terrible. For me, no star at all.
