Pricy for what it is. No amenities. Small lots. They just have hookups and a dog park but people rarely clean up after their dogs in there. I stayed for 4 months for work and if I was in a jam I would go there because it’s familiar but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than a few weeks. For the price I’d rather stay in Sparks or Reno where there’s stuff to do.
Its a pretty decent park at a fair price. The cable service is shaky at times. The staff that works here are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you out, and they always have a smile on their faces.
Very clean place I would definitely park my motorhome there and Im really thinking about it

Very clean RV park.
Nice and quiet
Visitor only - it appears to have quite a few long-term residents, it doesnt seem that many of them are saying for only a short time. To me this is kind of good you can get to know your neighbors and trust your surroundings. Nice facilities includes on-site showers, restrooms, and laundry which I believe are all open 24 hours a day convenient for the residents.
Electric seems to go up every month and your deposit disappears when you check out!
Super clean and modern facility!
Always meet great people there
Its a clean park with large pull through spaces, full hookups and 50 amp electric. The staff has always been friendly and polite.
We have been traveling for a month staying at many RV parks. this park rates as one of the best especially for the price clean level concrete pads, grass, clean laundry room did not use the bathrooms but I bet they were clean too. I would not hesitate to stay here again
Love living here the staff r always willing to help u and do an good job on keeping the bathrooms clean
Stayed here from March 2016 til January 2017. Used to be a great place. Lots of friendly, helpful staff, well maintained, good services. During my stay there, around November or December, it was sold and things quickly went downhill. Nobody in the office for days at a time; nobody would answer the phone, internet quality dropped to almost non-existent. I am still in the process of trying to get my electrical deposit refunded to me, 4 months and many phone calls later, still havent gotten it.
Nice and quiet clean nice people . So yea 5 stars.
Awesome place, very friendly staff and very clean place. If they have room for you I would definitely live there.
I was just visiting but it seem like a very nice trailer park
Stopped to get water and use the dump station. Very friendly staff and easy access to services.
Beautiful quiet setting. Great staff in the office.
I enjoy staying at Fernley RV Park when I come to town to visit with family. The park is kept clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Awesome place highly recommend
We stayed in this quaint park in July for one night. I called the night before for a reservation and the staff gladly put me into a pull through with FHUs. The staff was very nice and accommodating upon our arrival and during our stay.. I was in a 32 fifth wheel trailer and they put near the office. We had a clean concrete pad with a picnic table. The grounds were immaculately kept and we did not use the laundry room or bathroom, but I suspect both were very clean. I didnt use the Wifi because I have unlimited data on my phone. Would definitely recommend this park and visit again.
I stay here every year just before we head into Burningman. We dump the dirty water and fill up with 100s of gallons of fresh water. Some years we dont stay over night and the manager just lets us dump and fill for free. The over night fees are very low compared to RV camping fees in San Diego. Love it.
Boy, this place has gone down the toilet! Stayed here about a year ago, it was immaculate! Friendly staff, the park was well maintained, not dirt-baggy at all. Came back through this year, damn! People are camped out with their coach furniture outside, kids running through mine and everyones camp spots, bathrooms filthy and freezing! It was 32 outside and 50 in the bathroom, budget cuts I guess. The lady that runs the office is a complete idiot, she couldnt figure out how much I owed for my stay plus electric. It worked out ok though, she only charged me for half of what I owed on electric. I had found out that the previous owner had sold the park. So, if your looking for a stay at a half ass park, this is the place for you. For me, I will be staying at desert rose rv park from now on.
Excellent camping ground. Very lovely reception, extremely clean, very quiet, cheap with good and clean restrooms/showers.Very bad and slow WiFi
Park sold to large company...things here not good anymore. no internet since take over. was told i could go to another park...well hell i know that!!!! every day givin another reason why internet not fixed in back area of park.
Moving in this weekend, very excited
We were told when we tried to stay there that it is a monthlies only park. They do not accept overnighters.
Very Clean and Friendly Park! Only issue is the spaces are TOO close together.
