Its a beautiful park maintained grass and the panhandlers give it a nice fayetteville touch. The stage is big and I bet a really cozy bed.

A clean nice area for live outdoor music and festivals and concerts. Bathrooms are big and clean and most importantly not porta potty’s. Lawn is well maintained and good police presence during events. Events are regular and fun to go to. Food truck variety is amazing during the outdoor events held here.

Love the peace of this place. Clean and tranquil, easy parking, relaxing lunch. Question: doesnt the fountain work anymore? Miss the sight and sound of it.

My grandson had an absolute blast on the rides with the bracelet. He had so much fun. We also enjoyed some local street vendors.

Carribean Festival was Great! Various food trucks and vendors...

It was wonderful; the parades were well done and a history while watching. The evening event was great: Spanish artist...frier work at the end . Excellent food also.

Bring along a Lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Grass area well kept. Very nice, friendly vendors...drinks and food were great!

What a nice place for an outdoor event! I really liked the venue. Bathrooms were big and clean. Plenty of trash and recycling. Big stage. We were there for a 5k race on veterans day.

Great venue for festivals, concerts and events. Parking is somewhat challenging for larger events but there is plenty of parking available within a short walk.

This is a well-maintained park near the heart of historic downtown Fayetteville. Many events, large and small are held here year-round. There is a covered bandstand with plenty of space for lawn chairs, vendors and socializing. It is handicap friendly with adequate parking and clean facilities. Most events have police presence for safety.

Great place to have fun with kids and family for many events. Well recommended for all ages.

We enjoy festival park. They always have great family activities going on. The majority of activities are free. We recently attended Hop in the Park. There were huge Easter Egg hunts, free pizza, hotdogs, nachos, cotton candy, popcorn, inflatables and a photo booth. They also had free carnival rides. The egg hunts are separated by age group. The bounce houses and slides are also separated by age group. This event gets bigger every year. During the summer festival park has free movies on the big screen. Just bring your blanket or lawn chairs and enjoy time with the family. They have numerous events all year long including a 5k to raise awareness for autism, concerts, etc.

Had a great time at the Franklin Graham Tarheel Tour! We had to park down the street from the park because it was paxked,but we had a blast! Jeremy Camp performed a great show as well! They had a fireworks show at the end that was AMAZING!!

It was a wonderful time of fellowship and many respectable people. The scenery was beautiful!

Yesterday event, Fayetteville after five and Heart Tribute were awesome. Really liked the variety of the food trucks. The ambience here is so good you can enjoy it with family, friends or even alone.

I love it here! Huge park! Every year, the epicenter holds the largest egg hunt and serve free food, such as pizza, pop corn, cotton candy, hot dog, water, photo booth. They also had a bunch of county houses and slides we have a blast here! It’s huge and busy so pay attention to your kids! Egg hunts are huge so many eggs you trade them in for a bag of candy. At the end of the event they will pass out more candy bags! Went home with 10 bags! This is the 2nd year we are excited for next year!!

Even in spring its a nice stroll as you visit the amazing antique stores!

Decision America Tar Heel State Tour awesome night. Souls getting saved, lives being changed. An experience worth being a part of.

This is not a place to come if you dont have at least 1 1/2 to spend for lunch. The food is decent to good. The preparation time is slow to extremely slow. The BBQ truck and hot dog truck are the fastest. Several people walk off. And even more complain about being late for work. For a food truck, and Ive designed around lunch time, you would expect, maybe not fast but at lest quick service. No at all for these trucks. With hot temperatures that we are currently having, there is not enough shaded area to keep cool so bring an umbrella, a sweat rag or dress to work on your tan.Military members and those working on Fort Bragg. My suggestion is to find another spot to go eat for your lunch break.-Food quality: Good-Speed: Very poor-Shaded are to sit: Very limitedWould I recommend: Only if you have at least 1 1/2 hrs for lunch. Can eat at your desk or can get here at 11 am.

Nice day to be out at the Dogwood Festival

Great park! They have plenty of festivals and activities. Stage for performances. Plenty of space and scenery is nice. Facilities were clean. Parking within walking distance as well as Hay St, which has a bunch of little shops and restaurants.

Went to hear music here for the Dogwood festival and I really enjoyed being able to sit on clean ground with no bugs and be able to hear the music without getting overpowered by the loudness or rambunctious people! Everyone was friendly and relaxed, even the extensive security that I appreciated were there to help the event run smoothly, thank you officers for your service, definitely a nice venue and decent town to visit!

Sat on the ground because we forgot to bring our chairs. Otherwise, was a great show. Matrix was 100 times better than the main attraction. Id PAY to see Matrix but not the Eagles tribute band.

Went to the Franklin Graham Decision America Tour.Jonathan Camp was featured with Franklin Graham. It was an AmaZing night~~ filled to capacity & over 500 souls were saved I believe they said. The music was AweSome! We also got a t-shirt & a lovely card in the mail with an aerial picture if the crowd~ which was huge~ It said 9,200 people attended. Planning to go again next year~ Lord Willing!!This was my 1st time at Festival Park, but apparently they have events there frequently. Beautiful place.

A good stage for small concerts, some good events happen periodically.

Festival park is right in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. Great amphitheatre park and all purpose area. Parking is a little scarce but not too bad if you arrive early.

Had an incredible time. No seat on the grassy knoll is a bad seat if youre catching a concert. Bring a blanket at minimum. Loved the big selection of food trucks. Please bring back On The Border every year!!

On the border was great as usual. Loved listening to old Eagles songs. I would love to see a Journey tribute band performing here soon.

Really nice park. Several areas for entertainment. Ball park is also here. International Festival is why I visited Fayetteville, one of the biggest in NC.

Awesome place to hang out

I went to Festival Park today to participate in the River walk for cancer. I work at Highland Construction, we are a restoration company. We help out people in the community who have suffered from a fire or water loss. Today our company took part in the River Walk. Let me tell you that was a beautiful 3 mile walk this morning. I did not know how beautiful parts of downtown Fayetteville really are. Festival Park was amazing. The park was very clean and with it being spring everything was just beautiful. I am proud to know I live in such a beautiful city. Thanks to all you men and women who have been apart of making Festival Park so nice. I will be back next weekend for be the Dogwood Festival.

Lots of free fun for the whole family.

The Blues and Brews Festival held annually in June in this park has always been a great time! This year was my first time being involved in the planning and setup of the Festival. The Parks and Recreation Dept, who owns the venue, was very receptive to helping CFRT execute such a fantastic musical experience. I have meet some really dedicated staff members who are responsible for our success.

Nice area plenty of space for vendors as well as patrons

I tend to come here frequently, its a great location for family pictures and shows some hometown pride. If nothing else, very relaxing and watching the creek from any angle will relax anyone.

Fresh air clean family out door fun

Nice venue for Fayetteville oh, they do lots of stuff during the spring through fall. you will need to bring your own seating, but there are bathrooms on site and they do keep them nice and clean although they can get crowded at times. Be prepared to walk as parking it may be hard to find

Very impressed by the very first juneteenth celebration. The fireworks and music was awesome. Lots of food vendors. Beautiful scenery for a romantic evening walk.

Went to the dogwood festival. Had a good time live music lots of vendors which was nice walking around. There will he a ton of people and some arguing over little things but nothing to crazy. There has been issues in the past but the police thankfully increased their presents which was nice.

First time I have been. I really enjoyed the vendors and the food from different cultures. I did have a free test to test my age. Students from Wilmington NC studying what contributes to aging, lifestyle or hereditary. If they were wrong I receive a $10.00 gift card to Starbucks. Well, I received card. There computer thing they used to take pictures said I was 6 years older than I am. That sucked but got gift card. Lol. I went with my sis, Diana and a 10 year old girl, Paiden. Had fun, seen interesting things, just it was freaking HOT!!!!!!!!!! One of the hottest for this time of year. I recommend it. I would just check weather before hand and hope they are right. Lok

This is a very nice park. They have free concerts as well tickets for concerts. Three weeks ago I went to the Caribbean festival. It was so boring. It wasnt a lot of people there as for as any other concert.

Festival Park activities, food, music to meet everyones need. However, you need your own lawn chair and umbrella. It is an outdoor venue so watch the weather report!

Cork n fork was great start for dogwood festival. Food was excellent, no lines and weather was perfect. I compliment the city of Fayetteville for their vision.

This Park is fantastic. It is set up to be a great venue for Street and food vendors. A large stage area for live music concerts. Each vender area has its own electricity and running water most of the areas have sidewalks or other paved areas. This is the nicest outdoor venue I have ever been to. Rodney Atkins put on a fantastic show as he always does.

I really LOVE this place. Fayetteville has some good bands that have come here. I highly recommend going if ya get the chance. The only downfall is paying for parking. This is the first year of paying and I figure the only reason is to try to recoup the money for that hideous baseball stadium.

Its very nice if you really want to get a work out only thing I wasnt crazy about is there is a part where there is dirt and has a lot of poop from the birds kinda have to walk around its a lot its only located on the dirt road test of it is concrete thats only thing I wasnt crazy about even when I walk on edge of the grass it had some poop probably have to walk far away from dirt road further on grass to get away from the poop so wont have to try walk around the poop so you wont step on it

Festival Park is a very nice area downtown. It is a great area for pictures, especially with the creek and fountain nearby.

Awesome things happen in Festival Park!!! All the events throughout the year hosted by nonprofit usually are such a joy to attend. The large space has good quality restrooms and a large stage and much grassy areas to lay a blanket down and enjoy the festivities. The new baseball stadium is just before it and the library is adjacent to that. It is in the heart of downtown and there is plenty to do downtown. Every 4th Friday (weather permitting) there may be a music artist on stage and events are held there almost every month. Fayetteville is an awesome place if you keep up with local events.

Great night celebrating early 4 of July at this park. We were able to enjoy a concert performed by Fayetteville Ban and Orchestra Symphony. Oh! such a great young talent fuse with the veterans in the orchestra. Great attendance, food vendors were available and a few child activities. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.
