They were pretty low on stock. I called first and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful letting me know what was actually still available before I drove out. You have to sign a waiver before shopping,. It was fine but the man on the door was a little late in saying so and my hard-of-hearing wife was already walking away. They arent enforcing mask wearing, it was probably 50/50 when I was there. The employees were wearing masks but there were still quite enough people who werent that didnt care about walking close to us.

Has such amazing deals, buy three get three free, buy two get one free, just awesome deals. They also had some really good sales before the 4th of July. They have amazing fireworks and a wide variety to pick from. From extra large- small, you cant beat it. They have something for everyone, so happy with the fireworks we got, had so much fun.

The customer in the lane next to me spent less than what I did and got freebies.I spent $500 and got blown off when I asked if I got any bonus.I wont be back again.I will order online for the better price since customer service is nil.

They have tons of fireworks. We got a couple specials from a website and they honored them without issue. Looking forward to the 4th! Also if they have a policy if it doesnt ignite you can get your money back if you have the receipt.

Loved the deals, I would have given them a five star but they were poorly stocked. I spent over 1400.00 there, It would have been nice to find what was published on the website.

Sometimes friendlySometimes the deals are good and some times they just make them sound good. I just got back from South Carolina and they had way better deals and sold things this store says they cant sell and that I must be mistaken because they are all the same. Well clearly they are not because I had proof. One star for being argumenitive and not apologizing after showing proof of out of state recipt from Phantom.

A good place to buy fireworks but they make you sign a waiver before purchase now. I was wondering why till one of the mortars blew up in the tube. Not sure if their manufacturer is having a quality control issue as of late. I never had that problem till now so I will give them another chance.

Phantom has extremely high prices then will give deals such as 2 for 1. The deal sounds great but if you buy a 100 dollar cake, and get 2 free its like buying each cake for 33 dollars. Most of there cakes are obvious rewraps. New Yorker Salute and brothers Saturday Night Special. Same cake. I bought a case (4 cakes) of Saturday Night Special on sale at Red Apple/Motor City fireworks for 68 dollars. That was 17 dollars a cake! I can get 3 New Yorkers for 100?? No thank you. I will never make the mistake of shopping at phantom again. People were great when I went I there though, Flint location, but it has been years since I went back due to the joke of prices and there deals.

One guy helped us buy great fireworks with the budget we came with. The show was great! This is the only store I will buy fireworks ever!

The employee was so very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend and he had my cart four times as full as I would have.

Not knowing one firework from another the staff at Phantom Fireworks took the time to show any fireworks we asked about on their TV display. It sure helps when you can see them before you buy. Super good sale too.

Overpriced, uneducated seasonal staff and poor corporate policies are why i avoid this company like the plague on the fireworks industry that they are.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. They do have buy 1 get 2 free, but theyre still more expensive than some places. That being said, they do have some quality stuff and Ill continue buying some items from phantom.

Friendly and knowledgble staff

The woman who rang up our rather large and expensive order- M. Villa really was rude, deceptive and added an additional $140 to our purchase of duplicate sku scans of fireworks that we purchased. I have done a lot of business with Phantom Fireworks of Flint, until now. We will purchase fireworks from other online vendors in the future, just like we used to. Freight is expensive shipping, but getting ripped off is more expensive...

Honestly would have earned five stars if it werent for the employee checking us out with the dark hair and her hat backwards in blue short shorts wasnt such a poor employee. Never meant someone so rude in my life, all the other employees were happy and nice and very helpful but for some reason she wasnt too happy about being there until 1am and actually made us check out before we had all of our items because she was too impatient to wait while her coworker grabbed some extras from the back for us! Super sad that one employee had to ruin our whole experience we dont live here so thanks for ruining our firework enjoyment with your piss poor attitude!

Would be 5 stars but I almost passed out from overheating. They need a serious upgrade to their air conditioning to handle large groups and hot days.

Ive shopped at this location for a few years now, and theyve always had good service and specials. This year I was a bit disappointed as we spent over $1000 again, which normally would qualify us for extra fireworks(a promotion they do where you get free items depending on what you spend, they pick it out), but when we asked the manager told us they no longer do this promotion at all(we thought we had seen it in the ad bit forgot it at home). When we were able to view the ad once home we saw they did still have the promotion but we needed to order through the phone and schedule for a pickup. My wife kindly called the store and explained the situation and that we had asked, but been told they no longer did it, and that had we been told that we had to do it over the phone we would have(it only makes sense if you get $200 worth of free items). The manager(who was very kind when we were buying) told her there was nothing he could do and if she called the corporate they would tell her the same thing. When she called them and explained what had happened, they apologized and said they would make it right by setting it up to pick up the free items because of the money weve spent in the past, they were to call me when it was ready... They never called!Id probably recommend going down the street to the competition Red Apple Fireworks(where the manager of Phantom told me to go to get better Roman candles) because they dont screw around with the prices and make you jump through hoops to get(and hope you do) supposed free items because you triple overpaid for 1 item like they do at Phantom. Red Apple has competitive prices(most things were 1/3 the price of Phantom), with no gimmicks, great selection and a knowledgeable, friendly staff.
