The FMU PAC is a great medium sized performing arts center with a variety of shows and concerts year round. Theres not a bad seat in the house.

Only saw it from the outside but appears to be a very impressive building.

Today was the Pecan Festival for the town of Florence, SC. It was wonderful. A Dance team called Driven by Dance performed at FMU Theater! They did a Great Job!!!!!

A great venue for shows and events with two unique performance spaces placed conveniently in the heart of Florences growing downtown. Just steps away from quality hotels, food, and shopping.

I am so proud to have the opportunity to attend but also be a part of the FMU Performing Arts Center. Our daughters danced with SCDT for most of their school years. The facility is Awesome and it has very capable people at the helm! I even helped back stage several years ago with the Russian Ballet tour. Our area is blessed to have a facility that can hold the numbers of people who come to see the various shows. Hands up to the leadership and the donors for allowing it to be possible.

The Black Box Theater is an awesome listening room, got to film performance there and the sound was amazing. Great staff.

From the exterior of (new) tombstone granite, to a lobby of clean lines and smooth surfaces, this performing arts center is itself a work of art. Once in the main performing hall the cold design disappears and is replaced with the welcoming warmth of tans and browns with massive tasseles adorning the curtain. The overall design of this performing arts center only adds to the imagination of the audience, really setting the gears in motion for a classy experience.The acts in the black box are among my favorites, with their almost raw nature. A great learning environment, as well as a true entertainment venue.

A beautiful facility with incredible acoustics. Very fun place for a concert, with an intimate feel. Its even more fun to play here. The PAC also has some excellent concerts in the black box theatre, as well as the annual SC Chamber Music Festival, which brings in artists from all over the world. Definitely see a concert here--itll be a memorable experience.

Cozy little theatre. Get there early.

This performance arts theater is absolutely beautiful. I went to see Black Violin there. Honestly there really isnt a bad seat in the house. I sat balcony, front row and noticed that there wasnt a second tier of seats. Instead, they have box seats along the side that are at the same level as the front row balcony. The interior design looks like traditional meets modern art design. A bonus is that you can take your drinks in. The only downside is parking. Get there early to get parking in front if the building.

This visit to the FMU performing Arts Center was for a production of the Music Industry Ensemble. It was a very fun show, and the sound and lighting are excellent! Florence is lucky to have such a venue.

Went here as a chaperone for my daughters 2nd grade class. We went to watch a Harriett Tubman play! The play was awesome!! The theatre was beautiful & immaculate! We had an outdoor picnic lunch around a concrete area with steps all around it( no picnic tables where we sat on the concrete steps, but Im not sure if there r tables somewhere or not). But sitting around the steps was great, it was a beautiful day! The restrooms had plenty of stalls for big crowds n were very very clean! I will definitely be going back to take the whole family many more times! I would also recommend this theater to any and everyone. The performers in the play that we watched were so awesome and were very talented actors! Great Job to the Harriet Tubman performers from February 16, 2018, you ladies & gentlemen were extremely awesome & amazingly talented!! Great job!

The acoustics are great, seating is comfortable and the cups are cute and convenient. Ive seen Stockton Helbing, FMU Concert Band to name a few. I enjoyed myself and so did my wife

Great auditorium for Francis Marion and the public have many plays and dance recitals.

Not a bad seat in the house. Beautiful facility. Florence is fortunate to have such a venue.

An unusual venue with very good sight lines and acoustics, unique and interesting architecture, and comfortable seating. Well be looking for more events in this location.

They had a city wide Christ based addictions meeting at the amphitheater that was inspiring.

Columbia City Ballet did a great performance of the Nutcracker! Thanks for bring them to town.

The best facility in Florence for live performance. The acoustics are excellent and the Venus is not over large. Thats a strength but also a weakness because we cant get really big acts to visit.
