I went here to buy a picture for my mother for her birthday. They had the exact picture she has wanted for a while. I was told the picture was a limited edition print. I paid over $300 for it. My mom knows a lot about art and has another picture by the same artist. Right when I gave it to her she could tell it was not worth what I paid for it. It was actually a copy of a picture of a print. Not the quality of a limited edition print. When the owners were confronted about this they admitted they knew it was not worth that much money or “rare” as they posted on their website however they sold it to me for that much anyway. After arguing I was refunded for the picture however I don’t appreciate being knowingly ripped off by a business. I would not buy anything from here unless you know about art and what you’re looking for.

They have done several projects for me. From custom frames to mending fragile antique frames and photos. I moved away from Flower Mound but still will drive the hour to have them help me. Very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend using them for any framework you need.

They went above and beyond repairing my very old portraits, even tracking down history on the artist. Excellent customer service! The owners Tom and Lisa are wonderful people. They really care about you and what you want, not like many other Big chain company that cares only to sell you stuff. Their store have the best selections on quality picture moldings, different art and lots of gifts and crafts from a local artists too. Definitely going back for all of my framing projects!!!
