Great place for family and friends. Got crowed really quick and most people were not wearing masks. It doesnt seem like they are limiting the number of people in at once. Place was packed so we had to leave.
My son absolutely loves this place. While he enjoyed the trampoline park, he really liked the obstacle course. Talk about a great way to keep a kid active and burn off some extra energy.I would note that parents should expect waiting in line. We came on a Sunday and there was a 30 minute wait to get in. Its just good to bear this in mind, so you have the proper expectations when you arrive. Also, as of January 2019, Fly High is requiring special grip socks. Im guessing this is for liability purposes. These can be purchased for under $3. While this wont break the bank, it is something to consider if you have a large group of kids.Overall, Id highly recommend Fly High for any parent with kids, or if youre a parent looking to have some fun jumping on trampolines like a kid.
Awesome place, the employees are all nice. Very welcoming.
Fly High is exactly what it promises to be. It is a trampoline park, first and foremost. If youre looking to just bounce on some trampolines, this is the best stop in Northern Colorado. In a comparison with Urban Air its true that Urban Air has more in the way of activities and refreshments, it also has a very great deal more in the way of cost and almost no space to just bounce around. One of the best things at this park is the angled trampolines at the end of many of the runs. It makes for an interesting challenge to try to bounce up them and an even more interesting challenge to attempt to use them to do tricks. This isnt to say that theyre limited to just basic trampolines. They also have a kids area with solid fun to be had and an area to trampoline jump off a ledge into a pit of foamy comfort. They are a bit out of the way, thats about my only complaint and it hasnt stopped me from taking my little girls here over and over again.
Was really impressed with our first visit here! The front counter is setup well, and makes the waiver signing very simple and quick! Staff were friendly and helpful! When we were jumping, the 5 year old nephew landed on his wrist weird, and started crying (no injury, just hurt). One of the staff came over immediately and asked if we needed assistance. Wow! Thats amazing service! Well laid out with a lot to do! Will be back! Had a blast!
I absolutely love this place, but every time I go the super trampoline is closed. That is the main reason I go there but the past like 4 or 5 times I’ve gone it’s never open. And when you ask if they’ll open it, they say there isn’t enough employees even though there are multiple just standing around.
Excellent place to hang out with some friends! Their Super Trampoline is my favorite part.
This place is really fun. Great place to go during the week with a couple of friends during the week when not a lot of people are there. Shoutout to my boi Tree who taught us how to do a backflip.
This place is awesome its very fun the workers are a little rude but I get it and lots of kids have fun there is a place I definitely recommend
So much fun! Even for adults!
Awesome place for the kids! Our son loved it!
So much fun for the kids and big kids too.
I didnt like it, but my kids did so I gave two stars. It was musty, and I had a general feeling of wanting to shower immediately after leaving there. They had an adult that obviously was on drugs zooming and flipping in there on trampolines...he was entertaining, however I noticed he had no band on wrist and he was very unsafe in his flips not being mindful of kids bouncing around.
Had a blast last night! They have an awesome Friday and Saturday night special called Flight Night! I came in around 710 and jumped till 10! It was awesome! Highly recommend!
Grant and his staff are awesome!! We showed up at 530 because my wife had a work meeting, unfortunately only to have to leave early because it was cut short. He offers for us to come back or take a free hour card for the rain check. When we showed back up at 650 we were greeted with a very warm welcome and he told us not to worry about the extra 10 minutes and we could jump until 8. 10-10 for customer service and friendly staff. Facility is great for parents to be able to watch all of the energy burn off of our children!
Went in for a special call flight night and had a great time! The staff was really chill and the super tramp was a really good time. Overall an awesome experience and super fun!
There is a fantastic area for little people. Unfortunately, the height limit is not enforced. My four year old granddaughter was flung off of the merry go round and hurt her nose because the big kids were spinning it way too fast. Then she was hit by a hard plastic ball because she got in the middle of a “war” between two big boys. We asked an employee to ask the big boys to leave the area but by the time he got there, they were gone.
It was a clean facility and courteous staff. Offers a lot of options for kids to play. The price is also very reasonable, great for days when it is cold outside.
Best place ever. Kids have fun, and adults can join in also.
We go to this place often and it’s great for what it is.. however, their customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. We went today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with friends and the attendants were completely unenthusiastic and so unprofessional. Abigail was especially rude, she certainly doesn’t seem like she cares to work there or be around kids in general. We were considering getting a monthly pass but after today we will look elsewhere. Please hire someone (or two) who cares.
Very fun place to take the kids. Theres a little something for everybody from adults to little kids. Lots of jumping for sure, got a little ninja warrior area I thought was cool. An area where parents can go in with there kids was really fun. They have water and other items you can buy to stay hydrated, but I would definitely bring my own beverages and snacks to a avoid the cost. Great place, definitely will be back again.
Friendly staff, fun environment for kids and adults. Lots to do! The ninja warrior course is pretty challenging.
Love the new play place they added! My kids had so much fun. I love that they do the mom and tot days. It is so fun and not crowded at all!
As a mom i watched the workers setting the bday tables putting there fingers in the cups and all over the plates touching there body faces and clothes then putting them on table WASH UR DAMN HANDS !!!
I like to take my daughter here but some of the staff are pretty rude, Im just a parent trying to play with my kid. I dont jump all the time and have like 6 different pairs of socks for different places, but cant use them at other trampoline parks. Its pretty ridiculous if you ask me when they are all the same sicks with gripping on the bottom.
Didnt get the party help like they said. They let kids get in a fight, didnt do anything. Was way over priced, do not recommend
Its cool, but kind of seems like its run by teenagers. Watched a young girl take a dripping trash bag across the main floor and out the front, then took about 10 minutes for any kind of clean up. Only about a dozen kids and adults, in socks, walked through it, then went jumping. The birthday staff was excellent, and it is a place for all ages to have fun, I just cant give a great rating do to what seems like a pretty unsanitary place, almost by order of its design.
The staff and park are awesome! The super tramp is amazing and everything has been great every time I have come here I would totally recommend it.
We had a party here in Apr 2018. Our party host Nathan was super helpful and ensured everything was ready for us. Check in process was very smooth for our guests. The recent renovations (party rooms, small child obstacle course) are excellent additions. Feels clean and refreshed. If you havent been here within the past year, you will be pleasantly surprised at the refresh! Thanks for a suberb party Fly High! Everyone had a blast.
Kids were happy, but chilly in their. Employees kept going out the back door n kept it open way to long. I was freezing in their. Next time I know. Plus they use to have a tv for sports, not any more.
Great fun for the whole family at an affordable price too. Super friendly dtaff as well. I highly recommend it!
Its my favorite place to go. I go with my kids all the time, and we have a blast. They also have a bunch of special offers depending on when you come which is awesome.
They jacked up the prices recently. Weve gone a few times in the last couple years and never paid more than 50 with a family of 5. Went tonight and it cost almost 80 dollars. Ridiculous. Other than that its definitely fun. Nice place to wear the kids out.
Best. Place. Ever. I spend a good part of my life here (like ten hours a weekend) The best part is the staff. The only thing I would change is the super Tramp, it only opens when there is few people there. But that is understandable. It’s a great place with great people!
Great place to let some the energy out. We have done 2 birthdays so far here and both great. They have been reminding and now have a new kids jungle gym structure as well as a high jump foam pit.
Great place for kids and adults to come together to have family fun. Lots of stuff to do. Just remember to stay hydrated.
The addition of the kids area has been a huge help to my family! The little ones love the slides and balls while the older ones love the tramps and foam pit. Weve had a birthday party here as well and it was completely worth it!
I believe that Fly High is a perfect place for all ages. babies have an area built just for them to say safe. It gets busy, but everyone wants to go have fun on hot days. People do jump at their own risk, which they should be reading the waiver while they sign it. I have seen a few complaints about customers angry that pregnant woman are jumping on the trampoline, which in the waiver it says everyone jumps at their own risk. There are about 4 people on the floor watching and making sure everything goes smoothly on the trampolines, and they do their best job. The workers are professional, and very helpful when anything is needed. They are very responsive to injuries that happen on the tramps with walkie talkies so they can communicate to the floor people what they need to help assist. They never leave an injured person alone or touch them to make it worse. Fly High overall is a great place to hang out for a good summer day or a free day during the week
Great facility and an even better experience. I went in on friday expecting to pay around $20 for just one hour (based on the other trampoline parks Ive been to) but got three hours for that price. They have an amazing deal called flight night on fridays and saturdays where you can come in at 7 and stay until 10 for only $20! The staff was overly welcoming and inviting, not to mention kind. The supertramp was super fun as well. 10/10 would recommend. I am definitely going back in the near future.
Was fun nice addition of play area for little children. Nice obstacle course.
Great place for a family trip or birthday.Pro tip; stay away from peak hours to get the most out of the trip and keep your socks for next time!
I had planned a birthday party for my nephews 6th birthday, and 6 other nieces and nephews for 5 o’clock on a Monday, when we arrived there was a sign saying they were closing at 5:30pm for a private event which was not posted in there website. Needless to say to try to not disappoint a boy on his birthday and other kids I payed for a full hour for 7 kids and bought socks for all for only about 20 minutes of play, I really wish they would update there website when such events are going to cause the whole facility to be closed.
Lots of fun, good staff!
This place is really a super cool place. There is room for improvement, there are some shabby areas, but the safety and personnel are spot on and it is SO worth going!
Very busy but fun place. You have to buy socks the first time you come. Kids are tired so it worked for what its post to do.
Birthday party success here! The whole experience was MOSTLY hassle free with minimal set-up and clean up on my end. I do wish the communication with party planners was more attentive though. I left 4 voicemails/messages in the week leading up to the party for the fella planning our party, to up the count of jumpers, and he never got back to me, so my table was short 4 set-ups. Overall, its a great place to have a kids birthday party, especially for the price!!Also, keep your socks so you dont have to get new ones every time!
So much fun! Trampolines everywhere! I dont know were its been all my life!
We waited in line an hour and 40 minutes. Employees were rude and unapologetic. we were told after waiting 40 minutes that it would be another hour. When asked if we could prepay for when they could let more jumpers in, they were adamantly against it, advising that they are first come first serve. They would not give any discount or free passes for the length of wait. We drove over an hour just to get here. Employees advice: Come during the week.Nice. I dont think we will be back. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you value your time, money, and sanity, give this place a skip. There are plenty of other options that provide better service and quality for your money.
Such a great place! Employees were super just nice, and great experience over all. My siblings jumped first and around 30 minutes in (an hour before closing) I wanted to join in, I was expecting them to say no but we still went and asked. The employee was amazing, he let me jump for the hour more and gave us half off since it was originally for 2 hours. GREAT PLACE.
My daughter Amara had her birthday here!! It was a lot of fun for me too . A bit pricey but worth it
Love that they have added stuff for the kids to do.
Affordable place to give your kid some valuable exorcise. All ages have a BLAST. I like that they let the kids reuse the socks when they come back. I should have bought the monthly package the first time bc I could go several times a week if I didnt have such a busy schedule. The only downside is you can see a bar in the climbing gym next door that they have practically on display in a window from the place. Why? Torture the parents? Probably.
Great place to take the kids or the young at heart. Young or old, exercise is needed and this place will test your lungs. Watch out for the people with blinders on or the kids that still think the world revolves around them, collsions will occur if you dont.
Place is a joke compared to defy. Its just meant for kids not high schoolers. Rarely any dodgeballs to throw with. Cants dunk on rims. Just overall meant for kids.
A bit pricy but in the end its worth the price because my kids enjoy going here. The only suggestion I have is for the workers to be more attentive regarding kids being mean to other kids
Super fun place for kids of all ages
Fun place but staff is way to strict and the the super trampoline was closed
The price with law enforcement discount is incredible! a little lame they just recently make you purchase their socks, but my kids always have a blast here. Maybe some AC in the summer instead of fans would make it 5 stars.
Employees pay no attention to what is going on. We all pay money to have a good time. In the dodge ball section there are about 8 flat balls to play with. Older kids keeping the balls some other kid hitting everyone. I have taken my Grandkids here at least a dozen times and this last time was the worst. If you had employees who were properly trained it would be a safer place. Just saying. Need some rules.
My daughter had so much fun playing. She hasnt stopped asking to go back sense we went. They put in new equipment that is targeted more toward younger children as well as the older ones. We had a blast.
Great place for toddlers and up. They have a 3 level kids play place that is great for younger kids. It includes a few slides and a ball pit to slide into.
Sunday morning was perfect for little ones to play!
Young workers, not organized, or professional. Expensive. Short staffed. Not impressed with new addition. Saw people jumping on new trampoline. No signs saying it was closed. But when they got off they said we couldn’t jump on it. Sketchy older guy there by himself. That was uncomfortable playing dodge ball against. Could not believe there was several pregnant women jumping on trampoline and jumping in foam pit, and saw a baby probably 10 months old that parents would put on trampoline. Along with a father jumping on trampoline with a 2 month baby if that. To me very unsafe to have pregnancy women and babies on trampolines.
My kids love coming here and I wouldn’t mind taking them if it wasn’t a minimum 15 minute wait no matter what day or time I take them. I rate it a “two” primarily because kids have fun here. But, there is a substantial inconvenience to parents or guardians upon arrival. The owner should be watching and recognizing the amount of revenue lost when potential customers arrive and see a line and turn around and walk out. I’ve done it more than once and friends have told me they’ve done the same. The bathrooms are rarely tidy or clean. Of all the times I’ve been here, I’ve never witnessed employees invested in the customers’ experience. Pretty sad. This has lost potential for everyone involved.
I loved it so did my . But could be more cool in the inside
Every since Fly High has opened, I’ve loved coming here. It’s always a place to bring your friends and family. They sell refreshments, because jumping on the trampolines isn’t easy work sometimes. They also sell you these cool socks that help you grip the floors so you’re u don’t get injured. 10/10 would go again.
Tried calling this establishment for over 20 minutes. ABSOLUTELY no one answered my call or returned my call. Wow.....
You should check to make Sure that the flying high part of this activity is open. I brought older kids here who are looking to jump on the trampolines and then jump into the pit and this section was closed. Overall I think it’s a nice place I think the people working there are a little bit sloppy and could be more helpful to the kids.
Came with two friends and one of my friends niece. We had so much fun, there was plenty of space to jump away from everyone since her niece was young (two years old) My only complaint was that the bathrooms were a disaster. Its obvious that children go in unsupervised.
My daughter loves this place. I recommend going during the day when it is not crazy if your kiddo is little. We went on a Friday morning and I didn’t realize school was out that day. College kids were jumping all over the place and bouncing really close to the littles and they were falling. When it’s slower it is much easier with young kids and you don’t have to wait to get in. It’s akways very clean. I do wish they had some people enforcing rules and safety
Such a fun place, but it is expensive and they require you to have special “jump” socks or buy theirs on Tom of admission. Despite having the “jump socks” someone ALWAYS gets hurt every time we go.Tip...check Groupon or their website for discounts on prices.
Could use to be cleaned. But we love it here
Our kids loved it. Worth the drive from laramie
This place has degenerated. It used to be a blast, but now they have updated the safety concerns, and require you to purchase extra socks just to jump. The new restrictions hurt fun.
My boyfriend and I are bored college students who decided itd be fun to relive our childhood a bit, and we made a good choice! We went on a Thursday at around 4pm, so we had the main trampoline area to ourselves for most of the hour. We had no issues signing waivers, buying socks, or getting wrist bands. Just a side note for the parents, if youre bringing other peoples kids, the waiver is online; you have to have an actual parent or legal guardian sign for each kid.
I tried to plan ahead and call to confirm times and availability (we live 45 minutes away). I called for 20 minutes and twice on the way. No answer. Wait to get in-1 hour. Asked if they answer the phone and they said they had been to busy and it did not ring anyway. Well, they were at least honest about that. I called while at the check in desk and their phone did not ring. And about being busy...they can only sell so many jump tickets per 1/2 hour. Ok, I get that but it was taking about 15 minutes to sell out for each 30 minutes we waited. The other 15 minutes the employees had no one to help. If the phones were working they could have answered them. Lying about the phones and total inability to communicate or control crowds made this visit extremely aggravating. Im not sure we will be back.
The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, foam pit is kept clean and most of the trampolines are great!
Re-rating, I personally enjoy this place. My sons in my days off are always asking, We going to fly high today daddy? My kids love it so much I gotta like it. Occasionally front desk guys are a bit in need of a bump in the right direction, but overall theyre normally alright.Definitely somewhere cheap to let the kids run amuck.
Awesome!Man, I wish there had been something like this to do when I was a child! We are so lucky to have a place like this for our kids in our own area. My kids and all of their friends absolutely LOVE this place. I actually have yet to meet anyone that doesnt enjoy this place. Need a place to host a B-Day Party? Do it here! Wanna have some hang out time with the kids while having a blast? Do it here! How many places can you take your kids these days with lots of physical activity that the kids will actually ENJOY? SO FUN!!
F un is taken out of funL ong linesY oung people only basicallyH aving employees doing nothingI ‘M done with this placeG o flip somewhere else if you flipH aving no fun againF Yi you can’t flipU Need to go to a better trampoline parkN O flipping at all
The personal staff is not organized. I got there with my kids at 1:45 pm last Saturday and the guys at front were very nice, they were going to sell my ticket until another guy which I think it was the supervisor,!told them that they couldn’t sell tickets until 3:00 pm, that guy was rude and I wish I knew he’s name. The place gets overcrowded and it smells bad, the bathrooms are dirty and I definitely don’t recommend this horrible place.
This is an EXCELLENT family activity! So much fun!
My kids loved it. Kinda stinky but fun.
This is one of the best trampoline parks by far! The features are so fun they have platform which you do not see much of anymore and they even have platforms that go into the foam pit. I had a blast and was really able to work on my tramp skills. They have parties going on all the time and I saw tons of happy kids and moms. I noticed they had hosts for all the parties that took care of the customers and set up the party and cleaned it up making it very hassle free for the customers. I would recommend this place to anyone, all ages can have fun and get lots of exercise.
We celebrated my sons birthday here and had a great experience. Renee was wonderful over the phone with our set up and the staff was great on site. The kids had a great time and Renee made the event go smoothly!
We had a great time the two times we have been here. I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old. Ive only taken the 7 year old, and he loves the trampolines and the foam pit. They have a smaller area made for smaller kids and I think my 2 year old will do great when we go back this summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get out and have a good time. I like that I can jump with them, or I can stand to the side and watch.
Fun trampolines and great people to talk too
Love this place BUT it is way too crowded now that they took away a lot of trampolines. They added a kids play area which is nice but with all the people it becomes a safety hazard on the trampolines.
Little pricey but fun for the kids.
My daughters and I always have a great time here. Trampolines wall to wall and lots of different areas for big jumpers and little jumpers. I especially like the foam pit area where you can do big flips without the worry of hurting yourself. Would be a great place for a birthday party too!
Great for little kids, our group of teenagers had to go somewhere else
Fun space for kids. You either need jumping socks (which you can purchase) or go barefoot. Picnic style seating for parties, lockers and cubbies for belongings. You pay by the hour, youre notified over the speaker with your color wristbands time is up. Staff seems mostly uninvolved unless youre looking to buy something.
