Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Masks required was a plus for me, and a great sale on Halloween stuff! To the amazing girl that checked me out the candle has an LED and changes colors when you light it Absolutely magical highly recommend!

Spent some time in Cottonwood, AZ, which has zero art supply stores... so am super grateful for Michaels in Flagstaff!! Lots of material and friendly customer service (for the most part!)

The framing dept. began satisfactory with design/color help on a large print with matte and custom frame @$340+. Was told 2 weeks, but probably less. After 3 weeks I called (not them) and was told the second frame that came (they apparently dont make them there) was sized wrong and it would about another 3-4 days. Now a total of 4 weeks; I call (hung up on twice) finally get connected to wait for Framing Manager for 15 minutes...hung up! Customer Service is terrible! I do not know quality of work, still havent seen finished product, but suggest finding another place for your framing!

We had a wonderful experience at this particular Michaels store. We actually drove in from out of town because our local Michaels didnt have some products that we wanted. They were listed as in stock at the Flagstaff location, so we made the trip. We were able to find everything except for one type of item.Thankfully, we asked Kayleigh for some help. She was incredibly helpful and searched around with us. When she couldnt find them either, she went and spoke to the manager, Rachel, who took the time to search recent shipments and was able to find the item for us.Their generosity, kindness, and time spent helping us are oh so appreciated. Thank you, Kayleigh, Rachel, and the rest of the Michaels staff!

Wide variety of every type of crafty things and a reasonable price.

If your a craft person or have been thinking about doing some crafts - Michaels is your go to place. Wide variety of crafts and helpful staff to guide to what you need or want.I had my Moms Diamond Dotz picture framed here, the staff is wonderful and the picture turned out beautiful.

Its ok, pretty expensive. Its kept clean, thought the rows are always crowded beacuse they shove as much stuff in as they can.

The cashier was awsome ! She got my plck up and was very informative.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful every time I go in.

I get personalized help when I cant find things at Michaels... love the selection and location.

On a Saturday afternoon, I attempted to buy a 36 x 36 canvas for an art project. The cashier Tiffany would not accept my 100$ bill. This process took about 2 minutes with multiple customers in back. I still feel embarrassed by them denying me service for no reason. The manager snidely told me to have a good day as I exited the store. The employees at this store have absolutely no knowledge of customer service. I will NEVER go back to this customer hating store. Just go to Joanns right next door!! Same product, but with actual customer service!!! JoAnns Fabric is where its at!!!

I always loved Michaels. I finally found the grey yarn that I been looking for. No other store seems to have what I need.

Clean and well organized. The workers were nice and helpful. Lots of variety and plenty of stock.

Clean store. A little slim on the selection of model kits but a great place to get what you need for your creative ventures.

Love this place they always have everything im looking for and more when it comes to crafting.

Wow for myself truth every time I go to Michaels place I always find stuff that I need Michael is the place for people love to do crafts and different things you love to make so please stop by and check it out for yourself!

Smells great and they almost always have what I need.

Well, if you cant find it hobby here then Bobby, youve got issues.

They tend to have really good sales and always have coupons. Ive ordered curbside pickup from here, which has been really helpful.

Lots of deals. Go get some crafts. Christmas crafts galore!

I always enjoy Michaels, but it would be nice if they kept there jewerly dept stocked, they are always out of wire supplies, ALWAYS!

Lots of fun stuff! Pictire frames were buy one get one free!!!

A great place to get craft supplies when the local art store doesnt have it.

GREAT selection of beads AND, they ALWAYS send me a coupon!!

I like to craft. Plenty of inspiration. Paints to frames.

The staff was very friendly. Found much needed items for my classroom in one place.

Lots and lots to see at good prices

Crafting needs available and lots of ideas for hobbies.

A bit messy but pleasant and helpful staff

Line was 5 people deep when I got in line, there was two clerks and then he left, with three people in line. The cashier called for backup and it took him a few more minutes to come back. Not cool!

If they have to order something, it comes in very quickly. The staff members are pretty cool and always willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have. They have a decent selection of yarn that I love as well.

Great sales and lots of ideas and stuff. My daughter asked if she could live there. Shes very artistic! Plus they always have coupons.... which I love

Good selection of Halloween stuff

Excellent filet and cooked to perfection. You have to try the fried pickles also. The only thing keeping from 5 stars was the noise level which detracted from the meal both the music and kids yelling.

Michaels is like a toy store for creative adults! Because of the great clearance sale, my sales ticket came to less than $100. The store is well organized which helps shopping efficiently, but I like browsing too.

Had things in the add that they did not carry.

Great selection if youre looking for crafts and art supplies. The wait at the register can be a little long but other than that a good place to shop. This is really nothing to do with the store but the parking here can sometimes be sparse.

Wasnt very busy and it seemed like there was a lot of stuff.

I dont go here often, so I have a hard time finding things. Employees are helpful. Prices are good.

Nice place to find arts and craft. For fun

Great place to find deals on supplies! Very helpful staff.

Lillian is awesome in the framing department... creative & thoughtful! She helped us uncover 1855 stamp on our artwork- we can hardly wait to it when framed!

Excellent place to stop in for needed items.

Always enjoy Michaels its full of all sorts of crafts, I bought 2 charms I thought they would fade but they really glow, their very nice Thank you Michaels

Michaels has special holiday hours.

Staff is super duper friendly and are always there to immediately help you. Great service definitely make me a repeat customer over and over again.

I like it and all the stuff it Carries like the art supplies it has a lot and their all good

This store was very dirty and not very well stocked. The carts did not appear to be sanitized and there were no wipes to clean them with.

Everything you need for your next craft experience. We are making a bridal boquet.

Best Art supplies in Flagstaff

Great place for frames and Crafts, if you are looking for a picture frame of some sort this is Probably the place to check out.

Good Selection, but no one to ask for help on the floor

I like the location, the products could be switched up to sell and attract more business. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY HAD MORE YARN YO CHOOSE FROM

I have to share a story with my experience about how awesome the staff is here. I dont remember the name of lady who was attending us on the counter, but, in an incident, I had made a purchase for some delicate cute show piece for my home, and right after buying it, I broke it right there (bag slipped off my hand) on the counter. But the lady was kind enough in allowing us to return the item then and there, and she refunded all the amount of the item. Great experience!

I generally love shopping at Michaels except for the ones that dont let you take the cart out of the store. They have always have what I need and the staff are helpful. The one in Flag had an added bonus, it isnt in Phoenix which means I am out of town for the weekend. :-)

Pretty good selection, very nice staff, never enough people working for a good customer to employee ratio.

Awesome place

Have alot of cheap and different craft n art, stuff great, sales program with points

The staff at this Michaels is always friendly and welcoming. I am in there quite a lot and every time they are willing to help me find what I need and they are well stocked and well organized.

Fun to look around and find cool stuff

A great place for every craft that any age would attempt!

For creative people like me who loves arts & crafts, this place is always inspiring with getting creative juices going. This Michaels is a fairly decent-sized store. However, the aisles seemed rather narrow. There is always plenty of parking, and its always fun to simply roam around to see what fun materials they have. Also, for the wedding planners and brides-to-be, there is always a section in the store specifically for weddings.

Good tasty food, great variety as well

This stire is dirty & very messy

I Love Michaels. It is like therapy. My mine starts creating a plethora of new ideas.

Good staff, very helpful. Semi knowledgeable. Clean and organized store.

Its fine big assortment!

They had exactly what I wanted I love it

Sign up for Michaels card and email notices, and get regular discounts announcements on merchandise. Good for framing, art, DIY decor, and even science projects. Good projects resources of all types.

Terrible selection.

Clean bathrooms. Kind workers. Answered every question I had, and even offered to help me find online what I couldnt in store. The store itself was well stocked and organized. Gotta love Michaels!

I personally really love Michaels because its just like a person who crafts stuff its like their dream place. All their equipment is there and Yeah. Michaels is a really cool place and you should check it out. If you have to wait in line dont blame the workers they are working their very best so appreciate them and appreciate others. Hope you guys have an awesome day. If your not then Im hugging you. Not in a weird way! If you dont like hugs them Im shaking your hand. Byeeee!

Lots of good photo frames! And awesome and helpful custom framing department!

Its got everything

Excellent variety of Christmas items on sale.

Good place to buy craft supplies

The service was amazing and cashier was very helpful

Its so interesting to find that you are looking for.

GREAT QUALITY CRAFT STUFF, FOR CREATIVE CRAFT PROJECTS FOR SELF HOME!!!

Every crafty item ... amazing inventory. Outstanding framing shop. Knowledgeable salespeople.

It had some many pens it took 30 minutes to find the perfect one and I did! At the best price!

My checkout person charged me twice for the large basket I purchased instead of charging me once, then once more for the $6 cheaper basket of the exact same design I also purchased. Check your receipt every time!! You cant trust the intelligence/ common sense level of these people. I live almost an hour away, and dont have the time to just drive back tomorrow, on a work day, with kids and a husband I need to make dinner for. Thanks a lot, Michaels! Yes, my fault for not double checking your employees work, but isnt that what you pay them for? Accuracy instead of laziness? Wow!!!

The framers helped me pick out a frame that complemented my painting.

Great store! Just a little small.

Its usually busy here. They also have deep discount sales quite often. You need to make sure you are getting the item off the shelf with the price you think is marked. I was making a purchase yesterday and after waiting at the cash register in a long line, the item rung up for more than I had determined it would be at 60% off. The cashier told me the item was more than what I thought it was marked. And that was that. I went ahead and paid because it was a gift.As I was walking out I asked the manager to have her staff please make sure the frames were in their correct spots on the shelf because I just had to pay more for a frame that was not correctly labeled on the shelf. She asked if the cashier gave me the price I thought it was and I explained she didnt. The manager made it right. Thats the kind of service all stores should teach their employees to keep customers coming back. The store doesnt always have what Im looking for but when Im in Flagstaff, I always stop in to see what they have.

Neat store with very helpful staff

They always have plenty of good coupons

The Michaels up here in Flagstaff is pretty poorly equipped there is such a small variety of picture frames I cant believe its actually worse than Walmart

The staff were friendly and courteous

I love the variety and layout of Michaels. Also they have really good deals if you use their coupons. I just wish that you didnt have to go through their couple process in order to get a good deal.

Michaels is always fun to go to for craft ideas and supplies. This Michaels is good with a good selection for a small town. They do have an aisle for wedding supplies and lots of wood craft supplies.

They have a great selection of whatever craft or art supplies we happen to be looking for and the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Always got what we need

The store is always nice and clean and all the clerks are always friendly and knows what theyre talking about!

Although Michaels can be a little pricey as a whole, they do have some good specials and some great promotions. They also carry some hard to find items, for which I am grateful. I looked all over for some etching cream, which as t turns out, is a very hard item to find in Flagstaff. Not only did I find etching cream at Michaels, but they had two brands and four different sizes. They definitely came through for me.

Michaels has the most helpful and happy employees. They have the most adorable products!

Love Michaels yarn selection and all their craft ideas for children.

I spend way too much here I just cant help myself

I shop here often. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ive been shopping online and picking up in store. Saves me from buying extra stuff I dont need. Download the app and use coupons. The coupons dont work on everyday value items so read the print on the coupon. A lot of items in the store recently started following under this category which sucks.

Stuff VERY Expensive
