Very nice 55+ living. Everybody who lives there is nice, friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. This place should be your goal for senior living. Nice clubhouse with activities always going on . Very nice pool and hot tub. Green areas for walking dog or cat, and the best behaved pets anywhere!

This park ok. Most homes are to old. Most of the owners are nice people and polite.

I went there for a friends party recently and it was nice, quiet and clean. Very close to folsom lake and bike trails.
