Management/Owners,Good morning.Wanted to let you know we did a drive through on your property Sunday. Looking at homes for sale. Your park looked outstanding. I bet the summer look is even better.If a home comes available on one of the lakes, let my wife and I know.Have a great 2020!

Dont move into this mobile home park. Its a rip-off. Lot rent is $510 per month. The rent increases $25 per month every year & has increased 46% since February 2016. Managers harass, intimidate tenants & threaten eviction for trivial matters. Park has frequent sewage backups, standing water/ stormwater draining issues, frequent water leaks from buried water supply lines, aging electrical infrastructure, roads in disrepair, poor or non-existent snow removal in winter & lots of rules that are not enforced. Cars parked on the street are towed but there is no visitor parking. The quality of the people living here has also diminished due to lack of proper vetting. Lots of junky cars & motorcycles w/ loud mufflers constantly speeding thru the park. Residents experience problems w/ pests such as termites, ants, mosquitoes, stink bugs, bed bugs, mice, moles & raccoons. Management is deceitful, argumentative, incompetent & frequently absent. Maintenance is minimal. If you buy a home here, you may only be able to sell your home for a fraction of what you paid for it. The threat of this kind of loss can cause you to become trapped - unable to leave without financial hardship. Also, surrounding commercial developments threaten to re-purpose this land & displace residents at any time. I DO NOT recommend.Note... Ive lived here over a year and its perfect for myself, son and large breed dog. Im happy there are strict rules in place to keep this place from looking like a dump (like other nearby parks). Lot rent has increased which stinks and Id love for the pool to finally be built. Overall I have no real complaints and Im happy to have my own place I can call home.

Nice place to live. Clean and quiet. Maintenance is very on task. And the manager is really caring. Price is a little up there....

Been here a year and pleased with the area, however the lot rent is high. Seems pretty quiet and generally pretty well kept.

This is the first year at Christmas that there isn’t any Christmas lights put up in the park. The previous owners took care of the park better. They would put a lot of lights up in the park. Since the new owner took over, I haven’t seen any changes. They keep raising the rent, but where is all the money going? They don’t have enough to even put some lights up at Christmas! They have their rules, but certain people in here get away with everything and don’t listen to a word they say. The new owner is just sitting back getting rich as the rent keeps going up.

Use to live at this mobile home park, new owners purchased the park raised the rent! Stopped by to visit the lady who bought our home, she said they were raising the lot rent to $500.00 a month that is way to much. If you are on a fixed income and a senior rent a apartment. Their rules for cutting the grass 2 inches high. And the new owners never built a swimming pool like they promised.

Amazing place to live. Its calm and quiet. Doesnt seem like yout so close to so much nusy stuff.

I tried to go in the office and the hours online are different from the sign on the door. Went back a few hours later and still no one in the office.

WOW So many negative comments, really? We have resided here for 6 months, love our neighbors, and love the park. Personally have had only positive experiences with Rosa. I cant imagine the different personalities she has to deal with on a daily basis. Is anyone ever Happy? Yes it is a little more expensive than some of the other parks. It is an overall well-kept park. We appreciate the rules, rules are in place to keep the park nice. I wouldnt live in the other Northern KY parks if you gave me a home there! Ever heard you pay for what you get! As far as a pool, I cant imagine that the liability would be worth the expense. This park happened to be owned and run by the same owners (family) for well over 40 + years. People /residents get comfortable even when things need to change. Change is a constant, and is as inevitable as life itself. We hope to live here for many years to come. Take pride in what you have and be a positive, considerate home owner and you shouldnt have any problems. Instead of tearing someone down (Rosa) lets help her be the best she can be for all residents. If youre constantly going to whine, please move! The other parks wont care.......heck in most of them you can park on your lawn and rebuild your engine in your driveway.

The park manager thinks she works for parking enforcement by putting stickers on cars. Honey you manage the lot, you dont own it. Quit picking favorites and put the stickers on you peoples cars Also.Boone Co is aware of you BULL SNOT

Crestview Lakes Villa is one of the nicest mobile home communities around this area. Management is friendly and repairs are done timely manner. I am excited about the new clubhouse and pool that are being planned and cant wait to see them finished. This will be a real positive for the community.

Not the typical mobile home community. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Community center very accommodating.

Completely rude management. Under new ownership, they harrass the people that live here by towing cars parked in the street for a few hours even though after there rule of having a porch on both side of your house you can only fit at most 3 cars in a driveway and expect you to keep your grass cut 3 times a week (If its not they will cut it and try to charge you $40 for it.) If you want an easy going place to live in retirement this is not the place. Read the other reviews.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

There is a lot of work being done in the park. I would like to see a better job to keep the ponds clean and slow the cars down. The lot rent was raised but hopefully that was enough to do the work they wanted. The people are cleaning up their lots and mobile homes. Some people have to be told and sometimes another eye helps. All in all I like the park, the people who live here, and hope to stay. I know money is a factor for some but it needs to be clean and safe and we have both of those.

I dont think its the management team, its some of the rude neighbors who think this is a retirement environment and children should be seen and not heard. Go live in a retirement home if you dont want the noise of beautiful children laughing and playing. Im sure at one time you yourself had children!!!!!

Manager Rose is extremely rude. Never had a problem until new ownership. Had family that has lived here for 10 years, Would not and will not recommend anybody move here. Its to the point where Ill be reaching out to my attorney.

Great place to live. The new owners are trying to improve things that have been let go for years. Yes the rent has raised, but improvements cost money. Time will tell, but this is still Northern Kentuckys number one mobile home park ..

I loved it until recently, but the new owners apparently dont want to be bothered with our new management concerns, and the new management well they are very rude, said move if you dont like all the rules. I wanted to voice my concern with the owners, but was withheld the info to contact them, so if anybody knows who owns the property, it would be nice if I would be given info to contact them.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life! DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you move here don’t plan on having any family over because you’re not allowed to park your car on the street, you can park it at the lake and walk in 0 degree weather. Also you will get stickers stuck to your window that you will have to scrape off. :) the management is horrible with nothing better to do then drive around in a little van, harassing people all day. Also, the rent is super expensive for a place where you have absolutely no freedoms! If you are thinking of moving here please don’t! You will be miserable because we sure was.

I would also like to know who the new management is? Occasionally if one of my cars needed to be in the street just while the other left for work and he knew I was leaving within a couple of hours I constantly got letters put on my car and recorded banging on my door saying itd be towed. Its a rule fine Ill own up to my own wrong doing for that whole two hours its on the street once in a while but I just watched for the second time the maintenance guy drive straight down the street without ticketing the three cars that were just on my street!!!! Ive been harassed from maintence more than once here and now that owners have changed they have went back to harassing me!!!! You all arent keeping everyone else off the street but yet Im not allowed for a couple hours occasionally ????? I have pictures of my letters and pictures of the other cars that stay in the street as well as a video of him driving past the other cars in the street, so Ill see what my lawyer thinks !!!!

It use to be great place to live. Nobody bothered you. New owners suck. They have made it to expensive to live. Suppose to get worse. They ruined our neighborhood.

Susan Sills....You need to be up to date on things around here. They told us they were going to put a pool in but they decided not to. And dont hold your breath on this so called new building. I haven,t seen ground broke yet have you? They told us that months and months ago. With all the money they are collecting from us year after rear, youd think they would give attention to the roads. They are PITIFUL!!!They tell us that if the grass grows more than 4 inches, they will cut it and charge us $40. But when they let their portion of the property to grow 12 inches from 5 weeks of growth, its ok . The area of their portion between Amber dr. and Hazel has grown 12 inches before they finally cut it. I could go on and on.

Too many trailers in sale? why? To live in this place should I analyze it 2 times, the bad administration? good questions ... the double face of the person in charge, is not very careful

Beautiful mobile home park

My home for over 20 yrs time and conditions have changed a turn-over of owners has created much confusion and often misunderstood by residents .Certainly a great area convenient and easy in and out .But the designer of the latest speed control bumps wasnt entering or exiting the park Crossing at any speed is a Bone jarring experience .The only escape is to park at one of the (1/2 mile away ) Park and Ride. site and walk home .

Always finding something else they want changed on the homes of the people that try hard to make it look nice, when they just drive by and shake their heads at the peoples homes they know are NOT going to change. Cant sit outside without getting ate up from mosquitoes (during the day, worse at night) because of ditches with standing black water. Was told Vonda dont like seeing TV antenna. Wish she would walk the park instead of doing drive bye. Check the reviews NO LONGER A FIVE STAR. Dont take long for marks to go down, hard to get them back. Had adults and children playing in the street kicking balls, throwing other items into other homes stepping on and killing flowers of others, not their own homes. Over Memorial Day Holiday, Rosa said to call her and shed come down and stop it. (IT HAPPENS EVERY HOLIDAY), if the weather permits, you know its going to be the same, ALWAYS the same families. So why bother. IF EVERTYONE WAS TREATED THE SAME ID GIVE IT A FIVE STAR. MANAGEMENT HAS TO LIVE AND MAKE improvements JUST LIKE THE REST. OF US. IT COST MONEY TO KEEP THINGS UP TO A FIVE STAR. IF RENT KEEPS GOING UP, THE LESS OUR RETIRED AND disabled WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP THERE HOMES UP. MANY IN HERE HAVE TO PAY OTHERS TO DO THE WORK FOR THEM, WHICH MEANS more money they take away from the little bit they have.

I loved it at 1st but now it is completely awful to live here. Trying to tell me what I can and cant have in my house like a dog or a person. News flash thats illegal to do!! The harassment ans bullying has to stop or Im calling the news you big bullies! No one is perfect we live here to have a peaceful life! And with holding the owners info is illegal as well. So stop what your doing or il get my lawyer involved!
