It is a good place to go all year long. Kids love this place. They have many detailed themes in the water parks. Basically they have two big water parks. And they let you check out towels in the middle. Also, they provide water bands which allows you to go to your room and to purchase anything in the park. So you can buy food without carrying your physical card. One park has an artificial wave area, kids short slides and play areas along with many beach chairs. Also, theres huge water slide, too. The other side of the park has a giant kid water play, torrent river, big slides for one or two people, and the best is hot tub which has jets for massage. The restrooms are clean and you can get foods easily inside. The guards are professional. Also, they have many programs to enjoy and theres arcades, too! They let you play till the end of the next day and you can still use your water band for purchase even after you are checked out.Great place!
Cancelled my October and December trip and did not even let me know either time? Had a deposit and found out when I saw on their website the place is now closed until February.I had called the day before and they assured me they were opening on November 25th Reservation system has been broken for over a year...Never can find my reservations on website even after putting in reservation # and have to wait on hold for over an hour to get answers? Fix the reservation system so 500 people are not jamming up the customer service lines!!! They then want to charge me hundreds of dollars more to rebook and will not guarantee Cabanas or the price I was originally given. So called managers hide behind the call center workers and will not even deal with the public when I asked to speak with them and just refuse to honor prior reservations. To use COVID to gouge your loyal customers is beyond belief.Poor business model...Dont bother trying to book anything with these crooks until COVID is long over or you are just going to be disappointed every 3 months and they will have your deposit the whole time.Lost my business going forward. It is not the COVID cancellations its the petty but costly up charging that really turns me sour on this place..Update to Management reply: They have done NOTHING to rectify the situation and actually asked me to call and e-mail them so they can make it right after admitting the up charge practice was wrong and offering to honor original reservation( I did ) and have received NO response at all to e-mails and voice mails ..so as you can see the responses are false offers of concern and it appears they have no intention of making it right. Surprised? Not! ( See Pissedconsumer.com for many other poor customer service reviews and price gouging) Still trying to get my money back!
We have stayed in this hotel over the Christmas holiday as a family of four. It was a good experience. The water park and other attractions were fun for the kids, both under 10. It is best for a 2-3 day stay. It can become boring after that. The staff is mostly young but helpful. The guards at the pool are plenty and definitely safety is priority. The food at the poolside restaurants are mediocre but gets the job done. The rooms are a little outdated, furniture a bit worn but fairly clean. We stayed close by the elevator on 3rd floor but did not hear much noise. Most activities are extra but costs are manageable.
Love this place! Fun for the family. Well trained water park staff. I am upset that i booked for June when they stated theyd be reopening then they changed their re-open date to july and wouldnt grant us the same price we paid when they had to cancel our original reservations not us! Therefore they should have granted us the same rate for us to push them back to July!
Fun family time!! The variety of activities kept each child (ages 9-13) actively involved. The hot springs and frozen drinks kept the adults happy. The Grizzly Wolf Den Suite allowed us to stay together as a family for our own sleepover. The family proudly wore their ears the whole stay and cant wait to return.
Had a lot of fun there with my family, besides the water park there many other options to keep the kids entertained, i did not stay in the resort itself i was there for a day of fun with the wife and kids. All I can say is that we had a blast, and we probably will come back .IF youre thinking about it dont hesitate, you will make great memories.
Wide variety of activities. They feature many free activities in the Lodge to add to the experience. The water parks were clean and the lifeguards were diligent. Waterslides for all ages. Plenty of wide open space in Howling Timbers, as not to be crowded. MiniGolf, Ropes Course, Rock Climbing, Build-A-Bear and MagiQuest good for all ages. Gift shop has very good souvenirs. Will return.
Fantastic place for kids. A nice weekend. Lots of fun water activities for my 6 year old. The arcade kept her busy And when the water fun was all over, there were nightly activities like face painting and story time. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant food was simple for kids. Not the best options for adults ... but hey it’s a kid friendly place! You won’t be disappointed.
We came on a Tuesday and we were able to check in early. (This may not be the same for everyone) A lot to do for the whole family. We spent our first day in one of the water parks. In that park there was an area for little kids, a wave pool and three water slides. Going to the other water park today and probably check out the arcade. The staff is awesome! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Theyre great. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family.
My daughter is obsessed with this place. Its designed for kids and parents. I wouldnt come here if you didnt have kids though. Its always clean and the staff are very friendly and polite. There is a dunkin donuts on site as well as a restaurant and bar. The themed rooms are a little extra but not much. It just adds to the excitement and the atmosphere. There are many events and things to enjoy for all ages of children. The indoor Waterpark is heavily chlorinated and the temperature could be a bit warmer. Im actually cold when I swim here but its fun to watch my daughter have a blast. They have food and beverages at pool side on one side and pretty decent water slides. The hot tub is half indoor half outdoor. We go 2 to 3 times a year for a night. Would highly recommend this place!
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Great place for the family
It was great. The prices for the tickets are points to play games are crazy. The water parked seemed fairly clean. I loves that they had a splash pad for the young ones and a small section inside as well. They have fun activities in the lobby at all hours of the day for the kids. The nail salon was so cute. I took my daughter for her first manicure there and she did great and the woman who took care of us was so sweet, friendly, and patient with the kids. I feel like I would go back again mainly for the salon and the wonderful woman (who I wish I remembered her name) who had did the manicures.
My niece and nephew had an amazing stay at great wolf lodge. Once the kids enjoyed themselves I was happy. The staff and the facility was amazing as well. One place off the kids bucket list lol
Great Customer Service. We arrived for late check in and they upgraded us to the biggest suite they had. Master bedroom, kids bed room with bunk beds, plus 2 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, it was huge. The water park was as much fun for adults as for kids with the variety of water slides and pools. The arcade open 24 hours a day, always something to do. We stayed 2 nights, 3 days, but wish we couldve stayed longer!
Family fun and a quick get away from our busy life.. definitely a spot worth of spending. Indoor water park for kids & adults.. and dome some relaxation time.
Our first time at Great Wolf Lodge was 5 stars. They greet you with wolf ears and the amount of pools and activities is amazing. From free face painting to balloon animals our daughter loved every minute. Tons to do for all ages. The buffet was delicious and very affordable. Highly recommend this for families.
So this 5 star review has a caveat. I wouldnt go here with just my wife or on my own but if you have kids between 1-12 this will keep them busy and tire them out. Overall the food served here is average but the rooms have a good sized fridge so you can save money eating/drinking on your own. Please note that most outside food or beverage is allowed into the swimming areas. Many of the swimming areas are great for younger kids. With an indoor arcade, ropes course, mini bowling alley and indoor mini golf there is much to do. It is great for a two day stay. Your kids will not be bored. At least on Friday and Saturday night they have nightly camp stories with smores and a dance party following. Several stores and other activities that we did not participate in. Check out groupon for what Ive found to be the best deals.
From the moment you reach the front desk to your room. Everything and Everyone feels so inviting and interesting. The room was super comfortable, my nieces and nephews had a bunk bed thats also pretty cool to see. Had a wonderful time
Had a wonderful week all the staff where super... every on was friendly and great with the kids..Even when my son had break downs they where kind and helped with him..Will definitely come back and recommend
Why would they wait 4 days until our family vacation to let us know that they are closed on something we planned 90 days out. This is unacceptable, after 6 years of spending our summers there I have to say I will never spend another dime
Great family fun. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for the kids. Lots of water activities. Could spend 3 days and not do it all. Plenty of bars throughout for adult beverages.
Fun, if a bit worn, indoor water park. Kids and grown-ups will enjoy the variety of rides and activities. Minor points off for elderly hotel accommodation, although the presence of bathtubs is noted with approval by my wife and child.
Your children will love it. Look for a deal or special pricing. They only offer them sporadically. Military and first responder discounts are available if you serve. They have a mediocre restaurant on site and serve beer and cocktails all afternoon to keep the parents on site. But lets be honest, you don’t want to wander around Fitchburg at the wrong hour...
Wow. Great Experience. Tons to do. Make sure you go for at least two nights, three days, to take advantage of the deals and activities. The combo packages are a must and will save you money in the long run. This place is not cheap, expect to spend some cash, but it is well worth the money. I had just as good of a time as my three boys did. You will not be bored for minute here! Safety is a big concern here and there are a ton of lifeguards in both swim parks to make any parent comfortable. Overall, the is and A+ family trip. Will def be coming back!!! Thanks Great Wolf!!!
I love this place. We checked in a couple of minutes and went to the water park. The staff was really nice and the park is really warm inside and rides are good for a indoor park. Prices are a little bit high but its normal for this type of parks and the food is very good.
Best place for family and kids... good customer service ....rooms are big and clean.... life guard are everywhere and doing really good job .... the food is ok!!! small menu not a lot of choices.... a lot of attractions ... kids love it
Best away overnight birthday party weve ever been to! I am glad the hosts gave us a heads up to pack our own food, since there are not many healthy options on the very costly menus available there. Thankfully, there are small fridges and microwaves in the rooms. For such a crowded place, the areas are kept quite clean and organized. The lifeguards are wonderfully vigilant, and although the water is kept clean by a high chlorine content in the waterpark, it was full of small, as well as daring adventures for all the children, teens, and parents.
This was our first over night family outing. It was a blast. Our son had so much fun. We were nervous he would be a little to young to enjoy everything but he loved it all. The staff was very friendly and inviting. We will make this a regular trip seeing as there was still quite a bit he was too small for.
Last year we visited this location, only complaint I had was they forgot to set up our room for my daughters birthday surprise with the princess package that we paid extra for. We figured we will give it another try this year because we understand everyone makes mistakes. When you are paying a great deal of money for something you expect it to be perfect for your little one! This time the room was filthy...toilet was broken so it was running all night long and could not flush...dirt on the floor in the bathroom, sticky substance on the carpet next to the bed. The lobby had popcorn all over the place during story time. In addition, bugs coming out of the drains in the women bathroom in pool area. Complained to the front desk about our room, the only thing they said was they would take care of it when we check out? Where is customer service? We went to the restaurant which was good for dinner, lunch we went to the pizza place (gross)...the pizza was supposed to be BBQ chicken with carmelized onions...the onions were raw and cold chicken. We had to throw out the entire pizza that was $20. We will not be returning unfortunately...the price you pay to stay there and for the Hotel NOT to make it right on two separate occasions its not worth it! A person from maintenance was supposed to call me this week as we exchanged emails back and forth and he never called!
It was a great experience especially for my 4 kids they all enjoyed themselves and me and my wife as well Id definitely recommend people to go there. And the more family i think the better to enjoy with the breakfast buffet is yummy even though thwy didnt have French toast or waffles the monkey bread was amazing. They also should add more variety of Wings and maybe meals as well
Awesome! A great place for your family.
Had a wonderful Family stay once again! Thank you Dana, in the arcade for your special attention! Thank you to the staff and Derek for your quick attention! The way the staff handled our 11 family group was great!! We can not wait for our Next Stay!!! A+++++++++ highly recommend!!
Very overwhelming but staff was exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was perfect. One long overnight stay is more than enough time to do everything. Big shout out for the buffet!! Salmon, tacos, chik nuggets & steamship round- exceptional food!!!
Always something new to do each time we go. New rock wall. Highly suggest getting paw pass great value. Staff very friendly. Buffett was delicious and reasonably priced.
Plenty of slides for adults and nice rooms. I went there before the second room was added. That capsule drop slide was amazing. Normally I would be too afraid to try one of those but it wasnt that bad. The orange and red slide was actually scarier. I totally understand the height requirements after riding one of those. It was very busy on the day we went but its big enough that it didnt affect the fun for the kids or adults. And the staff was so helpful when my friend misplaced her phone. Thought it was a goner. Great getaway even for locals.
UPDATE***** now they ARE excepting the leap day sale so I had to call back and redo my policy and they gave the same sale price. Between 9/7 and 10/7. Stinks we cant go during the summer, but oh well!Let me start with i booked my stay on 2/29/2020 for 5/6/2020. The leap day special. I had to reschedule it THREE TIMES. Second date 6/10/2020. Third date 7/8/2020. Now they arent opening til 7/20/2020 so I have to call and schedule AGAIN. They say they are NOT honoring the leap day special anymore and I have to pay full price! Absolutely ridiculous. Im all set, cancelled and will never be getting my business again!
Big place. Clean and fun. Great staff.
Good indoor water park for family and Winter time.
So much fun. I would recommend more than one night to.do all.the the things they offer.
Awesome place to have a fun time no matter what the weather is. Water park is great for all ages.
Just awesome. The room, the water park, hot tub was wonderful, the magi quest, The staff...Everything was fantastic. We checked in and the girl at the front was nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive, they even had monkey bread. The life guards were no nonsense and extremely professional.Be prepared for ignorant people and kids but thats pretty much wherever you go now a days and i dont fault the lodge at all for that. Saddened to hear the kiddie nail salon Scoops was being closed. My wife took her 5 year old niece and they really enjoyed their experience with Therese (I think that was her name)Definitely going back again. Theres so much to do, if you get bored its your own fault. Also they dont tell you but they put a $100 hold on your credit card which will go back to your card in 1 -2 business days after you check out.
Loved it. We had so much fun!!!The only thing I think they could improve on is having room service. But everything else was perfect. The staff was great, the water was warm, and tons of other activities for kids to do besides the waterpark.
Room was clean & a pretty decent size. One negative about the room is the water pressure in the bathroom. Barely any water comes put of the faucet. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The waterpark wasnt overly crowded during our visit. I think the activities in the play park should be included in your price. The rock climb, miniature golf & rope course are not worth the price. Besides those miner things. We enjoyed our visit & would probably return in the future.
Kids were super excited and had a great time. There was a good deal to do, and the water park had areas that appealed to the different ages. We did ropes course, which our older kids liked a lot. Exhausted but happy by the time we left.
Visited with my family and my son had a really bad stomach ache due to the pizza being undercooked, then waited for room service to being toilet paper for over an hour i reached out to the general manager who told me if i booked another stay i would be credited. Since then Ive contacted them several time just to be ignored !!!! For the amount i paid for my visit to be treated like this is horrible !!!!
My sister in law and I took our two kids aged 7 and 8 and they had a blast! Its so much more than a waterpark! There is an arcade, ropes course, climbing wall, mini golf, movie theater, makeover salon, rides, a build a wolf workshop, restaurants with bars and buffets. There are things going on in the lobby all the time for the kiddos like little science shows, balloon animal making, dancing and other activities and shows. The characters walk around the resort and come to the table during the buffet breakfast...which was amazing!! The lifeguards are attentive and take their jobs very seriously. We knew the kids were always safe! There are two parts to the waterpark. One side has some kiddie slides as well as bigger ones for single and double riders, a restaurant, a lazy river, and a hot tub which is both indoor and outdoor. The other part of the waterpark also has some kiddie slides as well as a wave pool and 3 different water slides that are much bigger. One tube shoots you almost straight down and the other two have big tubes that fit up to 4 people. The rooms were clean and check in was easy. Your wristband for the waterpark is also your room key so you dont have to carry anything around. They text you when your room is ready so you can start exploring. Check out is just as easy...you simply leave. If you want to use the park after check out they have lockers for your things. A small is $10 and the large is $12. The large one fit two backpacks and a few other things. All in all we had a wonderful time and Id definitely do it again.
It is a fun water park. Lots to do for kids of all ages. The water park is included in the price, but most of the other activities must be paid for. We had a great time! Everyone gets a free pair of wolf ears!
We had a great time, very clean, friendly staff, lots of activities scheduled all day. The waterpark was so much fun with plenty of chair and attractions. All the lifeguards were very attentive and were doing a great job keeping their eyes on the pools. We will definitely be back!
Ain’t no couples coming here for a quiet romantic getaway. This place is for FAMILIES. WALL TO WALL FAMILIES. Fun for all ages with non-stop activities. My one year-old had just as much fun as anyone in the building. Prices were very reasonable, accommodations were clean and convenient, and the staff was immaculate. I mean it. Every staff member, regardless of station, was knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. I was blown away by how amazing they were. We WILL be returning for future visits.
Great Wolf Lodge was absolutely amazing! We all enjoyed our stay. Great for our twin 5 year olds, and our 2 year old. My husband also had a great time on the water slides. I enjoyed the lazy river. We were able to bring in our own food which was fantastic.
A bit dated in appearance, but good for family with younger kids. Pool area is nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Restaurant food could be better. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gluten free options available.
We have been coming here every year for several years and always have a great time. Rooms are clean and tidy, there are plenty of activities for the kids And there is food on side all though we usually go to near by plaza that has Hannaford which is only 10 mins away.
We always have the best time at Great Wolf Lodge! The staff and servers are always friendly. Everything is clean and moves quickly. The food has happily surprised us at every meal. Especially the lobster mac and cheese. Getting the passes for the kids also helps keep them entertained with a great value to do all the resort has to offer. We were given one overnight for our family for four as an early Christmas present and it was worth every penny that was paid.
It was our first time there. Overall was good experience. Bring your own food. Be prepared to be pulled into spending money at the arcade because you have walk through it to get to the water park area. Planning to go back.
The lifeguards are so nice and do an amazing job. Great place to bring the kids.
This is an edit. After our stay overnight we had a very good time with our 8 year old. We were able to enjoy the waterpark later on when it calmed down a bit and all the other activities wore her out by bedtime thoroughly. The food service and quality was atrocious. I would give 4 or 5 stars but I am meeting in the middle where the food was a 1. If you come with your own food or are willing to venture this is 100% a very cool place.
The resort is great. Tons of fun for kids both in and out of the water. Not a lot to do for adults unless you really love hot tubs and arcade games. The walls of the hotel room were pretty thin, and we could here whenever someone walked by. The food is mediocre, and the only thing I recommend getting would be the buffet.Overall, a fun experience, and we are looking forward to going back. Would definitely recommend for anyone with kids. If youre looking for a Waterpark resort for an adult group, I would look elsewhere.
No words to express my gratitude for your professionalism and commitment. I have been frozen different moments with my family in great Wolf Lodge. My kids loved it so much and preparing to come back any time soon. Congratulations great Wolf Lodge you are the best. Two thumbs up.
Excellent place to go for a quick getaway with younger kids. Im generally not a fan of amusement parks and the way they try to gouge you at every turn and I was pleasantly surprised that great Wolf Lodge wasnt like that at all. You can arrive at 1pm the day of your stay and play in the water parks until they close at 8pm. On the day you leave you can also use the parks all day. Admission is included for the whole family with your room.Food and drinks are reasonably priced ($20 for a whole pizza, $5 for a beer) and the Dunkin donuts on site has normal prices. There are also some kids activities included sick as story time. They say no food or drink in the water parks but they dont search your bags and once youre in the lifeguards dont care. You can also bring in water bottles you could fill with mixed drinks or something without getting hassled. We stayed for one night, used the park for two days And probably spent a total of $300 for a family of four including $50 at the arcade. Were definitely planning on going again.
Stayed one night with spouse and 21 month old child - amazing time, incredibly friendly staff (I dont think I opened a door for myself the entire time), child had a blast in the pools and during a dance party in the lobby then spouse and I put him down and enjoyed some mini golf and a couple beers right outside our room (the monitor reached no problem). Recommend very highly. Side note, were vegan so we brought our own food and ate in the room - they do have options but we brought our own to maximize time spent with the little one:-)
This is a awesome place to go for the whole family they have plenty of activities for the kids and the waterpark is awesome. The pricing is a little high also remember the water park closes around 8 p. M. And check in is at 4 so prepare for that but the best thing is when you check out the next day youre allowed to stay in the water park tell close.
Love this place! We go evey year!!
It’s nice in the winter. Do your research on Groupon and other deals. if you’re a single parent of one kid or a family of 5, you’ll still spend a fortune here no matter what.
For the price you pay and all you have to pay for and buy when there I say its a 3.5, but the manager at the one in New England is phenomenal and this tips it for me. Customer service is paramount in this day and age with all the competition, from different establishments and are cutthroat culture and this place has customer service down. I experienced a few difficulties during my stay in upon bringing them up to the manager they did a wonderful job fixing them and making me feel great. My family will be back and continue to come back to an establishment that takes care of the people that take care of them. Thank you GWL.
Not impressed. The hotel room was clean and the staff was very nice. That was about the only good thing about this place. The restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was not good. The water park does not open until 10 and nothing else opens until 9. If you have a smaller child who is up early, you have nothing to do. The arcade was open 24 hours but the kiosks to fill the arcade card were down. So, still not able to to anything. For 400 a night, I expected a much better experience. Last, this place is big but there are more rooms for people than the water park, arcade, and play park can hold. The crowds were ridiculous. Good luck trying to get up the elevator. We were so disappointed that we left a day early.
This is a awesome vacation and they do great birthday parties it is a bit pricey but well worth it.
Such an easy, fun, family vacation! Cant wait to book our 3rd trip :)
Awesome fun place! Lots of things to do. The kids absolutely love it.You get to walk through the arcade in order to get to the other attractions. That reminded me of airports sending you through a mall like section in order to get to where you are going. Nicely thought out.The 84° temp didnt seem to be warm enough for swimming. I felt cold most of the time and I saw a few kids with a blueish look and trembling jaw.The food there is incredible! The smoked salmon was soooooo buttery and absolutely delicious! We stayed a couple night and my sonLoved it and Im glad we had that experience but, probably not coming back.Next stop, kids science center or something like that.
It is very nice especially if you have children they will love it, the only thing that was not very good is the food they do not have a variety of food only a buffet that in my opinion is not completely satisfied but otherwise everything was very good! !
Weve been several times, once a year for our triplets birthdays. Our kids are now 13, 12, 12, and 12, but theyre still excited to go! Its relaxing for me and the hubby as we feel safe letting our kids run around the pool area while we read or chat or enjoy boozy beverages. You can bring your own food into your room (breakfast and lunches in the room are my tip), which really helps offset the cost of the room. I wish more of the additional attractions (like the ropes course) were included in the price, it seems silly theyre not, for what you pay to stay. They used to offer kids free ice cream on their birthdays and they dont anymore, also disappointing. There are only a couple of real drawbacks, the crowds can be nuts, the hallways are very noisy until about 11pm, and the water is very chlorinated so its important to shower after you get back to the room. Great staff (the life guards are well trained and always watching!), great amenities, the food is decent, theres a Dunks on site, and the MagiQuest game is fun for the kids. Its a lovely, clean, friendly hotel worth the price. Def look for room price deals, or call and ask!
I thought the attention to detail was very good. We had a decorated christmas tree in our room, with lit up garland over the headboard and over the bathroom mirrors. It was cute. I advise to be prepared for spending money, as there are activities and shops around every corner. Its like going to a mall.
This place is filthy, the floors look like they have not been clean in months. The play area with the climbing rocks, need a good cleaning. The staff is very nice but lazy. I did not see anyone mop a floor or sweep it for that matter. I will not be back there until they get it cleaned up. Its not worth all the money they charge for kids to play in filth, at least not my kid.
Water park was great for young kids and staff was friendly. Limited on-site food options and their restaurant is very inefficiently run. Have to wait 1/2 HR or more to be seated when restaurant is half empty. Considering most people choose a so-so buffet no justification for the delays. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
We had fun but there was issues. We paid for one room and got stuck in a basic room. They forgot to tell us they screw up.... always double check first!
Amazing time! Incredible staff. Cant wait to go back this winter.
Our family really enjoyed staying here. There are tons of things included in your stay. They had story times where they gave out cookies for the kids. Morning yoga, characters come out to visit and dance, walking trails. The water parks are great! So much to do here! Nice places to eat, all at the resort. The breakfast buffet was great too!! Theres also a Dunkin Donuts inside!
Amazing I love it the only thing only is I wish there was room service
Gets expensive quick but it is a great experience for everyone!! SOOOOOO much to do, Rock climbing, tight rope walking, mini golf, swimming, lazy river, wave pool, 2 separate places for kids in the water park, story time, coloring, making things, and more !!! You will enjoy it and most importantly your kids
Such a fun place, an absolute blast to bring the kids! I really enjoy all that Great Wolf set up, theres a 15 minute parking spot for loading/unloading, the easy check-in (theres a quicker line of you pre-check on the app), the free wolf ears, the Dunkin Donuts (made for cheap breakfasts), and the lunch/dinner food available was great. Also, you can bring in food to munch on! All this, and I didnt even get into the fun rides to enjoy! My family will visit here again!
Awesome indoor park. Water still a bit cold (for me and my kid) but other than that FUN. Will be back
Fun place for the whole family! Great service and had a blast the entire two day stay. Kids are already looking forward to going back again. Next time in addition to the indoor water park; well be doing the whole magic quest game and taking advantage of the wall/rock climbing unlimited pass.
My son and I had so much fun! We went there for his birthday and the staff tried to make him feel very special because of it, between Build-A-Bear, Dunkin Donuts, plus all the regular staff for Great Wolf it was perfect! Definitely the best experience weve had a hotel ever! Will definitely be back
Im only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my kids loved the pool. Everything else was frustrating at best. The cute Wolf den rooms are all literally INSIDE a recreation area. Meaning we had to hear air hockey, bowling, and screaming choldren until 10:30 at night when it closed. I have small children who were exhausted from the day and not able to sleep because it was so noisy. I cant understand why you would put sleeping rooms and recreation rooms all in the same place. We also paid for the dining package that was never properly explained to us through email ahead of time, nor at check in, nor by the people we asked in the restaurant and therefore we ended up paying extra unanticipated costs. The pool areas dont have even close to enough chairs for the number of people in there so your stuff ends up sitting huddled in a wet corner. The locker rooms were small and dirty with the swimsuit dryer being full of diapers. Over all this is a very expensive place to be and was a disappointment for us. We wont be back.
This place is so fun I went here with my family and I had a great time 100% recommend
We had a nice time. Glad you added the day passes otherwise we couldnt afford it.
I cannot say enough good things about Great Wolf Lodge, so I will leave it to the words of my 7 year old twins. Better Than Disney. Even if that statement is 25% true, it gives you an idea just how much fun they had here.
Its a very nice place, family friendly, and has many activities to do. The only issue is that they are overpriced in all activities, including food, and the food was actually quite bad. Im not even too picky with food, but it was hard to find anything myself or anyone in my party liked. The only thing on the menu worth eating was the steak.
It was a good time and fun for the family with lots of things to do. The water park was the main attraction and had just enough of a thrill to keep everyone coming back for more. The room we had was nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way if an issue arose.
This is our second time here. Once last year. Now this year. We stayed from Tuesday until Friday. Which 3 nights is plenty. Would say 2 nights is the magic number. My son is 3 and we plan on making this a tradition for many years to come. Couple issues with cleanliness around the resort. And had many very rude encounters with the staff. When my son, wife and I are all very pleasant to any food service, retail, or anyone just doing their job. Was kinda disappointed this time around.
Had a great time, the food options could use improvements.
The best place iv ever been! Was a blast. Had 5 kids 10-13 in ages and they want to go back. No lines in water park when we went. Arcade is great. If u buy unlimited for rock wall or rope climbing its for your whole stay not just one day. Highly recommended
What a great place for the entire family, very clean and the staff is super friendly, fun and go above and beyond for all your needs...
We love water park and cabanas there with big screen TV. We easily spend 4 hours in water park - usually no more, and than do other activities, as mini gold and indoor rope course. Rope course staff are very helpful and attentive to children.Do not forget to wear your bracelets, both hotel and activities. Bracelets are color codded, depending on the day you arrived. Activity people sometimes ask you for your orange bracelet. Weekend mornings/mid days are usually crowded. It is hard to find place to sit for the family 11 AM - 1 PM. Than crowd starts to fade off.Coca-Cola Freestyle machine in the pool was running out of many drinks :(Showers in the water park smell like urine. :( But you want to believe that they are sanitize properly.Small children before age 10 would have fun there
So much activities to do here, youll definitely be entertained! Too bad the food is not good as others say. Pizza was the only the thing I thought was decent although prices were not outrageous. They also have an on-sight Dunkin Donuts which was nice to have. I also thought the rooms were too close to the play park, the noise kept us awake at night :(.Also, they charge a resort fee $29.99/stay. I also wont do the late checkout for an additional $54.99. They all add up.That said, we may come back again soon as my 2yo had a blast here.
