All their merchandise is way over priced. Their sales practices are misleading; By that I mean they will sell you things and promise you that items not in the store will be ordered right away (they arent) and when you special order something custom (done in house) they promise a time frame of delivery and then stall or make excuses for lack of delivery. So, the product and the service are not received and they refuse to return the money or give an exact time of delivery for the promised items and service. Be sure you want to make a purchase, because if anything is wrong with your purchase, THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT give you a refund. They will only offer excuses or let you use the purchase for other items in the store (I hope they have something else you really want or need). The service is slow and very lack luster in a desire to provide good customer service. Good luck if you give them your time or money. EDIT: I tried to make a response to Southern Defense Supply after they posted a response to this review, but for some reason, the review is locked. So here it is in an edit. You response is misleading and outright lies. I was always able to be reached, so much so that I was stopping by your shop weekly to check on my items. The time frame quoted was exactly 2 weeks as I discussed that at length because I didnt want to make the order as I would be leaving on a vacation and wanted the order before I left. I was assured it would be ready. Not only was it not ready, but a month later when I returned from vacation (a total of 3 weeks past the date promised), it still wasnt ready. I kept coming back for an additional 3 weeks before I finally gave up and asked for a refund because I did not receive the items or services I was promised and paid for. Either conduct business or get out of business. Stop stealing peoples money.

They can also ship!***also great place for women to purchase guns and accessories. I have never felt uncomfortable...they have always been friendly.

Have a good amount of merchandise in store. Also a decent size selection in firearms, and if they dont have it in stock they can order it, typically in a very timely manner. Bought my G19 Gen 5 from them, I will be doing business here again.

Great products you cant find anywhere else areound here and the staff has great customer service and very knowledgeable. Out of all the times i have been, i have never had an issue or a question go unanswered.

Recently bought a pistol from Southern Defense and was treated very well. They went out of their way to make me happy and they did not hesitate to price match a local competitor and even gave me a discount on a holster I decided to buy. Will continue doing business with them.

Good selection of ideas to choose from and staff is knowledgeable of what they’re doing. Not always the friendliest people but helpful.

Have done several transactions with Ryan, Joe and the rest of the Southern Defense Supply team. I expect a retail store to charge a fair price for the goods they sell and they do exactly that. Southern Defense provides great services, superb selection of difficult to find merchandise and service after the sale. I trust their advice and input on firearms and related technology, a real rarity in this business.

Awsome, love it in there, caught some good deals on things i couldnt live without and the place just keeps getting better with more inventory, every time i go in there, there is something new, would like to see some targets or other things to shoot at but im sure that will come sooner or later, pretty good prices on ammo too.
