Run down.water not drinkable.septic needs pump, wont do.charge high rent for rundown trailers

Do NOT drink the water!! Its bad. I know the owner will tell you that its okay, just barely. The tests come back year after year with the same numbers. Weve had several cats and one dog thats died from cancer because they were given the water. I didnt know it was bad for about three years after moving in. I have had many urinary tract infections over the years and now my kidneys are starting to fail. The owners do nothing about people who are known drug users and thieves. They only want their money.

Needs clean up and more attention to detail.

Cant drink the tap water, pot holes everywhere, the other half is cracktown and stuff gets stolen if left out on porches. Would rate o.000000000001 stars.

A quite mobile park, lots of trees,quite neighbors, kid friendly, and of course way to dog friendly.Dogs should be leashed and picked up after.Trailers are old but in good condition and rent is very reasonable.
