It is so great to have a cultural center in our neighborhood.The response to this event it was absolutely wonderful.The artists were very interactive and the public responder to them.The music was wonderful, who doesnt like Latin music, in special Cuban piano.Im looking forward for more events like this one in the future.

Really beautiful place! The architectural design is well done, however the space between you and person in front of you is minimal to the point you have to stand up to let a person pass by you.

First time here. Nice performance hall with graded and comfortable seats. Plenty of exhibition space. Lots of parking. There for my first State of the City Address. Well done. Really glad I went. Working on being an active citizen.

I was surprised how beautiful this facility is. Watched our first show few weeks ago and totally enjoyed it. Great acoustics and felt very intimate. There is no bad seats. Clean with great staff and volunteers.

Beautiful facility and wonderful acoustics. The symphony performances have been astounding. I love not needing to drive to Seattle for performances. The conductor Brian Davenport puts on a terrifically well balanced show.

The PAEC is a great under the radar facility. Federal Way is not a destination city, but it is a great spot for this facility - home of the Federal Way Symphony. Numerous restaurants close by, easy access, free parking, respectably-priced concessions, and comfortable seats, all make for a great venue.

I went on a field trip with my sons 4th grade class. We watched a play come to life it was very enchanting. The building is absolutely beautiful and the people that work there are amazing.

Saw Robert cray, very cozy new venue, will come again. Serve alcohol

It was a nice theater. I didnt know it existed til today. The only thing I did not like, it was extremely cold especially out where the vendors were. (Not sure why the ACwas on when it was 40 degrees outside.)

I love it because its the place where my daughter graduated. Its great for a smaller venue. They have very minimal snack & drink choices, so if you have young children bring them snacks.

We sat in the second row for Pinocchio. My son is sight limited. It was perfect for him !!! I met the lady who made the costumes at a joannes fabrics before the show. Your costumes were absolutely incredible!!! You’re super talented !!! They or you made the show !!!! Show was cute. We’re going to Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus tonight

We saw the Nutcracker. First time seeing a show here and we had a great experience. The staff were very cordial and professional. The views of the stage were great and the acoustics were good. Seating is also comfortable. Looking forward to seeing another show here soon!

As a military family I try not to buy tickets in advance. However, 2 weeks in advance I thought I would be safe. Unfortunately, the military strikes again. I called to see if I could cancel my purchase or get a refund and they said it is our policy, there are no refunds unless the show has been canceled. Very upset that they didnt want to work with ne or even tell me anything other than we dont give refunds, its our policy. Horrible customer service.

I had to be here twice for work purposes. The facility is very clean, the layout is great, and the seats are very comfortable. The feel of the place is much nicer than the area it is in.

I loved it! The music of the violin, the harp, and the double bass. The tango n flamingo dancing was fabulous. I loved the kind welcome. Estoy super encantada no puede espar ir otra ves.

Its nice and clean, but why did the city spend millions of dollars on this place instead of using it to solve the homelessness? Smh

I was there for the MLK Jr event. The wall art was generous but not excessive. My daughter enjoyed the giant lobster piece hanging above the stairs. The seating was comfortable with no view impeding columns.The docents were very kind when my daughter needed a potty break during the performance and efficiently delivered us to the family restroom. There was also separate mens and womens rooms nearby. They had signage directing to them on the bottom and top floors (which was slightly confusing while trying to find the theater entrance).

Our company, Keller Williams Puget Sound, did a fabulous Gala at the Performing Arts Center in Federal Way. This is a great venue for hosting all types of different things Ive been there for classes and events as well as some of their shows I would highly recommend looking into is it going to snow or renting this place out if you need a large venue plenty of parking conveniently located!

Awesome new performance space. I am glad the citizens of Federal Way where willing to invest in the arts.

The sound system was not even working, and in the mezzanine section you cant hear what song is being played once they go acoustic. Ripped my sweater on the seats. All armrests have 2 nails in them that stick out slightly and they catch on your clothes. Be warned. Not going here again.

I went to a performance of the Nutcracker by the City of Tacoma Ballet and had a wonderful time with my family. The venue is beautiful and I was stunned at how good the acoustics were. The performance was at night but Im positive the view from the windows during the daytime are top notch.

Nice but small venue

Went to see The Nutcracker and Id have to say theres really no bad seat. I sat in the second row from the stage and far left but never once did I think oh Im way too close or I cant see whats going on and that in itself is great!

Buyer beware. We bought tickets to see Pinocchio, and of course people in the family got sick. So of course we couldnt go. No refund, ticket sales final. Thanks, out $140. I am so flipping sick of being ripped off left and right by everyone.

Attended the Etta Projects charity auction at this venue. Great space for this or similar events or meetings. Dual projectors, decent sound system, amazing landscape view looking south.

This new performing arts and entertainment center is an incredible addition to federal way. There is not a bad seat in the auditorium!

This is a beautiful, state of the art facility that can accommodate any needs whether it is business meetings, reunions, weddings, celebrations, etc. The 700 + seat theater is beautiful, the sound system is the best we have ever heard and the view out of the enormous windows is breathtaking. The parking lot is enormous and there is shopping all around the area. This is the first facility in the south end that will take care of the needs in the area south of Seattle.

Wonderful venue. Federal Way Chorale concert just superb, especially 1st 7 acapella numbers.

Beautifully theatre. Front row is a little too close for young children. Need to be back 4-5 rows.

Really enjoyed the season finale of the Federal Way Symphony. Wish the seats were a smidge bigger and the maestro was sometimes hard to hear but the sound was great for the music.

So happy to have PAEC in Fed Way. I have been once and plan to be there a whole lot more. Really looking forward to it.

Brand new place, lots of parking spaces, easy to get to from all directions. Excellent acoustics.

Federal Way has become the standard setter with the new Performance Center. On a clear day there is a very good view of the big mountain.

Great experience here with my little one for her first Ballet experience.

Amazing facility, great staff and customer service.

Opening night and the Rain concert. Sound and lighting perfect. Temperature warm upon entering and became near unbearable by nights end. Climate needs work as do the seating ushers who seemed as clueless as to the section/row/seating arrangement as did the visitors.
