I have always enjoyed Mc Cree Theatre. I am really excited about their new place. It is Spacious and clean.

Performance was great, seating a little cramp. Other than that the show was very entertaining, especially the MC in between skits. He was jazzed. And a little history lesson about the music from the past.

Its the place for the Fine Arts

Mc Cree Theater is just a perfect venue for the city. Located in the old powers highschool building on carpenter road. There are so many helpful and kind people all around. Tony, works security and is the go to guy for all information. Mr. Charles Winfrey is hardworking and always busy but never to busy to make sure you are being treated like royalty. Please visit next time an event comes up, you will love it.

McCree Theatre is becoming such a beautiful place for reintroducing the arts. It is a warm and quite large theatre, with very good acoustics and a wonderful team working to keep it running and bringing powerful performances to the area! Love this place!

I attended school here and was on the varsity basketball team all 3 yrs.Its my almaden,plus so many great memories.

They put on great productions here.This is a gem in Flint!Went to a show with amazing actors from New York City!

The McCree has been around for many, many years. Check there website for upcoming plays and other events. It continues to be a hometown favorite for many to attend as they support local talent that is on the rise. The theater usually has some for young and the old to enjoy.

I love the McCree Theater has awesome after school programs summer programs that gives back to the community its a part of the community they have great shows that are relatable that you can even be in yourself they put on different events year-round I love it

Ive always liked the McCree Theater. I recently went there to see a play or what I thought was going to be a play. It more like mini skits instead of a play still it was very good! I truly enjoyed the skits about hair, great job and great actresses.

Its the old Powers Catholic High School building. No updates. Small stage. Needs work. Singers some good some not. Bad musicians. Rude people, only support others in their troupe. Disrespectful of outside talents. Did not enjoy at all.

I teach there and It is a very good working environment.

This is an old City of Flint public school, struggling to stay afloat. They will because Genesee county passed a millage last year for a 10 year duration for the Arts. They guy who runs the place is interestingly, a Genesee county commissioner. IMO, there is no actual accountability on this millage, and the collusion is so blindingly obvious that it hurts. The mental acuity in this country is appalling, but . . BUT. The managers of the cultural center here decided to stay on. The Institute of Arts was the biggest winner. They get 1.2 million a year!

I did not attend the theater I attend a gathering with Jehovahs Witnesses to play in a basketball tournament and had an absolute blast was very fun and entertaining always a great time when I get together with the friends
