Arsenal Colorado has been such a disappointment. We are new to soccer and decided to enroll our 10 year old in the 10u Recreation League. For FUN, you know... to help foster an interest in the sport.Instead, what our son got was placed on a recreation team that was forced to play against fully formed competitive teams (teams that were paying to play down in the recreation league instead of staying in the competitive division.) It came to our attention that Arsenal allows this behavior... I assume for the money, as if they dont receive enough through their ridiculously priced leagues.This organization is absurd and does not operate ethically at all. They are a shining example of how sad the influence of money is in the athletic arena. Take this review to heart, find another club to join. Arsenal is unprofessional and unethical.

Very disappointed overall! Poorly organized and frankly a waste of money. I paid $100 for my nephew to play on a recreational team, Additionally we had to purchase a jersey (that they did not have in stock at the beginning of the season) there are no official referees at the games, random parents and people from the sideline are pulling to ref. Not appropriate for a U10 team. So please tell me what I paid $100 for??? A goal with a net....... not impressed and he will not be playing with this organization again

I am so deeply disappointed with this organization. They do not care at all about making soccer accessible for families in Fort Collins, and are condescending and rude when dealing with their clients. My child was assigned to practices all the way across town that start immediately after school, and when I called to ask about alternatives, they were so incredibly rude about it and essentially stated that if I was a better mom, I could make it work. This organization is deepening disparities in our community by limiting access to youth sports. The staff is SO RUDE, unresponsive and all around awful. You should all be ashamed of yourselves- this is a nonprofit that is supposed to SERVE the community.

One of the most condescending clubs I have ever encountered. Parents, and the coach were as rude as you can get. Be prepared to roll out the red carpet for these folks because that is how they act!

Great staff and Brenda needs a raise, whatever youre paying her it isnt enough!

Fat guy on the golf cart is a tub. Total Jerk and called all the games off because of wind! (he wanted to go watch the masters and eat a cheeseburger.) There were games played all morning and both teams were ready to play. When we tried to stay and play pickup he told us all to leave. What a joke.
