Blanden Memorial Art Museum

Pretty casual. I enjoyed myself here. If you live in FD you dont know this place exists. If you do you are laughing cause you know why.

We had a blast at the 2019 Art Festival. All the vendors were very nice, not pushy, and even the free activity staff was very kind. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere.

We love this place! Pam and Hope are both AWESOME, and do a great job of making things interesting for the kiddos. Be sure to check out the free family art classes the first Saturday of each month! Its a come & go event which runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please be considerate and bring a small amount of money to donate to the museum.

My son úsed to show h is art here. Wéñt off to çollege. Añd is living a wónderful life wíth his wife and my three grandaúghters, ín Hoústón. Íll always ßay good thingß about óur Art muesum.

True treasure of what is beautiful...

It was a fairly quiet museum when we visited, but there were some impressive pieces included in the collection. And, because of the scarcity of people at the time, we enjoyed talking with the friendly staff about some of the pieces. I recommend a stop here for sure!

Great museum for the young and old! Kid art classes are available on select weekends that are great for children to express their imagination and creativity!

Smallish. Staff was very friendly and there are some nice pieces to see but it seemed to be more for local folks rather than tourists

Its a cool place, full of cool paintings, and artistic things, jewelry. I had one of the best times there.
