Brandon was a super awesome gamemaster! From booking the appointment to introducing us to the Graveyard Escape room, he was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We liked him right away. We had a thrilling experience and loved the whole set-up. It was very clever and surprising! We were excited to try out the ghost in the graveyard even though it was rated intermediate. Giving it our best we were able to successfully save the graveyard with minutes to spare! We cant wait to come back and challenge our wits! Thank you Brandon!

Wonderful! Totally worth it! We did our daughters 16th birthday party here and Jake was great! He was funny, very engaging and helped the event be as great as it was. First time booking an event and I will do so again. From calling and getting my questions answered, to booking the party to the actual event. Everyone had a blast! Looking to do again. Fun room we did the game show. Lots to did and theme was a great addition to the experience. We have done over 20 rooms all over the Midwest. This was a good time for the 3 of us. We will be back for more challenges.

Had a phenomenal time last night doing the Game Show room and visiting Escape Factor for the very first time, we made out with 11 seconds remaining and what a thrill it was! Great use of the game show theme throughout and our amiable game show host Martin did a wonderful job of nudging us in the right direction and being super friendly and knowledge as well! I chose the Ghost in the graveyard and it was fun but challenging and no...I did not get out in time. It was just me and my boyfriend but next time we need maybe 2 more people to move faster. Definitely recommended

Recently played their “Ghosts in a Graveyard” with two friends and had an absolute blast! I would highly recommend their newest room for newcomers and experienced players alike, it definitely had it’s fun and enjoyable quirks as their other rooms and was spacious enough for our small group of friends - always a joy to play at Escape Factor! Had the wonderful opportunity to visit with my enthusiast escape room squad and we ran through all four rooms in a row. The rooms are all on point to the theme, had great puzzles, and really emphasized collaboration and teamwork. Above all however, Jake was one of the best GMs weve ever had, as he was just as excited as we were as we went through each room

Ghost in the Graveyard was an amazing game! It’s their newest one and I didn’t expect a lot of things that happened. I’ve played almost 100 games and this place still continues to be an amazing place to go to when I want enticing puzzles and fun themes! Please check them out you won’t be disappointed!

We had a lot of fun doing the Treehouse room at Escape Factor in Forest Park yesterday. Amanda was a great guide for us during our game. It was just two of us attempting the room, but still so much fun. Glad we did it.

Great experience for my family and me. Dylan was exceptional and really contributed to the experience. This was my dads first time doing a room and was big fun. Were already planning our next outing. We went there for a kids 11th birthday party. Our host was Brandon he was very friendly and helpful. The facility was well ran and felt COVID safe. We had a great time and would highly recommend visiting Escape Factor.

I went to Escape Factor today with three other friends, and we had a great time! Gillian was our room master and she was great. She was encouraging but still elusive, which made for a great time. We were in the Timekeepers room and while it was challenging to get all of it done with only four people, we still managed. I also want to give them credit; a group of 4 young boys had booked the same room as us 4 adults, and the team at Escape Factor called them and booked them into a different room because they figured we would prefer to be separated. That was much appreciated by both parties. An awesome experience!

Took my two 8 year old boys here and did the Game Show room. We all loved it! The room had lots of cool puzzles and our game show host, Brandon, was excellent! He provided just the right amount of help so the boys felt like they did it all on their own even though we would not have completed it in time without the clues. A very unique and fun experience. We did the Game Show Room and it was one of the best rooms we have ever done. Jake was a great Game Master - he kept it fun and exciting with his wit and fun props.It felt like we were really on the set of all the game shows. Fun for the whole family. You have to challenge yourself to Escape.

This was my first escape room and I was a little apprehensive about the experience before comint. Once I got there Bruce was super nice and he instantly made us feel welcomed and engaged to conquer the game room. He was really patient with us and had great enthusiasm the whole time. We decided to celebrate a birthday here and had an amazing time! We did the Timekeeper room, touted to be the hardest room and definitely a struggle for a group of four. The staff were all informative and welcoming as they checked us in and walked us through the rules. An extra shout out to Bruce who was super engaging and fun.Pricing was reasonable and it was easy enough to book for a group about 2 weeks in advance. I was thrilled to see that they are already adding on a new room, so we are looking forward to coming back again to try more rooms! Great and unique addition to downtown Forest Park.

My brother and I played the tree house room. I loved the experience and enjoyed how the seemingly seperate puzzles fit into specific places all coming together to one conclusion. We had the pleasure of being hosted by Bruce who was dedicated to keeping the rooms atmosphere and stayed out of the way of us doing puzzles. Overall, this was my favorite escape room experience to date and I would love to try more of their rooms in the future. Number six in the country? More like number five!

They proudly claim to be #6 in the country, but they seem like at least a top-5 operation in my book I went with my wife, our pre-teen and teenage niece/nephew, and we all had a blast. We did the Game Show room, which was perfect for the four of us and age appropriate fun. Our game master, Brandon, was very good about giving gentle nudges to help us have fun, while allowing us to work together and solve the puzzles. As my nephew said, we “got through the room without any hints.” His nudges were never too quick, never too dramatic, and he allowed the kids to make mistakes and figure out things for themselves. My wife and I were initially worried about how entertained they would be for an hour, but they immediately wanted to go back. We are already planning a return.

Just an excellent experience from the time we walked in to when we left. Jake was really outstanding and just a pleasure to have around as a guide. Our game show themed room was challenging yet extremely fun. Absolutely recommend this place!

Definitely the best escape room Ive been to! My brother and I completed the tree house room, and all the puzzles were a ton of fun! The staff was incredibly friendly as well- our game master was Bruce, and he seemed to really enjoy his job. I would definitely recommend this room wholeheartedly.

Went as a group of five and had a great time. Puzzles were really satisfying to solve and the atmosphere of the room we did was fantastic, plus our game masters Nadine and Jacob were super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had an AMAZING TIME at Escape Factor in the Timekeepers Room! The game was just tough enough to be intriguing but not impossible for us and were seasoned escape room junkies! Our Game Master Bruce was very informative, very helpful, professional, and helped keep the game going at the perfect pace! We escaped with 48 seconds left! Will be back soon to try the Game show room!

Bruce was great. The hour goes by very fast. Cant imagine having to do it with strangers if you dont pay extra for the private room. Seems to me the private room should be a flat rate.

Saw 5 star reviews and figured we’d check it out for our family fun night (6 adults) for entertainment. This was our first time doing an escape room so didn’t know what to expect. When we arrived, we were a bit taken back since it looks like a tiny place. There was also no other groups and seemed pretty empty, so we figured it was going to be a flop. The game master, Sean, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We saw the room, timekeepers trapped, and thought it looked pretty cool. The challenge was AWESOME. Because we were first-timers, Sean was excellent in giving just the right amount of hints. The pace of the game was constant and exciting. The hour went by so fast, but Sean, kept us moving with his excellent hints, so we’re able to get through the whole thing. The props and riddles were above expectations. The only sad thing for the six of us is that it’d be difficult to repeat the experience since we know the answers to the riddles. But there’s 2.5 other rooms and apparently they’re building two more!!! Great idea and great job to Sean and the owners. We’ll definitely return if possible. Thanks for a great night!

We wanted to spend time with our boys on our wedding anniversary. Boys ages are 7 and 11. We did treehouse room. Bruce was our guide. He was very kind, friendly, and did not pressure or rush us. We will be returning and telling all friends and family about this. We highly recommend Bruce and this location.

We conquered the Tree Fort room with Bruce. There were 6 of us- 2 adults and 4 kids (9-12). Bruce gave us just enough nudges and we escaped with 10 minutes to spare :) So much fun!

We took my daughter and a handful of friends for her 9th birthday, and everyone had an absolute blast! It was the perfect birthday outing for this age group, so fun to see the kids work together and ride the roller-coaster of emotion and excitement. They worked steadily and escaped with 8 minutes to spare. Our gamemaster, Jake, was fantastic. He gave just the right amount of nudging to ensure that the kiddos would solve the puzzles and keep them on track for success. Highly recommend! My only criticism is that it would be nice if they offered party pricing–it adds up to pay $33 per person, regardless of age, especially since its just an hour, and then you probably want to do dinner/cake after. Perhaps there are certain times that tend to be slower, and they could offer some kind of kid/party discount during that time for 2 adults/8 kids? Something like that would be appealing for birthdays.

My family and I had a blast in the Game Show room! The room is so well done and the puzzles are very clever, incorporating elements from many types of game shows we know and love. Our Gamemaster was Armando, and he was terrific. His instructions were great, and he did a good job of observing us while still staying out of the way. I highly recommend this escape room!

Fairly new to escape rooms but this place was phenomenal. The rooms are designed wonderfully. The level of difficulty is the perfect balance between fun but challenging. The staff was super friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

My 12 yo really wanted to do an escape room as a family celebration for his birthday. None of us had ever done an escape room before except for online games. We chose the Treehouse room--it was so much fun! The set was well thought out and fun to look at. The clues took some work but werent impossible--the information you needed was all there once you found it. Our game master Sean was great--he knew just when to offer small nudges. The basic concepts and rules to the room were explained clearly before we went in so that we didnt waste time trying to unscrew electric outlets, for example, to look for clues. We all really enjoyed ourselves and have already started arguing about which room we want to do next.

Phenomenal escape room with great immersion, unique themes, and fitting puzzles.A group of four family members and I came to Escape Factor and tried out their Game Show themed room. We had never been to any other Escape Factor rooms and we will definitely be back! The theme was unique (instead of the typical prison and office themes...) and the immersion of the room was impressive considering that this company is not a chain; it is a standalone business. The puzzles were cleverly tied to the theme and the gamemaster played an intricate role in making the entire experience come together. The only critique we had was that some of the puzzles could have been slightly more challenging to make us think a little harder, but this is coming from a group that has done well over 25 other rooms. Also, the game show room is not the venues most difficult room per the gamemaster; another reason we will be back soon to accept the next challenge!

As someone who has done over 10 escape rooms and counting, I’ve seen my fair share of good and bad rooms. I can confidently say that this has been one of my favorite escape rooms! My family and I did the timekeeper’s room and absolutely loved it. It was just the right amount of challenging and it was very entertaining. The employees were great too, especially Dan.

We played the Game Show room and had a lot of fun. I enjoyed being able to work on multiple puzzles at once while also working with the group we were paired with. The design of the room looked fantastic as well. There were some pretty unique puzzles Ive never seen before which left me impressed, although for us the room was a little on the easier side for us.We tried to book the Timekeeper room due to the glowing reviews I had read online, but we only had three people when the room is advertised 4 player minimum. We were told later we could have called to schedule it with 3 (my fault for not even thinking about that), so keep that in mind if youre in a similar situation.

If you have never met Jonathan and had the Escape Factor experience, you’re totally missing out. Jonathan is so cool and he loved hanging out with us! Truly this was one of the coolest most fun times we had this whole summer. We did this as a back to school family event. When you do an escape room and you have never done it before, you totally need someone like Jonathan to guide you. I am telling you- we had such a great time. Thank you! Then off to ice cream at Brown Cow! What a fun night!

I met with some people that are part of a Meetup group who were in town on vacation and we made it out of both normal rooms and the 30 minute room.The game show room is great and I would recommend it to families.The Timekeepers trapped room is more challenging, but also fun.

Had so much fun here! Went with a few friends and we had a blast working through all the puzzles. Jonathan Biag was great at giving us little nudges when we needed them, but only when we were hopelessly lost (we had never done an escape room before). He was the perfect mix of aware of where we were at without being overbearing. Definitely recommending it to all my friends and family. ️️️️️
