Stache Drinking Den + Coffee Bar is a cute cocktail bar tucked away in the same area as Majordomo. There is no signage for the bar so if you arrive at a building with a security guard standing outside near Majordomo, youve probably arrived at Stache Drinking Den + Coffee Bar. Theres also a parking lot behind the building.

Phenomenal spot for a chill get together. The den upstairs and outside seating gives a great view to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The staff is friendly, making sure we were always in a good mood. I had the pleasure of attending Ricky Williams Super Bowl Party here for my first time and this will surely not be my last.

We were there for an industry event and had a terrific time. The service was great and the setting is classic. Anita was one of the bartenders on and as a person working in busy bars all my life I was amazed at her quick work while still maintaining great rapport with all of the guests!

Stopped in for a coffee on our way through town. The coffee was well made and we loved the ambiance. I wish we lived in town to explore this place a little better.

Stache is a very cool upscale bar and restaurant. The location is great. The bar has a tremendous selection... Its literally 3 stories tall. The food is great. It has 2 levels including a pool table upstairs. Good music and a good vibe. I have been to great private parties there too. I highly recommend it!!

I came here twice. First, it was a night out with some friends, and the place was packed. Not my cup of tea, but I reckon it was good for a night out. Later, I returned for a company party, and the place was reserved only for us. Loved the decoration and again enjoyed the drinks the bartender was preparing for me.

We hosted out weddings after party here. Theres a room upstairs with a separate bar and a billiards table that a lot of people dont know about. Its called the library. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and they were very prompt in calling me back and werent pushy with the sales tactics. 13/10 would recommend

I never knew Ft Lauderdale had its own little speakeasy until a couple months ago. And man, is it a good one. Allow me to introduce you to Stache, a great locals spot, and hidden gem. It masquerades as a coffee shop during the day, but on Thursday through Saturday evenings (into the night), its a great place to spend some time.Arriving early to the Trombone Shorty show at Revolution, allowed me the opportunity to first venture into Stache. And ever since then, Ive been wanting more. It is a very cozy venue, boasting great music and ambience, and exceptional drinks and service. On the nights when the party is particularly jumping, theres an upstairs bar, with a separate lounge overlooking the stage, as well as a pool table.The bartenders are exceptional, especially Tamara. The bar sports different daily concoctions with fresh, interesting ingredients, but they can pretty much make anything you ask for. Ive been requesting many an Old Fashioned, and Tamara had found ways to put new spins on an old favorite. The drinks are a little pricey, but the 2 for 1 Happy Hour can help you out with that.The live music is also pretty varied, but always entertaining. I have enjoyed every single performer and performance that I have seen. I will share some videos for you to experience them yourself.If youre looking for a great place to get you in the partying mood and get your weekend started off right, be sure to check out Stache. They do a little bit of everything amazingly well.

An incredible Oasis of libation in a cool location. The inside of Stache is just a perfect place to have a drink, period. I attended for a Whiskey event that was awesome. The bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable about whiskey. The bar itself was spotless clean, the bottles all looked super clean and fresh, the seats are comfortable, the bathrooms are great. Honestly a true a gem. The event was amazing as well with offerings from 3 great Distilleries pouring some very expensive spirits. I would definitely Uber here as going home may be a blur.

Really great vibe, tasty drinks, awesome music but they charged me twice. Called to speak with someone about the double charge during their listed business but no one answered or returned my call. Thought this place would have been classier than the rest. Must just be a bunch of bros running the usual Fort. Liquordale money trap. Wont swipe a card here ever again.

Very nice place with great drinks and the bar staff was amazing. Anita has to be one of the best bartenders Ive ever seen in action really knew how to play to the crowd and serve drinks quickly.

If youre looking for a coffee spot and place to meet up prior to a morning meeting this is great! The brista super helpful and its a friendly quiet space. I suspect if your meeting goes very well you could come back later

Not only an awesome place to have a few drinks in Fort Lauderdale, but a killer wedding venue as well! Laura and her team are so helpful, and photographing a wedding here was such a cool experience.

Stache was an amazing spot to host a small wedding party. They graciously offered up the library upstairs and the vibe in there was perfect. Would definitely recommend Stache as a very unique and relaxed atmosphere thats great for a quick drink or a nice gathering

A highly adaptable speakeasy space that can service a multitude of different needs. There’s a coffee bar, a whiskey tasting a wall to back it, a library, a pool hall, outdoor balcony and patio on the first and second floor, a main stage, a DJ booth, and packed with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that has a can do attitude and has produced it all several times over. You’re in good hands there, for sure. Whether your just going for a drink at your local trendy bar or hosting a private specialty event, stache is definitely there to show it’s guests a good time.

Great setting, great ambiance, great decoration, and great mood. If youre looking for a cool 20s themed speakeasy bar, this is the place. Be careful to research which night you plan on going on, because the vibe can change drastically from one night to the next, depending on what they have scheduled.

Lounge bar with a chill vibe. DJ spinning cool tunes. Didnt get to try any of their cafés, but will be back to try the next time Im in the area.

Panther coffee in the morning. A drinking establishment at night. Wouldnt change a thing.

Nice cozy spot that see’s less traffic than some of the other bars, so less crowded if that’s your speed.

First time there for the inaugural reception of the out film festival, it had good service with a very friendly, professional crew. The place has two floors with bars,it is fun, cozy.

Very cool bar tucked away from the main road, vast selection of drinks, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. They rotate DJs hourly which play a variety of music.

We were at Stache for a whiskey and bourbon event . This space would be great for other events and private parties . We live in Miami but can see how this place for a private event like engagement party or wedding reception would be Ideal . I lived in broward years ago but I think this space was where the club China White or china club ………..something like that used to be here .

Great cocktails and ambiance! It’s always a fun night at this beautiful cozy spot with delicious food and drinks! The coffee bar is a real delicious treat too! They serve delicious gourmet coffee! Excellent tequila tasting tonight

If a zero star was possible I would have selected that. Their website had no event listed for 6/7. Social media said svedka party at 7pm but open. Showed up at 6 for happy hour. Was advised they are setting up so we couldn’t have a drink. Not only could we not enjoy happy hour or a drink but we were told we could not even be inside and was told to go back outside immediately bc they needed to set up. Worst part was being kicked out and it was pouring rain. She said we could stand on the patio but it looks “a little wet”. Absolutely the worst in customer service and will never return.

Do not know how I have never heard or visited this place before! Everyone there is amazing with great energy to keep the party going. Fun place to have private events or just have fun during the weekend.

Went to a reggae night that they host every Thursday. The vibe was right. Great drinks served from a beautiful bar.

We went for a FLPD fundraiser and had a great time. Music was good and drink service was damn decent considering the poor bar tenders were slammed the entire night.

Awesome as a date night spot. The second level has a pool with great bartenders. There is a uniquely decorated lounge area. The atmosphere is relaxed yet upscale which is nice when youre trying to avoid some of the more packed clubs and bars in the area. The first level is definitely for anyone looking for a somewhat crowded clubbing experience. The second level is for those who just want to enjoy craft and traditional cocktails in an intimate setting.

Stache is a cool place, hidden away on a side street downtown. The concept is that you have to know its there, in order to know its there.The interior is great, fashioned after the speakeasies of the 1920s. There is a huge bar downstairs and a smaller one upstairs. The drinks are amazing, but they are also expensive and on the small side.I love the smaller sitting rooms upstairs, where you can escape some of the high volume music from below. They have comfy leather seating in a library type room.There are some interesting stage shows, loosely based on the burlesque theme.If you need something to eat, there is a guy by the entrance that makes terrific crepes at a reasonable price. The only glitch is that he is a party of one and the process is slow.

Really wanted to like this place. Very cool vibe and aesthetics. Unfortunately a single pour of Cassamingos Reposado was the stingiest pour I have ever seen. Cold brew coffee was great and the guy behind the counter was friendly. The biggest issue came in the way of one individual. I would guess it is one of the owners or a regular based on the way he walked behind the bar. The guy was 100% a loud talker but add to that he was yelling into his Bluetooth headset. And I do mean yelling. Then when not on the phone he was yelling or loud talking with a group of regulars. Ruined the visit. Wont be back.

Amazing craft cocktails! My wife and I were looking for an upscale experience with expertly crafted libations. The exterior wasnt impressive as it is nestled in a typical bar/club strip (not our kind of scene) and we almost didnt bother. We were so glad we did! Each drink was perfectly balanced with sweet sour bitters and herbs. My first was a smokey old fashioned with flamed orange essence in a maple smoked glass. My wife had a vodka drink with sage and lemon. Each drink was unique and delicious. Look for Anita, shes truly an artist! Btw, they have the best whiskey selection I have ever seen - a bourbon lovers paradise. The food plates were also delicious (try the chicken and waffle sliders!)

I love Stache. Easily my favorite bar. Enormous selection of whiskey. Good variety of other stuff. Friendly (but busy) bartenders, great drinks, and decent prices. Remember kids, youre ordering from a mixologist - not a dollar draft. Quality costs a little more.

My favorite spot in FTL with a Miami dance music vibe. The decor and vibe is super cool. With the main room, upstairs loft and 2 outdoor patios you can spend hours partying or relaxing your way.

I decided to Winter in South Florida this year but had trouble finding a good whiskey cocktail bar without going into Miami until I discovered Bar Stache. The gentlemen behind the bar had extensive knowledge of their products and drink recipes. I highly recommend this place for a week night. I tried a weekend one time and it was packed. While it was beautiful and entertaining, I prefer the quieter nights with great drinks.

Bartender was excellent. Drinks were interesting and good. Venue worked for conference except for the neighbor bar testing their sound system OVER the top of our speaker. Only an issue if you have a speaker talking.

I was introduced to this place by a friend. This has to be the best coffee bar in South Florida. The vibe here is incredible. The staff is incredibly pleasant. Wish that I can give them more than 5 stars.

Great craft drinks.

Pricey speak easy for interesting cocktails and craft beer. Upstairs there is a pool table, there is frequently a DJ or live music. Decor is above and beyond any other club in Florida.Look for the black mustache logo on the street, it is a speak easy so there is no title or give away that they sell alcohol until you get inside.

Awesome little spot downtown fort Lauderdale. Its set up like a speak easy. They have awesome drinks and great coffee. They have Djs and shows every once in a while. Its worth checking out next time you are in town. There is a parking garage across the street with cheap parking. Or you can find a spot along the street and pay the meter.

One of the better venues in the area for post college post-20s crowd. Cool atmosphere. Good music sometimes too.

Attended their Stranded and Stripped Luau party. Amazing food, the drinks were delicious and the party was a lot of fun. Will definitely attend more functions at this venue.

Friday November 3rd was 80s night, it was off the chain!! We had an awesome time!

Fave place to get Panther Coffee! The male barista, I believe his name is Greg, makes the perfect latte.

The Pros-1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.It has an upscale New York speakeasy vibe. Dimly lit,standing tables throughout with couches in the corner,floor to ceiling bookshelf. Oddities and figurines on the built-in bookshelves upstairs. The bathroom looks the same as it did when Stache was still Greenroom (I miss Greenroom so much!).Lots of room to move around when events arent going on (it can still get packed pretty easily).2. The drinks are well made, although if you order one of their signature cocktails, expect to pay up. They run $13+ each.3. They throw a lot of themed events, and burlesque shows, and they play pretty good music. I like when they throw Black Friday type events (circa Green Room days)4. Its easy to move their furniture aside later at night when the music picks up, so its easy to get a dance floor going.5. Its close to everything. If you want a change of pace, you can walk outside and next door to the other clubs or pick up a slice of pizza nearby.Cons:1. Parking.You can pay to park in the parking garage ($10-20), in front of the venue, or through valet. The venue is in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, so expect typical downtown Ft Lauderdale clusterfuc*s if you drive down during prime hours.2. The people.Every. single. time. I go to Stache, Im accosted by drunk, aggressive patrons whove had too much to drink. Security should stay more vigilant since its *really* easy to spot these overly drunk people, and bartenders could try a little harder to not over-serve. I was physically pushed and threatened by a really drunk, angry man who wouldnt take no for an answer when I asked him repeatedly to stop pushing into me. I was standing with my drink at one of the tables, and he wouldnt stop pushing into me with his butt while he danced. I had to physically push him off of me after he nearly pushed me and the table with all of our drinks over, then he put his fingers in my face and screamed at my fiance that he would end us and the bar did nothing when I reported it to them.That same night, two men who also had way too much to drink wouldnt stop pulling at the skirt of my dress while I was dancing. I asked them to stop multiple times and they just laughed.These types of stories literally happen every time I go to Stache, so unless Im with a group of friends and there is a specific event I want to go to, I feel unsafe and weary of going in.

Amazing atmosphere we had a really good time the service at that bar and over all was really good we drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to come here and it was definitely worth it definitely coming back

Had a great time here last weekend. Truly a beautiful room with great staff that served some of the best hand crafted cocktails Ive had in a long time. Finally a up scaled night club / lounge I can feel comfortable at in the downtown fort lauderdale area.
