This place is awesome. My wife and I took our three daughters (2,5,7)there twice during thanksgiving week 2020, and we will definitely be returning. First, this place has a lot of activities—regular trampolines, high performance trampolines, and a dodgeball court. What sets it apart: it has a few variations of an obstacle course, a slick slide, and a few air bag jumps. Second, the staff are very friendly. They remember repeat customers, and are there to keep you safe. They aren’t drill sergeants, nor do they impede your fun with needless interactions. Also, they are on top of their COVID care. No one gets in without a mask and a passing temperature check. The staff are cleaning constantly, and they limit the amount of patrons. But, there’s plenty of room so it never feels crowded. We arrived around 0930 both times and it felt like we had the run of the place. Third, this is a place for parents and kids to have fun—moms, dads, you’ll have fun jumping with your kiddo, and your kiddo will have as much fun as they want. The ninja warrior course is challenging, the trampoline area has plenty of squares to move around on, and there’s also places to sit and observe the activity. Finally, the sense of etiquette throughout the place was great. Everyone seemed to understand the rules, and were inclined to follow them. No big-kid troublemakers or unsupervised children who “needed” supervision. This made the experience even better, knowing there wasn’t a call to police my own kids along with others around them.Overall, this place is awesome and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Florence!
Had a great time! Staff was helpful and courteous especially Melanie. The pizza was terrible tasting, though. They need to change the recipe quick! And lower the price for drinks.
They are amazing! Not only is it an awesome experience for our children but the staff is very friendly. They keep everyone safe and do a great job at keeping everything clean. We will def keep our passes for the foreseeable future!
Defy Florence KY is great! Staff are very helpful. The park is clean and has a lot to offer. They do temp checks, have lines to direct people and maintain 6ft distance. I saw staff constantly cleaning as well. Great place, lots to do! Totally worth it! They have monthly memberships =)
The service I got there was fantastic! I went there a few days ago, Labor day, and the worker there was super sweet and i can tell she was working there for awhile. She had grey hair with a nose piercing and the back of her head was shaved. The manager working was also really sweet and the way she handled some of the problems that were occurring were very professional. My experience overall was wonderful and everyone should go there!
My Nieces had so much fun today at defy! They are small, but all of the kids were nice and respectful. The line went by fast and the staff was friendly! The facility is super clean! We will be back!!
Very fun place. Staff was super nice. Great place for kids to burn off some energy
Ill give this place a good rating. We went for a bday and kids of all ages loved it. Multiple things to do. Odd how the big best games were broke. We still had a blast. They lacked a bit on the party room, drinks and supplies came very late. Its not as easy to get out of a foam pit as one might think. If your over 28yrs old you will be sore in the morning!
Im little and think it would be good for you to hear it from a 8 year old I have. Older sibling that go all the time Im going this week my sisters tell me the line is incredibly lo and very busy but there service is the bomb there super nice as I hear cant wait to go but I really need the discounts first love that you get you own socks super cool place glade they made this trampoline. park awesome
Brought the kids for a Saturday morning and it was a great time. They had so much fun and I am thinking about joining the flight club for them to have fun over the summer. The staff were all very friendly. There was a incident with a kid getting sick and the staff helped him to the bathroom, tried to find his parents, and kept other kids away from the area until they could clean it. The lockers that are provided free are a great size, clean, and easy to use. I will definitely be back and may have my kids birthday party here.
This place is amazing for kids and adults who enjoy being active. There are a lot of staff there to make sure everyone stays safe. The only complaint is lack of availability of soda fountain. If the place is open you should be able to get a drink other than the water fountain.
I’ve visited here several times and each time I’ve been impressed with the staff, cleanliness, and child-friendly atmosphere. I have been to numerous trampoline parks before but they have been outdated, and dirty. I will definitely be back!
Love this place. Me and my daughter always have fun and get a work out!
Kids love it. Boring for parents unless you jump. No masks for kids while jumping. Observing parents have to wear masks, not sure how that makes sense, but whatever.
Experience was great! And there was this wonderful worker there, he’s new but he seemed like he’s been there forever, I made sure to get his name, Matthew.
My kid had a blast here so we upgraded our tickets to the 30 day pass for only $9 more. I highly recommend.
Group of friends and I wanted to try this place out, we tried calling multiple times just to make sure they were open before heading there and no one answered. Understaffed and staff seemed like they did not care to be there or to help customers. They gave 3 of us different answers on how much the price would be. The place was so dark you couldn’t tell whether the black floors were trampoline tiles or solid flooring. Unfortunately, not even 10 mins in, 2 of us were severely injured. We asked if this happens often and the girls said no it doesn’t. The st. E hospital said they get at least 2 people per week in the ER from defy. We each paid about $33.. Sadly just wasted money for us and very expensive hospital bills. If you go just be careful.
Defy is amazing and they have the best staff ever.
It was really fun, lots of jump time and very exciting
I have been coming to Defy since they opened in November. love it!Its a great place for the community and staff does a great job of providing a safe environment. At times I had to wait a bit, but no where close to the 2 hours some people claim to post on here. Overall fun place to burn energy off for everyone.️
Very clean is place for your kids a good family place
We had a Birthday party here 2 weeks ago. I was a little worried at 1st because it is always so busy and the lines are very long! I called the day before and talked to Lindsey to make sure everything was all set. We got there on Friday and everything was perfect. Lindsey took great care of us and the kids had a blast. I couldnt have asked for better service!! If they could find a better way to check people in on regular nights this place would be all around perfect! I am happy the party was perfect!
Great fun, helpful staff, even during the covid19 restrictions. Constant cleaning observed.
We love this place! So much fun for the whole family and staff members are wonderful. The check in line can be long but staff always makes sure everyone is happy which was awesome. Best customer service, good music to jump to, and lots of things to do. I definitely will be coming back.
They could use a bit organization on the weekends when they are busy, but the kids had a lot of fun.Heres a quick tip, if you think youre gonna be slick by paying online to make things go faster then think again. We still waited over a half hour in the Express line just to go up and tell them we were here and to get the bracelets thats required to enter the jump zone.
Went for 9am kid-hour. Awesome! I wish all jump places would do an early open for little kids. Bought everytime Online ahead of time, super easy. They also have incredible membership passes, especially if you are going for the kid hour.
The facility itself is amazing, weve been 4 times and the kids love it. My issue is the process so get in is so long and disorganized. Theres often only one or two staff checking in and the line is out the door. It gets busy and crowded easily and itd be nice if you could get tickets online for a certain time (to jump) to decrease some of that chaos.
This is our second time going to Defy in Florence and my 13 year old son loves it. Its large and has a wide variety of fun things to do. We purchased a membership so he can have fun there through the winter.
DO NOT WORK HERE!! When I first started here (back in January) it was great! There was chairs available to sit in the break room, there were good discounts for employees available, there were lots of employees (so we wouldn’t be stressed out) and since it was very busy all the time, time went by VERY fast. Now, here’s where the catastrophe began. After COVID, I’d say about 85% of the employees I knew, were gone. Almost everyone left! I’m sure they had their own reasons, but here’s mine. After coming back I considered getting other work. The hours felt like forever, I wasn’t getting the hours I wanted anymore, I was sometimes ignored texting my manager, and the pay wasn’t terrible but not very good. Fast forward a few days, I got injured on the floor (severely spraining my ankle). After a few minutes in the break room they IMMEDIATELY wanted me to go back on the floor and suggested I just sit on the chair and limp when I need to let people in, I said my ankle was throbbing and it would probably be best for me to go to the doctors and see what’s wrong so I could avoid possibly injuring it further by doing that. I said though, if I had a boot on (and the doctor cleared it) that we can maybe do that. After I had gone to the doctor he SPECIFICALLY told me to take three weeks off, elevate and ice, and also do small movements with my ankle to strengthen it. I let my manager know and he said ok hope you feel better soon. When it came to the insurance it was a TRAIN WRECK. I couldn’t imagine worse customer service! I was told a few days after my injury when I called them that I’d get paid for the days I was originally scheduled and I’d start getting paid for my availability hours scheduled a week later after the injury (for three weeks). I was supposed to get around $300-$350 in all. The second time I called to see what was going (because we got a letter in the mail that now someone ELSE is working my claim). The letter was dated June 22nd and we called July 3 and no only was the lady rude as heck, but she HAD NO IDEA what was going on with my claim. Then she said “well I don’t know if your daughter will get any money at all”. She had 11 days to figure out what’s completely going on, 11 DAYS, and this lady couldn’t even tell me my name. My dad then decides to call the manager, SAME WAY! He was extremely rude and insinuated my father was a liar. So in a nutshell, they got the cheapest insurance they could just to be able to say they have it. I mean, it’s only $300, if the insurance that cheap that they couldn’t just say hey I understand where your coming from our first employee guaranteed you that you’d get that money so we are going to make sure you’ll get that money. For good respected organizations, $300 is nothing. For the cheap low grade insurances, they’ll try to chip you and find any corner they can to not give you your money. I then quitted after a week of coming back because I then again got ignored by my manager after sending a text. I was just fed up. I just today (July 21 st) got a letter that I won’t be getting paid ANYTHING for the time I was out because I “had an option to sit down with my boot and I declined”. NO SIR! They offered for me to sit down and get up to let people in on my ankle RIGHT AFTER I GOT INJURED THAT DAY! NOT AFTER I GOT MY BOOT ON! Here’s a kick too, for the days I ACTUALLY clocked in and worked I HAVEN’T GOTTEN PAID FOR THAT EITHER!!! I am SO lucky that Im not living on my own at the time and I’m still a minor because if I wasn’t I would’ve been completely screwed. How was I going to pay rent or my insurance or my bills? If your someone who doesn’t mind getting payed almost minimum wage, not receiving responses from your manager (until you quit), and knows you’ll NEVER get hurt. Sure, WORK HERE. Here’s my advice to you though, work for a big corporations, someone you know will have great customer service and insurance. People who want to help you out and understand where your coming from, and a manager who will actually respond to your texts, not just until you quit. Oh and you’ll get paid.
The biggest issue we had was the wait and the customer service. My kids had an absolute best when they finally were able to get in. We waited an hour in line and we were at the desk for another 20 min to be told it would be 40 minutes before they could jump. Not only that when we got in line for drinks they were out of lemonade, their ice machine was broken, and we were told they dont sell bottled drinks when their sign says bottled drinks the lady was super rude and acted like walked around like a zombie waiting for someone else to do her job. That was another over 30 min wait that we lost during jump time.
Kids had a blast.
I hate to give this place a low rating. We went today, for the first time. My 6 year old had a blast.. However, it was a ridiculously long wait to get in. We already paid online. The lines didnt seem to be labeled, for check in. We finally got up there after waiting roughly 30-45 minutes.. To be told, my daughter couldnt jump for another 20 minutes. I know, and fully understand ita a weekend day.. But the wait was insane. I believe more registers need to be added..or maybe registers for members and registers for online pay, etc. The staff was extremely friendly to us! But again, my low rating..was due to the long wait times..even when we paid prior.
A family friendly place with a positive atmosphere, however, if your not a fan of children, go after 9pm because thats the cutoff for 13 and under plus the black lights get switched on. Worth every penny, even the socks that are surprisingly comfortable.
We took our kids here on Presidents’ Day. It was super busy but it still wasn’t too overwhelming. There was room to play even on a busy day. I could see the staff was a little frazzled because of the amount of kids but they remained friendly and helpful. This is trampoline park was our kids favorite in the Cincinnati area. We have been to others and it was worth the 25 minute drive.
Defy your store is the best
Although I know the facility is new and clean and awesome, they are totally understaffed and do not have a good check in process. It’s 7:48 pm And my husband has 7:30 pm online jump tix and is STILL standing in an unorganized massive line of people. He arrived at 7. We are very frustrated as this was my sons birthday present. Hoping for a refund or something! The owner responded to a previous complaint with “sorry schools out” but school isn’t out this week so I’m hoping for something better. Will update. *Update* They finally got in at 8:15, were told they could jump till 9:15, but the staff kicked everyone out at 9, and they were kicking out people who got in at 845, to go back in line to have to go get a different wristband if they wanted to stay. So basically- it was a mess. People were mad. No one wanted to wait in ANOTHER line. Management needs to get it together.
Love this place!!! My 2 year old loves it and it wears her out. We have been twice and will go again!
We bought memberships for our kids. They love it. I never thought that we could get them away from the video games and phones so easily..There is so much for the kids to do there. Even adults like it .
Great place to bring the kids and have a great time. Even fun for the adults. We was here for two hours and had a blast.. Lots of trampolines obstacle course ninja course everything here at the Florence location
I only wish the time in the party room was longer, felt a little rushed. Also the rooms need to be larger. The service we received from Allison was excellent, could not have had any better service or attention. Thank you Allison. The Rozlyn Party
Be a kid again... With yours kids!!
We were probably there at a bad time. It was a Friday night. Line was super long. Then they said they were sold out. So we waited over an hour for next jump time. It was clean and fun. I think they allow too many children in the Arena. Someone is going to get hurt. They did not check the waivers. Also witnessed many parents dropping young kids off at door. So there were several unsupervised children. I think owners need to know so they can put a stop to that.
Kids loved it.
It was great. An amazing place to brings kids. Easily one of the most fun things that I have ever done.
Family friendly all around! The staff always greet you with a smile and makes sure you are getting exactly what you pay for! Park always meets up to my family’s expectations!
Today was our 1st experience here. We booked a birthday party for our 10 yr old. He and his friends (ages 6-13) had a fantastic time! Super fun atmosphere and I love how they use different color wristbands to keep the activity zones from being too crowded all at once. We had a small miscommunication about when our jump time was to start, but the manager let us overlap with the next session to make up for it. The memories we made here far outweigh the steep price tag, in my opinion.
Great 1st visit.
The place is fun for kids and teenagers . The staff is rude. They shouldnt have 16 and 17 year old running that place at all. Also needs a better selection of food . Half the time they are out of stuff.
All workers work extremely hard to make sure everyone is happy, yes it gets busy on the weekends but they are all trying their best to handle the amount of people that come in. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend for all ages!!
The check in / payment process is really poor. Expect to wait 45 minutes for the staff to process 5 customers. The one point to make as frictionless as possible within a business is taking money. Likewise, the concessions are hit and miss, sometimes taking only cash, other times only cards, and often ‘don’t have any change’. The place could be terrific if these seemingly easy things were overcome. The employees are trying to be helpful- the management / processes are just so poor.
Cancelled on July 23rd because of Covid and just noticed they have charged my account again.
We had a birthday party here this past weekend. They are greatly under staffed. Kudos goes to the staff as they were friendly and tried to help as much as they could that day, but there just wasnt enough of them. We had to keep jumping the line and get dirty looks to ask questions, figure out where to go, get ice and drinks and basically beg for help as we were not even given the party host we had paid for. I contacted them via email about the lack of a party host that we had paid for and they didnt offer any restitution (free passes or money back) just a response of thanks for the feedback. Every place makes mistakes, but how they handle the mistake speaks volumes about them too. I would not recommend having a party here as you dont get what is advertised on their site.
Great fun for the kids.
Great place for a teen birthday party. The staff was friendly and helpful. The party rooms are bright and cheerful. And the kids had a great time!
Lots for kids to do. Even when its busy there are so many activities that it isnt a problem. I did see a lot of toddlers running around the bigger the kids which made me nervous they were going to get hurt. Maybe a toddler area would be a good idea.
Very clean. Very equipment diversed for all ages and ability. Very well monitored. Time just flies by!
Great place, staff was more than helpful, the manager Jewel was awesome and handled my huge group of ppl very well !
Do not book a birthday party here. We spent way too much for a party that started at 1:30pm to have a room that was eventually given to us at 3pm. Kids had fun jumping and playing but the event coordination was laughable.
Love this place! I go all the time! The staff are friendly, and it’s a great environment :)
Good way to use burn off kids energy. Plenty of seating for spectators. Good price.
Aight, had my doubts about this place because the previous times I have tried to go, place was full of little ankle biters! So finally I go early enough to get a chance to see what it do.This place is one of the best places for New Parents/GRANDPARENTS to take their Kids/Grandkids so they can run around and not worry about weather. Nice activities for the kids to do, and jump around and wear themselves out. With that being said, this is NOT a place for ANYONE over 5ft, and 100lbs!! Place has very little space to actually Defy Air! You are very limited to experience what Defying Air really is. So the name is actually misleading! Also, for parents, there is no lounge area, massage chairs, or comfortable(limited) viewing area.Place would be great spot for little kid parties of all kinds, i.e. special needs.
I attend this place regularly and the park is always clean and the staff members are very friendly and cheerful. I will definitely keep coming back!
They could use some more staff,it seamed that you could do anything you want,it was kinda hectic, the 6 years old were running in front of me while I was flipping on the trampoline.the lines were also incredibly long it took 20 min to get our wrist bands
Wanted to go early on a Sunday. We waited in line for 30 min, line didnt move so we left. Sad because the place looked fun for the kids. Wont go back, what a waste of money.
Very busy on the weekends but if you can go during the week youll have the run of the place. Fun for all ages.
Super clean and loads of fun
Kid friendly for all ages. Adults, teens, and young kids. Employees on duty in play area for safety. Pretty neat!
Absolutely terrible. Unorganized mess. We paid for an entire birthday for an hour of jump time. Paid at 2:30, stood in line for 15 minutes (2:45) and were made to leave at 3:30. Thats 25% of the time we paid for we did not receive. THEN, we bought memberships for our children and are told that we cannot reserve jump time unless we buy tickets online and we must stay and wait to see if all tickets are sold out before we can get in. REALLY? So membership is a 3month contract that has absolutely no perks, and weve been unable to get on and jump since purchasing them because we didnt purchase jump time online.Tl;dr No management, No organization, Membership perks are non-existent and once they lock you in for 3 months youre a second class citizen, overcrowded mess of a place. After our months are up we are definitely cancelling and spreading the word MAINLY due to our terrible customer service experiences.
Very understaff, lines are extremely long, there’s no point in having a membership if you still have to wait in line. ice Machines is always down! Food is nasty, we came for a birthday party and all of the party supplies that were purchased they didnt even have. This place needs to be shut down until it can be ran efficiently with the proper amount of staff!
Cool place but lines are way too long for things!
Well with our first visit being pretty disappointing because of excessive wait time, I decided to try again once school was back in and everything from the holidays died down a bit.We showed up early for the 6 and under play time. We signed the waiver and paid ahead of time online. Check in went smooth and my boys had a blast. I was concerned, however, with a small section where some foam had been ripped away and the wood framing was exposed. It seemed a bit dangerous considering the nature of the place. I brought it to one of the employees attention but apparently they weren’t too concerned.I’m glad we gave it another shot. It was a great place for my boys to burn off some energy during the cold weather!
The service was great
Omg best place ever. I could spend hours here.
Awesome place. My 12 year old loves it!
Went for a session drove an hour and half up two others from our group drove two hours and then we could barely even use the spring floor setup as the lights got turned off not a good time :(
Amazing place. Employees are super nice and helpful!
1st time, ok experience but stood in line for 20 mins after already paying online. There should be a separate line for online payments. My kids had fun though!!
Had a great time. Alot to do here, trampolines, obstacle course, american ninja warrior course. My son had alot of fun
I took two 4 year olds. They loved it but the place seems to still be figuring out how to run the business. Employees were nice but lines were way too long to buy passes or get food. They announced rules but none seemed to be enforced.Went a second time jan 2. It was way too crowded. Im not sure what the employees are supposed to be doing. Looks like they just stand around cause they arent enforcing any rules or helping to form lines to create any sort of order. I wish I had taken some pictures of how unbelievably crowded it was. We had to leave before our time was up because we couldnt actually do any of the obstacles it was so crowded. I get that schools out but please staff accordingly or have a limit to how many people can enter at a time and once a time slot is full then cut it off.
The first time we went there we stood in line for 45mins to be told it was a private event. This time we stood in line for an hour and half to be told that they were sold out. There is no organization. VIP line shares the same line as single ticket purchase. None of the employees look over 18 and it shows. I dont recommend wasting time out of your day for this place
The snack bar is always closed. I been here 3 times my kids love it but they are always thirsty and the snack bar isnt open. Very friendly staff
I went last Friday to purchase two gift certificates and was told they were out. The cashier said she was sorry, but that the certificates would hopefully be in Monday, but definately Tuesday. I told the girl I wanted the certificates for a birthday party and she suggested I go ahead and purchase the socks so that I would have a gifts to take. That worked wonderfully and the kids were excited to hear they would be going. So I went again tonight (now Tuesday) and was told again that they were out of gift certificates. When I told this this cashier that I was told to come back in today her only response was, Well, who ever told you that was lying.. There was no apology, no asking if she could take my name and number to call when they came in.Customer service can make or break an interaction and hers broke it. I will just end up finding another gift elsewhere.
Best jump place I have ever been at!
Way to long of lines. No food. No drinks. Put some vending machines in or something. To high priced. San Diego is one the most expensive places in America but you can do the same for like 6 dollars. Cincinnati it cost me 25 dollars doesnt make any sense. The worker after getting charged 25 took my 5 dollars and I told her she short changed me. All around bad experience
Great way to spend a couple hours. Super friendly staff.
My grandkid loves this place. but its ridiculous when you have a membership and the line to get the bracelet takes an hour. they need to have another kind of line for members only. they say they do but anybody gets in there. im going to wait a month if they dont do anything about this i will cancel. gave it one because of the wait.
Defy is sick!! The kids had a ton of fun! Ill be sure to get in next time!
Had to stand in a line for about 30 mins even though we alteady bought tickets online. And what place that sells food and soft drinks doesnt sell bottled water.
Bought membership for my grandsons 9th birthday. Took him here for first time today and things are confusing. They dont seem to know how the memberships work. Supposedly you get to skip the lines. I had to pull the manager aside since no one was scanning membership barcode that was emailed to me for admittance. A bit disappointed in the supposed smoothness of entry. Im sure despite this my grandson will have a blast.
Its a very fun place to bring your kids, they have a normal trampoline area, super tramps, wall trampoline setup, jousting, rope climes, dodge ball, and much more, it was very fun
Just as a kid I only been there 5 times and it is a great place
Had a great time, a little slow tho.
Great place for family and let the kids unwind for sure!
