This is a wonderful store for various craft projects. My husband started painting again, he is so happy, when he gets to visit. Their prices are reasonable and the Staff are very helpful. Please join Michaels rewards, they have discounts, very important in our economy.

I think its shady and unethical that this company bought up A.C. Moore and then put em under. Classless move. A.C. Moore provided a wider selection, better products and cheaper prices. Michaels is way too expensive and their brand of paint markers are dry before you open them. Below is an example of what A.C. Moores paint markers can do.

I swung by Michaels to grab some polymer clay to keep myself occupied at home. All the staff seemed quite friendly, the store was clean, and it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed the seat of my bicycle had actually loosened enough to come off. Not expecting much, I asked an associate if they happened to have a wrench on hand. Rather than shrug me off and explain that this was a craft supply store, she stated that someone might have one. Within 5 minutes, a gentleman came over with a socket set, tightened my seat, and sent me on my way.My only regret is not recalling the names of these associates. This store has a great team of employees on board, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the friendly service I received here.

Very very crowded, no one distancing, isles are barely 3 wide. Discounts on lots of stuff so that was good and well stocked. But left quickly just to get out due to crowd and couldnt hardly move around. Stuck in isles with groups of two and three blocking exit to isles.

I love Michaels. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is they keep moving stuff around. I have always been able to go to basically the same area and get what I need. Went in today and the stuff I usually buy was gone and I had to go searching the store for it. I wish they would keep things in the same spot so loyal customers dont have to go searching every other month in a different spot for what they need

I crochet ALOT!! Am very crafty and can find everything I need at Michaels!! I have been a customer for several years. And love to go there to shop and see the new colors that come out for the seasons as well as the new pattern books that may arrive!!

I absolutely love Michaels! I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I can usually go to the app and find the aisle my desired item is in but this time it was waaaaay off (app/aisle 44 actual/aisle 13)... resulting in more time spent than necessary searching. Otherwise, awesome as usual.

I just wanted to say it was such a wonderful experience today at my Michaels ️ in Florence, KY on Houston road. They have remodeled the yarn section. They also had lots new yarn to choose from, for all you yarn lovers you know I had the biggest smile on my face!! So very exciting!! Thank you Michaels!! Cant wait to go back!

Customer service representative was very helpful. Yarn specialist personally helped me find what I was looking for. Didnt even know that title existed.

Visited today and was not a good experience in the framing department. Once someone appeared to assist us, she acted put out and was extremely rude and not willing to help. Lost my business as I went to Hobby Lobby where the service and staff were wonderful!

Use another location. Picked up a take to register tag just to be told that they dont have the item and keep those out just because. So constantly customers are going to the register with a card for an item they were getting just to be told sorry we dont have that. Great customer service.

Found what I needed, but prices are way too high. I mean $21 for a plastic frame. The prices are not due to covid, it has been like this for a while.

Ordered online, Curbside pick up service was excellent, friendly Staff had exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

Good selection but way overpriced

Store was a mess and struggled to find anything. It’s always cluttered with sparse shelves and terrible signs for directions. Every sale sign I tried using didn’t work, despite bringing it to the attention of the cashier. I was told a sign sitting directly on the shelf in front of a specific item didn’t mean it was for that item, which makes no sense because if you have a shelf of sale items and something isn’t on sale, you shouldn’t put it on a display full of sale items with a sign clearly marked? Not only that, but the prices are through the roof for these items, knowing full well other stores have things cheaper. The only reason I went in there was for the sales and none of them worked. Another sign for a Crayola sale also didn’t work, despite having no exclusions and me buying two specific Crayola items from the sale rack. Nothing in this store made any sense, and I left feeling confused and aggravated that I had spent so much money for items that were supposed to all be on sale.

I love this store but believe they must be continuing to restock as selections were sparse.

Go to for craft supplies, however, their Christmas sale is nothing compared to Joanns. I dont shop Hobby Lobby, so I pretty much shop at Michaels anyway.

My kids and I love Michaels! We can spend hours in there picking out crafts to do together and they have everything you need for 4-H projects. I also love there selection of home decor and party decorations. The price is a little higher than Hobby Lobby but they also have things you cant find at other craft stores.

Great selection of product. But stuff you can get at a regular store is GROSSLY overpriced here. A pack of 12 marker pens at Target is at least 15 dollars more at Michaels, for the EXACT SAME THING.

Great store with huge selection. I ALWAYS come with my wife. Places like these need a lounge area for the hubbys to hang out when the wife spend an hour or so shopping. A few chairs at the very least.

Love it. They always have what i am looking for and in most cases they have several different varieties of the thing I need. I just wish there coupons would apply to anything in the store. When they say whatever percentage off entire purchase. Definitely good prices comparable to Amazon and other stores.

I was able to find pieces for my Halloween costume which was completely unexpected. They had a great selection of various items and the deals are the absolute best! The coupons are crazy good. I’m not a fan of craft stores. The prices are too high but this one has a very wide selection of everything I could imagine in a craft store.The employees I spoke with were friendly and efficient.

They take their safety seriously. During the virus outbreak, you can order online, call when you are out front of the store, and they will bring your order out to you!

This store is always clean, organized and has adequate staff. Only bad thing is I always go in for 1 thing but end up leaving with 12!! They always have great deals in store as well as digital coupons sent to the email. Highly recommend

This Michaels in particular always seems to have what I need. The staff Ive interacted with are always extremely helpful in finding things in the store. Some things do seem a bit over priced but thats really my only issue.

Store is exceptionally clean. Workers are helpful and very nice. This is one of the best Michaels I have been at. Highly recommend for you crafting or hobby needd. Unlike some Michaels stores you can easily go up and down isles.

Emily was fantastic. She was very kind and professional on helping me find the right frame and matting for my picture. My only and I emphasize only complaint was waiting 45 minutes for her help. But there were 3 people in front of me. She needed some help back. Shes super kind, very knowledgeable nice.

If you are like me, unless you have specific items you want to buy at Michaels, it is best not to go there. The reason is that there is so much stuff in the store, it is overwhelming. This time I knew exactly what I wanted, found it quickly and bought it. I just wished they posted prices next to the item and not have to go to the checkout counter to find out how much it costs.

Good selections but high priced. Dont shop without your coupon!!!
