Quail run is a manufacturered home community, not a trailer park. Homes range in size from 850 square feet to 2400 square feet.It was once a 55+ community but it is not any longer. Many young families are now moving into the park. Quail run is only a two or three block walk to the elementary and high school.Homes in Quail run have nice size front and back yards, many are larger than you find in newly constructed homes these days.

A very quiet clean atmosphere, and lots of friends.

Great place to live! neighbors across the way seem to think they own the parking spaces, even though there are none on that side of the road. Ive been out 3 time to see my family 2 times my car was pretty much parked on top of no reason for it. Other then that beautiful place to live!

Nice place to live but management leaves something to be desired. For what we pay in our space rent the landscaping in the park should be better cared for and replaced when old/rotten or diseased. When I moved here over 11 years ago the Park was beautiful. Since then a lot of our street trees have been removed but not replaced. That changes the whole atmosphere. But its still cheaper to live here than in a regular built house.

Nice community, friends live in the area, the only downside is the parking. There is never enough parking for having people over. The driveway can only hold about 3 maybe 4 cars if parked oddly and then there is very few on the street parking spots making it hard to have a decent get together. But still a nice quite community with nice mobile estates and yards.

The managers of this Park are okay. They allow pets. Smaller dogs and indoor cats. The space rent is fairly high considering what you are getting but the town of Forest Grove is really nice and the neighbors are pretty good. All in all a good place to live.

Lived here 26 plus years....a reasonably good neighborhood to live in with a family.

Nice neighborhood with friendly people, somewhat out of busy city. Still close to shopping with a little drive.
