I had a blast i dont usually gamble but the nugget is a small friendly place and the floor manager was very friendly and informative

I don’t care for this place. Machines were tight, and management was as walking around too close to players.The power also went out when we were there.

Its hard to get a drink or anyones attention that works here.

The cashier women with the white hair is so rude I asked if I could get $100 in 1s cause our store was out the bank was closed and our owners were out of town. I know it was a strange request but she didnt have to be so rude by saying well we go to the bank I understand that its meant for customers but this is a small town. What happened to helping out our community? I even asked how much could she give me but no just rude.

My place to play friendly staff. And the slots do pay every once in a while and when they do its usually big. Love the slots havent tried the tables yet but one day. Love that its a smoke free environment love not leaving there smelling like an ashtray.

So, went to play poker as advertised Thursday nights. Got there at 6:00 and seats were gone.I think there was a little shenanigans with their buddies coming in and letting them sign in early. Also, dealer calls in sick!!A lot of people went home mad!!Don’t advertise something that you can’t handle.I strongly recommend you go to Reno if you want to play poker stay out of Fernley.Waisted my gas and time.It’s a locals Paradise everybody in the game knew each other.Never going to that place again.

First it was no back packs in the casino and thought it couldnt get worse... now the set the machines to refuse any voucher under a doller. . how am i supposed to put change into a machine??also the staff seem like they have a chip on thier shoulder..my advice is go to SILVERADO CASINO they treat thier customers good ! unlike nugget who treats thier customers as if we r criminals.

Tightest slots in town.

No smoke, which is so nice for a change. The people are friendly. My only complaint would be that I need to wear a jacket even in the summer.

We had tuna salad sandwiches and soup. The tomato basil soup was great. The wait staff were friendly and professional, they all had smiles and seemed to enjoy working there.

A decent place to hang out while you get your own fountain soda drinks and coffee or hot chocolate while you entertain yourself gambling. Its close to home and it has fairly mellow environment. The employees dont hassle you. Overall its always fun to gamble here

Fresh tasty food and good service. Only complaint is that some meals on the menu are not to the same caliber as others. If the quality was more consistent across the entire menu selection Id 5 star this place. They have an excellent chicken pot pie and their Try tip Clarkson platter is delicious as well. I dont recommend the chicken parmesan or the green enchiladas.

This ia usually a great quiet place to gamble and have a Cappuccino however today I was shoved to the side like a red headed step child by the manager as i approached the players club area. She was rude and deliberate in her treament of a would be customer. I had self serviced my coffee and gotten change to play and approached the players club to inquire if they were running amy specials on this gloomy rainy Wednesday. There stood in front of me a lovely elderly couple and a gentlemen who had gotten a straight on one of the games and had a coupon for freeplay if one should hit said card hand, who was their first i could not tell. As I waited patiently for the attendant to finish with the two ahead of me the manager, i assumed, rushed out and gave me the stink eye and inquired what i might need. I asked politely if there were any promos going on and she snapped no not for you, in a beligerent way i might add. I decided to confront her on her, and her manager at Jacpots disposition and why I am treated with such disrepect and seemingly hated there and her answer was you dont take social keys or prompts very well and you interupt when someomes busy and stormed away without giving me a chance to understand what the h*** she was referring to or to refute it. Jacktpot and Nugget are owned by the same corporate entity which is a shame because i have grown to love the jackpots atmosphere save the attitude of its leadership. To my knowledge Ive never interupted anyone at either location. I have asked questions at appropriate times and if i have done anything to offend either of these two ladies Id gladly apologize. But to be treated as a common flea with regards to paying customers is obviously accepted by eo?thers patrons. I would not complain however i managed to win and and then reinduce over 400.00 in jackpot alone this week and thought id found a suitable home.for my dollars. Just between you and I, my heart is broken that i can neither patronize the Nugget in fernley and must also avoid jackpot as well. I would recommend the Silverado casino amd its overly friendly staff as an alternative.

Gaming is okay. Black Bear dinner sucked. Sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came to take our order but they did take a couples order that were seated after us. Paid for our drinks and left.

Had a night of good luck...the employees were all very friendly and right there when you needed them.
