Econome Family Park

Really nice park, with plenty of amenities. The willow creek trail system connects to the sidewalks here. (Forgot to throw away my drink and later a friend texted this pic of her doing it for me)

Lovely new park with a great turf field and two very modern and well maintained play structures. Shade is limited because to trees have not get groen enough to provide any but there is a large shade structure with picnic benches underneath. It is well connected to the trail system and near the Johnny Cash and American River trails.

Two soccer fields - one for kids and one for adults. Two tennis courts. 3 kids playgrounds. And lots of open space and walking trails! Totally recommend

Two parks different playground structures near each other. One focused aground a rope climbing structure and a few other things nearby (slide, swings) and a second park, closer to soccer fields that has a giant, ground level slide, plus a few climbing structures.

Lovely park with multiple facilities and great layout...plenty of grassy areas as well as covered seating areas to beat the sun! Breeze comes thru between the hills and lowers the temps during hot summer days.

Great park, once the trees grow it will be not as hot. They need some shade over the playgrounds. All that being said, awesome park.

Played some bocci. Nice cool evening breeze. Doesnt get too much better than that.

This is a great park. Everything is new and in great condition. Restrooms, soccer field, walking track, bocce ball.

Formally Carlson Space Center, this is an excellent usage of city land, boasting both natural and artificial turf lighted soccer fields, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and two playgrounds for a broad spectrum of ages. Clean bathrooms and ample parking. Grocery store right across the street. Well done, City of Folsom.

This park is for older children... NOT toddler friendly. There is almost no shade but I gave an extra star because they do have a miracle swing where both mom or dad and baby can swing together which my children found very fun. Dont think we will go back until they are a little older.

Awesome concrete slide on the side park. Bring some cardboard for extra speed.

We live this park! The trees are too young to provide shade, but there is adequate shading over picnic benches. Two unique play structures that encourage full physical play. Large ball fields. Restrooms.

Great place for picnic and games. Lots of space, green grass and nice playgrounds. It still looks brand new, you can almost smell fresh paint

The park has lots of open space to play sports and exercise, tennis courts, play structures, sidewalks, benches and tables, clean restrooms, overall many fun things to do for the whole family. Our family loves Econome Family Park!

Nice soccer area but NOTHING for little kids/toddlers to do. Everything is rope. My 3 year old is bored outta her mind waiting for her sisters soccer practice to be over.Please Folsom...put in a slide the littles can enjoy!

Fun outdoor area. Not too much shade but the park and playground is great. Really nice and new soccer fields (turf) and there are some grassy areas too.

Great place in Folsom! Perfect place for Sunday morning with kids and family. Swings, slides and much more. The shade area doesnt provide enough shade. Good luck on sitting on black metal benches if theres 90F outside.

Brand new Park that Google satellite view still sometimes still shows as all dirt. Connects to Folsoms extensive trail & park system!

This park has something for everyone

Had been to this park when I completed the 7.8 mile Humburg-Willow Creek trail and was already in awe of the football field! It felt so good to be back on the pitch and feel the grass and continue my rehabilitation program to get back into the game sooner!

A very nice addition to the Folsom community. We have used the bocce ball courts, tennis courts, soccer field and playground and my kids loved it all. Looking forward to the shade structures when they are finished. Beautiful park!!

Best park in Folsom that opened in July 2018. They have bocce ball courts, tennis courts, soccer turn, a couple of playgrounds good for 5-12 year old children, and a walk way around the entire place to walk, or for children to ride bikes, scooters, roller skates... Looking forward to when the covered picnic areas are installed.

Stay away during summer for at least next 10 years. New trees. Could be of some relief eventually. But I doubt it. Average Park for most unless you are into soccer. Nice artificial turf soccer field.

Good one, but not many playing options for 2yr old kid

Its not family friendly. All the ropes make it impossible for the smaller and younger children to play on the structures.
