Had to wait a bit in line to get inside but thats to be expected with the virus going on. They have a wide variety of fireworks on sale with decent prices. The staff was friendly and polite as well. Ill definitely be back next year.

Unfortunately, would not recommend; this company obviously uses False Advertising to lure people in. I received a flyer with coupon CLEARLY stating Buy $10, Get $20 Free -- ...purchase of $10 OR more. Spoke to several employees including cashier as I attempted to redeem with my qualifying purchase -- workers all stated a well rehearsed line about having to NOW PURCHASE $30. They refused to honor what they advertised, so I refuse to honor the company with my money.

Large selection of fireworks. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store. Love that they have mounted TVs in the store so you can see the products before you buy them. Great experience. I will definitely be back.

The biggest selection of fireworks Ive ever seen. Attendants were knowledgeable and polite. Got a lot of great fireworks for a really good price. Would recommend ️

Gigantic store. They have fireworks to fit any budget. Ron is awesome. He helped me with my fireworks needs for the July 4th show.

Great place to stock up on all your Firework needs! Theyve got everything you can think of and then some! Ours that we got.were spectacular and the kids loved them aa well as our neighbors!!

On 3 separate occasions my husband purchased fireworks from this location, spending over $500 dollars. All three times we received defective fireworks. The last scenario was so terrible that we had several members of our family get injured due to a faulty product. The manager’s argument was that we should have been 100 feet away(the product does not render this information), however, I in my 25 years have never seen a firework discharge as reckless as this product. My family was up on a hill in a driveway. The product went beneath several cars, our four wheeler, my 11 month olds stroller, shot my 7 year old while he was playing tag with his play date, and destroyed my mom’s shirt and also caused burn injuries to her, (thank God she hadn’t picked our daughter up as she’d anticipated or she’d be at CHOA this instant. My argument is that even at 100 feet, the person discharging the firework would have been injured and being that we were on a hill and this has never happened before. We thought we were safe. The manager was very unapologetic, but the salesperson was extremely sweet and offered as many solutions as she could. I wouldn’t purchase anymore from this company. I was offered a replacement for the faulty products and thought about giving them away, but I’m going to ask another firework stand location to safely dispose of them. I wouldn’t gift these to anyone. As far as the refund, we’ve decided to not pursue it anymore. The website does say they don’t offer refunds, although I was told differently in the store. We made the purchase with the intent to keep them so we will just take this as a loss. The injured may consider legal action at some point. I’m just glad it wasn’t as worse as it could’ve been. Before anyone offers that the fireworks could have been a bad batch, I saw a few reviews that mentioned pretty much the same thing. Please don’t purchase from this place, buy safer fireworks that work. Don’t waste your money on a defective product.

This place is awesome i go every year somebody stole my coupons off my mailbox but its OK because the lady there help me get everything i wanted for my 4th celebration thanks again yall my favorite place for fireworks

They are rude and didnt really want to help when I came in. I asked about the deals lady told me verbatim I dont know but I know its not on the big stuff and that was the extent of the help I was given. I then went 10 min away to Phantom Fireworks and spent $400+ so the moral of the story is why shop here when Phantom is 10 min away and the have buy 1 get 2 free 24/7 365

Great Place And Very Large Selection Of Anything You Need That Goes Boom Lol...Also Great And Friendly Customer Service..They Can Help You Find Whatever You Need And Suggest Great Products As Well!

Staff Was very helpful ..big enough to social distance and Great Prices!!

They tried to upgrade me to 847.00? Nope! We not gonna do it! 139. Great works im good!

Very reasonable and they also have a large selection of items.

The line was super long but its ok because it was July 4th. The store is humongous but not really any good deals.

Staff was friendly and very helpful and the place has an amazing selection.

I love this place they have everything you need and want

Great place I go their every holiday

Every staff was nice and helpful and was loaded with all sorts of fireworks

Good experience!! Much better than the competition.

Good selection friendly staff

Very awsome selection, and decent prices.

Super expensive, lines out the door and unhelpful staff.

Best selection of fireworks Ive seen in this area. You will not be disappointed. The staff are very helpful as well.

Helpful staff, good products.

We were delivering catering food to them from our business C-BOS BBQ & SOUTHERN CUISINE.. ON THE FOURTH OF JULY AND they were very very busy.. Lots of fireworks..

Great customer service. Fast and knowledgeable abouy products.

My 14 year old song got burned on the thumb by your colored sparklers those red ones need recalled I hope his thumb doesnt scar and yes I was watching him and he was doing it right those do not spark like the gold ones do. The price was high I saw some yesterday and they was $3.00 dollars cheaper than what I paid what a waste of my time and money . Unhappy Customer.

Another great experience,thanks Grizzly Fireworks!

Manager was very helpful and I was able to put together a great Memorial Day show for a lot less money than I expected. The store is huge and my weekend is set for $300 out the door!

To high sticking with my phantom fireworks

Large clean store.

My first time buying fireworks... this place is amazing!! SO much to look at!! The staff were friendly and helpful. I love how they can play a video showing many of the different fireworks on the TV screen! That is a great marketing tool! There are fireworks for ALL price ranges and they seem to have decent sales. I was there July 3rd... I heard the sales are better during a lower demand time period-which makes sense. But the prices still seemed reasonable to me- a first timer. I will definitely be back and recommend! Im already excited for my birthday and all the holidays to celebrate with fireworks!!

Really good shopping experience. Nice selection. Buy one get one pricing a taf confusing. Super customer service.

So many helpful people here. Love the prices and sales.

Great products and plentiful (some makers Ive never heard of), good staff. Pricing was fair and much less than Phantom fireworks. The staff was very helpful, they dont hound and follow you around like salespeople on car lots. They let you shop in peace, if you got questions or need help, theyre right there. There were videos on deck to show samples of the products. I think Im about to be converted from Phantom fireworks, they got some serious competition now. The only downside, they gave me coupons after I shopped, if they applied it while I was there, I wouldve had a trunk full, but thats minor. Keep up the good work Grizzly, definitely will be back.

Extremely friendly employees, asked multiple times if we needed assistance. Very knowledgeable of the products. After my purchase they helped me take everything to my car. Thanks Great Grizzley staff, I will be back!

The entire facility went beyond my expectations. When I was told about the place, I figured that it was going to have only TNT fireworks. I was wrong, in fact, it had every kind of good firework and some I had never even heard of until I went. There was not a single TNT firework in sight, and the customer service was unlike any I had ever experienced. Employees were extremely patient, and they helped us every step of the way through. They even show you a video of what you want to buy to see if it is what you really want. Everything as a whole was beyond extraordinary. I recommend Great Grizzly Fireworks to anyone looking for great brands and even greater fireworks shows.

Awesome selection.

Its one of if Not the best Fireworks Stores in GA. Great Prices from a little to a lot.

By far the best firework store in Georgia. Lowest prices by far. No bog2 trickery. A must for this New Years 2019!

They have a different variety of everything

Any fireworks you can name

I had a great experience here just wish I came here before I went to the one in Alabama. Wouldve saved a lot of money. Also brought my boo along with me and she enjoyed it as well. I would totally recommend this store. Even got some free stuff.

Awesome selection

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in, great costumer service, clean, fast checkouts, on limited supply of fireworks of all kinds, and a TV that shows you what each firework do so you can get the best ones to your liking. This is a plus for me cause I dont have to drive to the state line anymore, they have all the good stuff here and its only 15 mins away......

Fast and friendly

I had an amazing experience at great grizzly today . As soon as entering the store the staff walked me through (literally ) the store making suggestions as well as describing the different products . The staff member also showed me visually on a flat screen monitor, the different air fireworks . The prices are exceptional with great deals . At the check the register clerk gives you a package of fireworks, if you purchase certain ones !!! After I left out the Store I decided to take a picture of my son, thats when the store manager flagged me down and gave him a poster. I mean staff is amazing full of very professional people . Im definitely going back and I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place to purchase to visit this place I mean its awesome. Very friendly environment!!!!!

Good supply

We had the best fireworks in the neighborhood thanks to Grizzly Fireworks. The prices are great, and the staff is very knowledgeable and will help you pick out exactly what you’re looking for.

The store had a power outage when we visited but overall they have great deals and they also promote veterans discount.

Had me put on a real firework show this year thanks Ill be back

Great store. Great staff. Knowledgeable. Good prices. And really nice deals.

If yall go there this place is one hell of a place to get your fire work from kids stuff the grown up stuff it is very awesome couldnt beat a better place you dont even have to drive the Alabama South Carolina

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was very patient and kind to us. Very big selection. Second year coming back. Ill be back for sure.

Went to phantom for 5 mins. Walked in then out. Came to grizzly where the staff was great prices a third of phantom. Will continue to use great grizzly

Friendly staff but everythings over priced..grizzly didnt have any deals I went to jakes fireworks a few miles away and got a better bang for my buck with better deals and almost 30less on the bigger explosives

Staff was GREAT..I think I was greeted by everyone that works in the store large variety

Always a great selection of fireworks

The prices were fair & i had a coupon but it wasn’t applied after the cashier scanned it. We noticed immediately & the cashier said that was the total. After reviewing the receipt we confirmed that the coupon was not applied, the cashier (M) went to her sales manager who offered me $20 worth of fireworks but i had already obtained what was needed so i told him I’d prefer my credit/refund. I was then told he had to get his manager to process the transaction. After waiting 15 minutes the 2nd manager came out & informed me that he needed to review cameras even tho his cashier confirmed that she took the coupon and scanned it. So i waited another 36 minutes for him to review the camera & assist other customers for him to come back & tell me that i was not on the camera. I showed him my receipt & asked how he completed his investigation bc he hadn’t inquired with me about anything, and he said he does not have to honor my coupon if he doesn’t want to. I immediately became sadden bc i had waited 1 hr after shopping for him to resolve thus & he didn’t. He blew me off & called the police. I informed the police that i did not want to wait any longer after they informed me that they could not make the manager honor my coupon bc my children were waiting on fireworks & they were taking away precious moments from my life. I am sending this information to BBB and corporate offices because I’m extremely dissatisfied and will be posting to all social sites as well.

Had a great experience at this location. Customer service was amazing. Like how they can show you in the tv the product your about to purchase.

Huge selection at good prices.

Very helpful at finding what is right for you and your budget.

I have to say that I bought fireworks for 3 years at phantom fireworks, after trying this from Grizzly. I am very satisfied, they have more power and more quality, I recommend this store

Theyve got the most, the best & lowest priced fireworks around. No waiting in lines & friendly staff. A must see store!!

Ok but no good deals

Okay let me set a few things str8. This place is twice as big or 2.5 times bigger than Phantom fireworks in Morrow. They ARE NOT OPEN YEAR ROUND! Fireworks havent even been legal in Ga for 4 years yet. So ppl are still kind of leery about buying them. The prices here are good! The staff is very helpful. They have a plethora of different fireworks. And they have a lot of buy 1 get 1 free deals on their inventory. Its definitely worth checking out. I would suggest you at least go in to take a look in the store & decide what you want before the 4th of July just to price match.

Great assortment of fireworks. Good help. Large venue.

Is not open all year. Pass by it daily for months, but pretty sure its good store overall just hate i had to go to phantom because yall not Jakes was open.

Great place

Great service

GREAT SELECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE STORE.

Im coming back later. I love it.

Great big place that has the best and cheapest fireworks in Ga!!!

Product looked like it had been on the shelf forever with faded packaging and I can see why with their high pricing. Staff seemed nervous and not very knowledgeable. Left and went to Phantom Fireworks of Morrow and glad I did. They smoked Grizzly on pricing and customer service.
