I bought a used PS4 the other day and the fan system started going out. I brought it back though and since they didnt have a replacement and fixing it would cost more than it was worth they gave me every cent back that I spent. While Im sad I dont have a PS4 again I have to say that was awesome. I definitely read my receipt and didnt expect them to do that for me. It was pretty awesome.Also, that store just has awesome stuff in it. Im a huge star wars geek so I nerded out hard with my girlfriend there two days in a row.Issues like that happen with used systems so I wasnt too upset. Ill still definitely go back. No doubt.

Fantastic customer service, I live almost an hour away and am more than willing to make the trip. Excellent selection for almost every system (nobody has Dreamcast games available for some reason). Knowledge staff that definitely go the extra mile.

My go to retro gaming store, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The selection is amazing Ive been to many retro gaming stores in this area and across the country as I travel as part of my job. Theres not a place around the Nky/Cincinnati area with better selection. The prices can be high sometimes but you can talk with them occasionally about a item you feel should be lower. Overall though the prices are very market fair. They even have a great customer loyalty program that lets your earn discounts! Highly recommend if you collect retro toys/videogames!

My son purchased a DS in the box and noticed when he got to the car that it was damaged. He went back inside to return it. They would not return his money. I even called them when he arrived home. We are now disputing the charge on our card. The one they sold him in the box has a different serial number than the box too. That is fraudulent. What a scam. Beware and don’t let your kids shop here.

Today was my very first time. I love this place. It literally has everything. I found games and classic consoles that I never thought Id ever see. Such consoles like SEGA, NES, ATARI, and other consoles. Ill definitely be back.

Staff was friendly, super large selection on everything from toys to games to movies. A friend sold some stuff there recently and told me they had movies ended up getting a full stack without breaking the bank.Definitely a replacement for Buybacks

Staff here really knows their stuff and is friendly and outgoing. Selection is really outstanding too and reasonably priced. Highly recommended - probably the best in the greater Cincinnati area, a hidden gem.

The staff are always kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable on old collectables and classic video games. You can find things from the NES to an Xbox one S, from old movies, to rare starwars collectables from 1977. 10/10

Forget about other video game stores for older games. I was looking for PS2 games and their selection is unbeatable. They have even more selections for the newer consoles. Biggest selection I know of in the area! Plus the staff is super helpful.

I love this place, Ive bought a ps2 slim here for what i feel was a very reasonable price amd had zero issues with it. I have also purchased numerous retro games for various consoles and they have worked flawlessly.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and even if they may not know, they are not afraid to try and find out. Great customer service goes a long way, as a 90s kid gamer i couldnt ask for a better store. Id definitely recommend to anyone. I would be even happier if you guys could get a copy of Blue Dragon for 360. 8)

Good vintage game store. If your looking for a old game you use to play as a kid this is the store to be at. Staff was friendly and love the selection. You can find anything there from a old game system to new and hard to find games to rare games. Glad this place is here and love stopping in and looking at everything and not being annoyed by people asking if you need help with something every ten minutes. Great place and I highly recommend to everyone.

Sad because I really like this place to start off with. And they do have a few good employees . The selections are OK for the most part. Theres a couple issues that I have it seems like some stuff is on the top tier pricing. One time I went in to return a game that I bought just because I didnt realize I are ready by the copy from them a couple weeks before. I went in to return the game and they told me if theres nothing wrong with it I cannot return the game all sales are final. And I was in there just the day before. So I vowed never to buy a game from them again. In the world of collecting games like that sometimes you get an extra one. Even ever game was only 6 bucks that makes me feel like I cannot trust them for big purchase. Plus any game or system you buy only has 14 days return. But if you go to arcade legacy they have one month return. And if you accidentally get a game you dont want you can easily return it. I cant go back to this just because of the factor of they dont seem to appreciate their customers and the type of customers we are

They are expanding the store, not moving, and they have a lot of interesting stuff. Prices seem fair, owner friendly, workers helpful, nice displays and not a lot of piles of stuff, which is refreshing. Ill be back when I have more time to spend!

Amazing selection, great staff, and very cool setup in the store. The prices aren’t too insane but they’re not extremely cheap either, only on accessories and books and dvds and such. This is for convenience, you can find almost anything retro related you want in this store and they always help or will keep an eye out for you.

I bought a ps3 guitar for my autistic son, who had wanted one ever since playing the game at Dave and Busters, and it didn’t work. I called up there the same night and explained and was told I couldn’t return it BUT I could bring it back the next day with my ps3 and he would test it out on my system to see if he could get it to work, well he had the same problem I did and couldn’t get it to work either. They found another guitar in the back, which was way better than the one I purchased and had to be more expensive, and he tested it out on my ps3 and it worked so he gave me the much better one for no extra money because he wanted to make everything right and make sure that I was happy! They went above and beyond to help me and seemed happy to do it! Their helpfulness and great attitude earns 5 stars easily! They have got a customer for life because of the experience I had there! My son loves his guitar and has played it every night!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

I sold some some SNES and NES games to the store, I had sort of an idea of their value when I went in. I honestly expected the gamestop experience. But I walked out blown away not only did they give me a fair price, one item was worth more then I thought and they told me about it.Very Honest business cant go wrong going here. Honestly, this is one of my favorite places to shop. I love to game, and through growing up, Ive lost a lot of my childhood games and systems. Sometimes things just get lost or broken, and major retailers have been cutting back on their older systems more and more over the years, making it hard to get a lot of those possessions back. Nostalgic Bazaar has impressed me with the selection of old systems and games that they have, and for the most part, theyre fairly priced. If I need something for an old system, and want it now, this is where I go.

Be warry when you step inside this store, shoppers.While it is the only option in the area, I fear they know that and weaponize it.For one they tend to sell fake cartridges. Usually Pokemon or other Nintendo Properties, seeing that they are the best sellers.. They seem to have the idea that as long as it resembles the gameplay, the rest doesnt matter. How so? Say you want to buy a game for the ps3, but the case is horribly beaten up and the disc is scratched to hell. They would still sell it full price. Or if you buy a cartridge for the Sega Genesis to add to your collection, the cartridge would have a missing label, or half of it and be beaten to hell. But if its there then its full asking price.I came across a pokemon yellow in there, the condition was ungodly terrible. Scuffs and the label was a mess. It looked like some kid ripped it to pieces. It was still at their usual asking price of 30-40. You couldnt even read what the title was on it it was that badly beaten up, you could barely see the mascot on the cartridge.Their stock is always stale, so dont expect any refreshing games or systems to pass through.Their customer service is a bit more positive though. The woman is nice and she usually makes all customers feel welcome, so thats a step in the right direction. The man how ever, is not. I wanted to buy a system out of the case, it was already in wonderful condition and I asked for it. I told him I needed a new one because my older model was not in as good as condition and its color has faded and the plastic is chipping. He kept trying to push me a more beat up model so he didnt have to unlock the case and sell his, and I qoute his display piece. He was wanting to keep the good looking system in there so he could sell the ones that were lacking in condition.As for their prices... I feel like they ask for a few dollars more than they should get.Some of their more valuable games get up to 10, even 15 dollars over the average price because its a valuable game. Same go for systems.I reccomend that you do your research in this store for sure.Check the sold listings on Ebay at the least, it will give some clear indication if their price on it is appropriate or not.The store is clearly confusing to wander around. My first time in there I was unsure of what was off limits and what wasnt. As well as where everything was.AND THE WARRANTY!!I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!They do not tell you any of the warranties what so ever, and if you didnt know, they tell you ITS YOUR FAULT FOR NOT KNOWING. They do not tell you what it is and do not even state that is on your receipt. I found out that they dont do it because it takes too much timeTo tell someone You have so and so days for your warranty, so go ahead and bring it back if it does not work takes too much time? To actually do a decent act of human kindness to tell the buyer, Hey, you have a warranty! You could at the very least tell them that its on the receipt!But as for a more positive note, they are still the only ones around, so at least theres that. Then the customer service is still 50/50. Depends on who you get. I reccomend you go in Monday-Thursday. The man who works there, who I swear looks and talks like Napoleon Dynamites brother, Kip, is in. He may try to sell you subpar wares so he can keep the better ones in stock to advertise with or give some sort of snarky attitude.They are your run of the mill Game store with some side products..They do have a decent selection on toys, but some of their Star Wars products are a bit over priced. They arent the worst store, but they are for sure far from the best.If you want to get someone a cheap gift go here, but if you want good quality, go somewhere else, because this place does not have it.

Fairly priced classic video game shop, with a classic thift store attached. Everything you would expect out of a thrift store, and way more than you would expect out of a video game store.

Everything is way over priced. Will not be going back anytime soon. 20 dollars for a wii remote when I could get brand new for 11 smh.

I’ve bought games here twice before and they worked well, the last time I went I bought 3 games and none of the games work, they are older games but they were being sold so they should’ve worked.

This store has easily became my favorite game store hands down sOwners are nice an really fair with trade ins, an his prices. However the lady that works there has horrible customer service an is very rude. Ive caught her saying some fowl things about me an a friend who are regular buyers an sellers there, i suppose she didnt think we heard her but we did. She also isnt fair with buying items from you she always is trying to find something wrong with your system or low ball you to much on your item, personally i think its so she can make the money off of the top, versus the owner who is fair an kind an is never rude.

This place is awesome! It is easily the best used game store in northern kentucky. It is certainly a hidden gem. It was a little hard to find at first (its in the corner of the strip mall behind burger king on 42) but it was well worth the hunt. Their game selection is enormous, they have literally thousands of games in excellent condition, very well organized by system and alphabetically sorted. Many old retro games are harder to find these days, and i looked at many other used game stores in the area without luck, but these guys always have what im looking for and at reasonable prices. They certainly have a repeat customer. PS-the bearded guy that works the game counter on saturdays is hilarious-he knows a lot about games and is very passionate about what he does. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT NOW!!!

Love going here and shopping great video game selection and great selection but I have bought a couple things (cords) that turned out to be broken.

I purchased a season of a tv show never opened it and when I got home realized I already owed that season I called and they told me I cant exchange it for something else I didnt even want my money back plus I would have ended up buying more coming in to exchange and instead told me there is no refunds or exchanges. I will keep that in mind before ever going back.
