We have been living here for more than 10 years. Great management, good neighbors, and reasonable lot rent.

I live there and the other people in the trailor park seem to be friendly and look out for one another and it is pet friendly my dashound runs over to greets the woman next door every time he see her and she has always been nice to my dog and me

Looks to be decently taken care of. Most homes are close together tho.

Lived here for 11 years and it has gotten much nicer over the years and there are very nice people/families that reside here!

There are definitely worse parks in Jeffco, but there are most certainly better ones. Only a few troublemakers that Ive seen so far. It is a little bogus that you buy your home but arent allowed to move it. Under new management now which may help the issues with the place but its not bad overall.

Awesome trailer park that I hope will be where I reside.

The facility is nice clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is quiet here not too much activity and people are not too noisy

ALOT quieter than the last trailer park I lived in & the crazy thing about that trailer park was my street was called Quiet Lane but it wasnt ever quiet!!

This place is a scam. They sell u a trailer n when its paid for they find a reason to evict u.. And keep trailer ..
