Nice park, lots of parking, a nice picnic shelter house with seasonal bathrooms. (Apparently closed in winter and no ports potty, so go before you go in winter) has a trees around a nice kids playground. Several baseball fields volleyball and tennis courts. Some nice walking areas in woods. They apparently have done some invasive weed removal and there is a nice stand of old oaks to walk through. A nice park. Lots of older walkers in the daytime.

This park is great for a number of reasons. Its a park for all ages; there are volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, a playground for younger and medium aged children, as well as a large enclosure for group occasions. this park is extremely large, had plenty of room for us to set up our own games and had functioning restrooms. Whether you live in the area, or youre looking for a place to hold a family get together, this is a great choice.

Beautiful Park. Had lots of parking. We were there for a softball tournament. Its surrounded by a lot of big mature trees, has walking paths, bathrooms and a concession stand.

Was very surprised to see how much there was to do at the park! Looks beautiful as well.

Nice soft dirt softball fields, basketball court, playground, and sheltered picnic area with restrooms. Lots of large trees providing shade. Would love to see warning tracks added to softball fields, as fences are a bit on the shorter side.

Fun to play there, but they keep trying to raise the price to play softball and do nothing with their fields.

A very nice little park, with plenty of shade and a LOT of baseball diamonds, along with a shelter and volleyball court. Overall a nice little place to relax or have fun.

Beautiful snowshoeing today, but most of the park and adjoining S. Johnson Park are overgrown with an impenetrable understory of invasive brush. Fitchburg needs to clean out this park to unlock its full potential.
