I had a facial and hot stone massage. I signed up as a treat for myself with no real big expectations. I was blown away by their attentiveness from the time I walked in to the time I left. I went to feel pampered and left feeling heard, understood and healed. I am now a lifelong customer.

For a place as exquisite as Xanadu and for the pricing I was not very impressed. I get massages a lot and I had very high hopes from this place especially given the reviews. The atmosphere was relaxing and very aesthetic, but the massage was subpar. My masseuse talked the entire time about pretty unprofessional things, forgot my hot oil head massage and it wasnt for the full time. Im glad I got a Groupon and did not pay full price.

I have gone here for over 1 year for laser hair removal and would highly recommend it to anyone. Theresa does an amazing job, is easy to talk to, and knows her stuff! The place is very clean, and the staff is all super friendly and very accommodating for customer needs. Laser hair removal may get a bad rap, but its really tolerable pain that feels just like a little zap for a second. Something I think most women can probably tolerate. I would say a tattoo if x10 worse. Definitely go see Theresa, 5 stars all around!

Antonia was the aesthetician who did my NanoFacial. She is extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be back for additional treatments with her!I didn’t have a great experience with the teeth whitening. The lamp light bothered my eyes. I’d suggest protective eyewear for future clients. After two days I feel like my teeth regressed to their original color.Overall, I would recommend Xanadu Med Spa to friends and family. The staff is all very kind and professional. I look forward to future NanoFacials, HydraFacials, and Dermaplaning.

These folks really know their stuff - The level of professionalism the owner and staff have really exemplifies what a med spa should be about! Also, I cant stress enough how thorough of a job Xanadu does when it comes to ensuring the health and safety for their patients during the COVID pandemic - they take it seriously, and it shows!

Griffy was a wonderful therapist she was very confident about what she was doing i felt very comfortable with her and she was very genuine in her work. However she asked me to ask the front desk for information on other products and services that I was interested in and the lady at the front desk was not very helpful or kind i felt as though she just wanted me out i felt so uncomfortable so I just left i noticed that I was the only one being treated this way as there were other people but they were being treated with respect and I was not so as much as I loved griffy and would love to get more services from her Im afraid I wont return. The spa was very covid aware. My only suggestion on that issue is to have sanitizer available after using their pen to fill out paperwork and handling the clipboard. Also, Melanie was full of good information. She worked quickly and I am happy with the results. I will definitely be a return customer.

Recently, I had both Coolsculpting and Botox done at Xanadu Med Spa. My experience with both was exceptional. Tonyas calm and sweet demeanor while guiding me through coolsculpting was very welcome and Melanies efficiency and expertise with my botox injection was fantastic. I am already seeing results from each of these treatments (with very minimal side effects) and am very excited about that. I love Xanadu Med Spa and have always had great experiences there, but my recent double duty appointment really set the standard for what a great med spa experience should be. I cannot recommend Xanadu highly enough. I look forward to going back soon.

Ive been seeing Tonya for massage and facial for 4 months now and just love how relaxing my experience is! We always do the full body massage first then go right into the facial! He is so good at working through kinks and pains, using calming breaths and giving the best advice. He never seems to get tired, somehow maintaining perfect pressure no matter if your massage is 50 minutes or two hours! They are all so good at what they do and I’m so glad I found them!

Bought a couples massage expecting to be in the same room with my wife for her birthday. We were quickly ushered into separate rooms and given some nonsense reason for the separate rooms. Good massage but disappointed it wasn’t a couples massage.
