My 5 year old and I went to this play place today for the first time. I was beyond impressed!! This place has so much to offer!! I felt like a kid myself being wowed by everything. The owner is so nice, and the chef was making pizza from scratch. You can tell they truly love what they do. I will be recommending this place to all the parents I know, and look forward to coming back soon!! Thank you so much! We had a blast!!

Went during covid restrictions. Had to reserve and pay for tickets in advance. There were probably only three other families there that day.Parking lot was very convenient.Hallway that you have to walk through to get to main area has coat racks. There is no supervision so items left is at your discretion.Mini gift shop by entrance. Has Melissa and Doug type items. Prices acceptable. There is also a cafe with food available.The place itself is relatively new. A lot of different play stations allow multiple places for kids to play without entering each others bubble.Costumes for dressup, magnatile tables, jungle gyms with slides, train tracks, and similar open play areas.For covid, stuffed animals at vet station available, but there were still costumes and cards to continue play.Art station. (We did not use, but areas for painting, glue.)Chairs and benches throughout for adults to sit. Area is closed in so can feel secure kids wont run off.Bathrooms clean. Baby changing station with bags for diaper disposal. Urinal in womans bathroom. Purell dispensers throughout building.Had children from ages of 1-8. Each was well entertained. Asked to go back.

Took my daughter there for an outdoor birthday party. 2 hours and very streamlined, the kids were entertained and kept on schedule by staff. Half of the kids went inside to play after the party was over. Inside there are so many different play stations for the kids, it works given kids short attention span and you get to see what your child is drawn to through play. Nice concept for open play with kids.

We’ve been going here for a while, but I felt the need to write a review after a recent experience. My family and I have been very cautious during Covid so we stepped a bit out of our comfort zone going here. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Upon arrival my son and I were the first ones there and staff were so very welcoming. Masks were worn by all kids to the best of their ability and there was plenty of space to social distance. Very clean and we felt so safe. I promised my son we could go back for his birthday.

This place is great!!! Even for parents! My son is six and he can easily spend 3-4 hours just playing with all the things that are here. This place recently started offering outdoor events after hours but it is a bit pricey at $60/family, in my opinion. However, at $12/child for indoor activities, u cant go wrong!

Very nice staff. Safe place for kids to play, paint and have a good time. Cafe went out of their way to accommodate our Vegan diet. Thank you for the vegetable pizza.

Fun place! Very clean. They had a staff member walking around cleaning and sanitizing the toys and equipment. Everyone was friendly and the pizza was delicious. Id definitely recommend this place for fun for your little one.

I went here yesterday with my 4 year old son. We were both so happy to see it has finally reopened. We love it here! As always, the place was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and my son had a blast! Cant wait to go back!

Both kid and myself had a blast today at imagine that! Cleaner than kidz village. From the outside it doesnt look like child place rather it looked like a factory. Inside was really cool and fun. Lots of different play themes: art area, shopping center, taking care of pets, clean up tools, music room and slide. The clean up lady was really nice. I ask for a few stickers to decorate a paper tree and she gave me a whole sheet of stickers. We will surely visit again. No outside food or beverage are allowed. We went on a Wednesday in Nov and they had the promotion for adults free so we only paid $17 (including tax) for a toddler

Ok so I had the opportunity to take my family to Imagine That. AND OH MY GOD was I surprised. Im amazed with this place! Imagine... Great high quality food from a world class chef, a passionate owner who makes sure youre always comfortable, an Interactive gaming floor, a train model set, arts and crafts, a fire station, and oh so much more!!! My family was blown away by how they care about the social distancing rules, sanitation, and attention to detail from the party rooms, all the way to the bathrooms and gift shop. Parties, events, and catering... YOU HAVE GOT TO EXPERIENCE THIS FIRST HAND! Spacious, accommodating, and the babies (0 to 8 months) have a clean area to play away from the older children, the free Wi-Fi allows you to work, while your kids play, and the staff treats you like royalty. What suprised me most was how FEW people know about this heaven on Earth for all ages. Its like Florham Parks best kept secret. Now Im giving it to you. Imagine That?!

Hosted birthday party of my daughter at Imagine That after exploring various places. Great place with amazing management and staff. Lots of party package options to choose from with excellent quality of in-house food. Not only kids but adults also loved the place and tasty food. Puppet show was a huge hit among kids. They have something for each age group of kids. A big plus: No time limit except party room so kids can play as long as they want. Overall awesome experience worth every penny.

Loved this place. My kids enjoyed themselves. Adorable role-playing for kids. There is an arts n craft section. Two jungle gym sections. Great place for small babies til maybe 9 years old.

Went there as a chaperone for my sons kindergarten class and i amazed to see how much the kids loved this place. The things i liked the most:1. It was all indoors. Basically one big hall which had subsections for the kids activities so the kids can be left unsupervised and still would be at the same place.2. They gave a hands on experience of various activities such as fire truck(with fireman jerseys, helmets), excavating dinosaur skull from sand, music room having all musical instruments, arts and crafts section with paints, papers and everything, pirate shaped boat with pirate jackets, hats, swords for kids to pretend. They just loved the experience3. Had a break room where all kids could sit and relax and eat4. A play area with play sets for those who are done with hands on experience5. Super friendly staff6. Puppet show was a cherry on topWould definitely return to this place.

So many exciting things to do in a clean, friendly and accommodating environment. We love coming here and the kids look forward to going.

Imagine That is one of my 3.5 year old son’s favorite places and mine as well. This wonderful play place is like going to all of your friends basements and having new and cool toys all of the time. Also, their are 10 food choices and they are fabulous. There is a full time chef who makes home mass macaroni and cheese, chili, chicken noodle soup, potato soup, fresh fruit, fabulous muffins, as well as gluten free pizza.The owners seem to really care about their customers. They installed a children’s urinal in the Women’s restroom to make it easier and cleaner for parents and kids. Where else have you seen that?If you have not been here with your toddler or child, I highly recommend it.Best,Jen Shuster

We had our daughters third birthday and she absolutely loved it! Was a great experience from start to finish. Planning was hassle free and convenient. Everything was well taken care of on the day of the party and the kids had a blast with the games organized by our party host!

I was really disappointed. On vacation with my son we found the museum on google and there were no ages that I could see posted. My son saw the pictures and wanted to go and check it out. When we walked in the first reaction was that he was too old to enjoy it. My son is 10, and he’s very high functioning on the autism spectrum but somewhere like this gives him the freedom to play and enjoy that other places may not. We were allowed to walk through to see if he wanted to stay and when he did and I went to pay I felt incredibly judged that he’d chosen to stay. He’s a very gentle soul with other kids and the reaction made him shy to play. We stuck it out and he ended up having fun exploring the various activities but staff should be more educated on how different kids may function and not to judge without knowing. It’s a cool place but we will not be back.

My toddler girl enjoyed the place very much. She had lot of fun and didn’t really want to come out of the place. Good option to entertain your kids during winter season.

All of the kids enjoyed playing during free time (the whole facility is very clean and organized), the party room and decorations were perfect, and our party host did a great job of facilitating the activities. We held our sons 3rd Birthday Party at Imagine That!!! in Florham Park and it was absolutely the best time.We opted for the birthday package that included the themed place settings and did the toddler activity. The toddler activity was well worth it and a highlight of the event with all the kids engaged in one space. We also had a 10am party which meant that guests got to arrive 30min before the venue opened which was nice. Even after other guests arrived (and it was the Halloween event that day so I feel like it was a busier than usual day) the venue did not feel crowded! Many guests opted to stay for some time after the party as well!Cheryl worked with us regarding my sons allergy. And the employee assigned to the party was attentive and great with the kids. All food was wrapped up nicely at the end and ready for us to take home.The day went off without a hitch and I have already verbally recommended to others!

We had our son (5 years old) and daughters (3 years old) joint birthday party at Imagine That!!! in June 2019. It was a great experience and a lot of fun! The kids had a wonderful time and the staff were very attentive. If we needed more food/beverages it was easy to obtain more on the fly. The room was clean on arrival. Since renovating last year, Imagine That!!! is a lot less cluttered. There is plenty to do there to keep most kids occupied for at least a few hours, if not all day. I highly recommend coming here to either kill an afternoon or to have your childs birthday party. We will be back!

Awesome place for kids to explore things they participate in with their parents on a daily basis, but safe, clean, kid-friendly sized! From the fish tanks to the mini farmers market and painting. My 4 year old daughter had a blast!

Great affordable fun! My son loves to come here and play with their 4 train tables. They also have play-stations including an antique fire truck, pirate ship, castle, grocery store, veterinarian, daycare, construction zone, arts and crafts, music room, you name it. They have dress up costumes too. (the princess dresses could use a wash). The staff are great about keeping everything in order as fast as the kids mess it up. Bathrooms are clean, but don’t waste your money on the cafe, the food is gross and overpriced. Our first time here we witnessed a fire fighter themed birthday party. The party host was racing through the building with a handful of little firefighters putting out pretend fires. It looked like a blast for parties.

We celebrated my boyss birthday (age 7 and 3) at Imagine That and both guests and host children had a blast. Cheryl supported us in the planning as we bought the birthday package. All the staff members were gracious and helpful. Its a great place to celebrate birthdays or visit for a day. so many things for kids to do!

Well organized play space for younger kids, catering truly to their imagination. Fun stuff to do and loads of opportunity for imagined play. Plenty of seats for supervising adults to watch their kids explore the many set up play centers. Easy way to spend a few hours enjoying your children or grandchildren.

This is an awesome place for kids. Theres a variety of things for the kids to do. Everything is age appropriate and split up into sections. Its really nice when there arent that many people there. It looks like itd be a nice place to rent for a birthday party but havent checked into pricing on that. Weve been a few times thanks to our library offering a free pass. Thanks for the great experience our kids loved it!

Imagine that Childrens Museum is amazing. The owner employees are just so warm and caring. Theres so many activities and things to do with your children and they provide for the adults also theres a kitchen is food theres drink, tables electricity for your computer and the internet. Very pleasant place to be and spend time with your children.

Fun for the kids. They provide fake turf mats for the families to sit and serve also as markers for social distancing.

My little guy, had a great time playing here. And it was a nice change from most of the other places, that it is more educational than just a big padded playground.

We held our sons first birthday at Imagine That this past weekend and it was great! From planning to day of - Cheryl and Karisa made everything very easy for us. All the kids had a blast (there was something for everyone!) and all the parents kept mentioning how nice the place was. We will definitely be back!

Great place for relationships, not so much for kids, imo maybe not at all. Groupon has specials on it. Tips take many pictures in each station. Come comfortable and ready for pictures, they have stations that take the pictures for you. Overall great experience, wish it had more but the concept is unique.

I had my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was great! The staff had everything ready according to what I ordered and I didnt have to do a thing. The kids had a blast and didnt want to leave. Would definitely consider having another birthday party there in the future!

Great place for little ones to play and have fun, my 2 1/2 year old loves it here. Lots of train tables and toys for kids to play with as well as other children.Only downside is you pay per person going not per kid. So if mom and dad come you have to pay entry for each of you.

Always fun, the toys are fantastic. The only reason I wont give 5 stars is because I dont like the fact adults have to pay a cover in additionto paying children. Its the only place I know that charges like that

I had my daughter’s fourth birthday party here and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was taken care of so I could focus on my child and the guests. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Also there was SO much more to do than I expected. It’s a very large space with all sorts of activities. What was also great was when the party finished the kids were able to stay as long as they wanted and they all did since they was still so much to do and see. I would definitely recommend!

Decent place to enjoy time with your kids! They have got so many different sections such as craft, painting, groceries, musical instruments, slides, dress-up, and puppet show. Usual food options such as mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, pizza etc. You can easily spend 4-6 hours (ymmv).The only thing that I didnt like was - they charge for adults too

Smaller than how its implied on the website. . Its small space with enhanced pictures online. Needs update in the store, the fake supermarket...the toy trains.. the dinosaur toys a joke...the sand pit for hands is dirty looking . The pictures looks more fun than the actual place...the piece of fire truck needs upgrade.. its broken and nothing works...blaah the dress up clothes are pretty worn out. Their fish display lol is a complete joke..two small tanks with not really any fish inside.. you will see a better display in someone 2 bedroom apartment. The bathroom was clean I believe..the workers at least put the stuff back in their place... while they ignore your existence. The store need update or restocking...it seems as whatever was purchased since the place opened..is whats left if everyone bought something...not much variety...its alright. My son play with the little train most.. the jungle gym...mehh

We had our 3 year old sons birthday party at Imagine That and it was blast! They took care of everything and was all set by the time we got there. The staff was helpful and knew what they were doing. The toddler activity part was fun as well. All kids had a good time.

So many different activities for young kids. Staff is very friendly & helpful. The biggest drawback is having to share facility with many largely unsupervised camp kids who can get very rambunctious. One camp group had each group moving to different activities as a group so they were well supervised. Other groups just let the kids loose.

Very nice and clean place. They have arts and crafts inside as well. Great place for imaginary play. There are two room with big slides that requires shoes off. The musical room is great with instruments as well. They have cafe that are not so pricey. Lots of interactive games. Very satisfied with the place. They charge for the adults as well - less than a kid but still.

Recently had my sons 4th birthday party at Imagine That!!! and we had a fabulous experience! The staff is very responsive to questions and were extremely helpful in the planning. Tony was our party host and was amazing with the kids! Everyone had such a great time!

The kids had a blast, was especially great that the museum was open to just our party for a half hour before opening. Great for toddlers, preschoolers and elementary children! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Imagine That!!! This weekend. There are activities for all age ranges; my 14 month old had a blast! I especially liked the open learning environment that gives kids the freedom to explore all exhibits and really gets their creative juices flowing! The food was excellent too, we scarfed down the Mac and cheese and fries and asked for seconds! We can’t wait to come back!!

My 5 year old son had his birthday party here. The kids had so much fun that one of the guest booked a party during the visit. Highly recommend! Excellent staff! The fire truck activity was awesome. They were still talking about it after the party.

There are a decent amount of activities but toys and costumes are dirty and worn out. The staff is walking around picking up but not organizing the items so it’s difficult to find pieces of activities. The art area is a free for all. I was pretty disappointed. My daughter did enjoy herself though

We had a great time at my sons 2nd birthday! We celebrated with a Sesame Theme and all the kids (and parents) that attended were super happy with the whole experience. The staff was very attentive and the party was a hit. Definitely recommend this place for a party for young kids (5 and under).

Wonderful place for kids! My twins love to come to Imagine That!!! There are so many different things to do. Even if they have birthday parties the place doesnt feel crowded because it is really huge. The employees are very nice too.

Nicely refreshed play space is great for super hot days or winter. What ruins it for me is that they charge for kids and adults and can get quite expensive if grandparents or visitors want to join you.I love playing with my kids but paying for multiple adults who mostly sit and watch their kids play is a bit silly.

What sets this place apart from other childrens birthday party venues is that other places set a time limit (usually 1 hour) and then the kids need to go home. At Imagine That, the kids are allowed to play in the main play area until closing. Nobody felt rushed and it made for a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommended!

Love coming here. So easy with multiple kids and ages. I miss some things from prior to the renovation but def some areas are improvedHas a climber and lots of pretend play. People knock it but nothing else like it in the area.

What a great place! Not only were our daughters able to spend many hot Summer days at Imagine That, but we also had a birthday party there. Selena, the Host, was amazing as is the entire staff. Pizza is gourmet. The owner, Cheryl, is amazing. Kids lover the place, which is spacious and has plenty of different attractions for kids to play and not get bored. They could literally spend the whole day there. We would certainly recommend this place to everyone and we plan on spending many winter days there!

Very disappointed. I came here when I was child. I brought my daughter about 6 years ago and it was still as amazing as I had remembered as a child. When I brought my son in recently, it had been renovated and somehow the exhibits got smaller and less interactive. Theres just table top exhibits. A few climbing jungle gyms. Not impressed. My daughter even commented on how the exhibits changed for the worse. I would have rather spent the time in chuck e cheese.

A great experience all around. Had taken my boys here to play before, but had their birthday party here today and was beyond satisfied with the entire event. Will probably do this again for the next few birthdays.

I went on a field trip to Imagine That with my sons. It is not that as big as I expected but it was perfect for my 4 year old sons. It has costumes for my kids to wear, a playground section, a supermarket area, table toys, a sand table, and a musical room with a piano!

Super fun place! Areas for dramatic play themed around pirates, knights and princesses, dancers, firefighters, and veterinarians. A play grocery store and diner, kitchen, and nursery. Art studio, STEM play, train tables and magnetic blocks. Excellent value for the money!

I will start off by saying the kids had a wonderful time and have already asked to go back. The exhibits seem a little dated and the art room needed to be restocked. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Well its fun for the kids.. The place is big and gives space for the adults to just breathe rather than the usual small congested places. There are plenty of toys and the kids get preoccupied like crazy even though the adults get bored. There are separate rooms for the kids to cut the cake and eat whatever theyve ordered. There is also an activity session where a group of people make the kids do stuff like an obstacle course... So the kids will have fun anyway here... I saw that one kid didnt even want to leave the place because was having fun plying with all the toys and all... So overall.... I think its a good place if you want the kids to have a great time........... Shout out to all the employees who were there today........ They were awesome......

Karisa and Cheryl were fantastic - they were always accessible to answer questions leading up to the event, and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout. They handled all the work. I highly recommend!

Great experience! Kids had a lot of fun and 3 hours later no one wanted to leave. Somewhat pricey for only 15 - 20 kids (with a puppet show) but worth it.

We held our sons 4th birthday party at Imagine That! in Florham Park, and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. Karisa help us schedule and plan our party; she was great to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. Karisa also ended up being our party host; she was wonderful with the kids and super attentive. My son had a great time, and we love that the kids were able to keep playing even after the party ended.

This place is awesome, my daughter loves coming here. We just recently had her 2nd birthday party here, the staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a birthday party for their child or just looking to have a fun day out of the house

We spent the day there so much fun

We took my 20 month old nephew here and he was a bit skeptical at first but got really into everything after about 10-15 minutes. The big firetruck was his favorite thing by far, followed closely by the vet table with all the stuffed animals. There was even a board with a bunch of little lights that he was fascinated by. This place is great, perfect for kids even as young as his age! They even have a little cafe section for refreshments so I could rest while his nana and I took turns playing with him. Definitely recommend.
