My husband and I were in town for a quick getaway. We decided to get lunch, find a park and eat there. It wasnt far from Dickeys BBQ, IHOP, Freddys Custard and many more restaurants, so it was very convenient. Its in a little neighborhood, dog friendly, had picnic tables, a playground, a walking trail and bathrooms. Its not very big but served its purpose for what we needed.

It was a pretty park, not a long walk though, with a dog park, small lake, pavilion, picnic tables, small playground in front.

They have a nice walking trail and dog park! Great for all ages! The park even has two playgrounds (one for toddlers, too!).

The playground was one of the more interesting ones -- my kids loved the climbing mountain and nearby dock pavilion.

I loved it ️ and my dog Hooch and I both had a great time. I met a lot of people and got to interact with a lot of other dogs as well so did my dog... I think well visit there more often now that we know there is such a good Park near where we live and its filled with good people and dogs as well.

Although Covid rules have made the swings obsolete, it is still a lovely park to walk around in. Great place in the middle of town to get some exercise or, pick up an electric scooter and zip around. It does electric scooter rentals on site and a lot of Pokemon hunters.

Neighborhood park that is small, but full of activities. Playground, basketball, picnic tables, and a roomy lawn are included.

Good park, nice location and there is a dog park on the other side of the walking path.

This is a great dog park. First time Ive ever been to one. I wish my little dog would have enjoyed it more but it was her first time as well. We will be going again very soon!!

There is a little place where you can sit by the water which is super nice. The ducks that were there were super nice and left us alone while we ate by the pond.

Its real close to a dog park

Not a bad park. The dog park inside here seemed to be the big draw. The rest is the park is ok, you can tell that there is not quite enough money to keep the park top notch. Some wear and tear and fallen trees not removed.

Kids loved it there, lots of kids around my kids ages. The slides do get super hot on really sunny days though.

Great place for the dogs. Theyve consistently done work and kept up with the traffic so this park stays in good shape. The dogs love coming here even if its just for a walk or to go to the dog park. Good location tucked back away in the neighborhoods.

Great to have small adbig dog fenced in areas. Fun for the dogs!

Nice and clean dog park with enclosures for large dogs and small dogs separately. Large pavilion with park benches and picnic tables. Quiet friendly environment with sidewalk trails. Ample parking with several different routes to get there. A playground is located here for children.

Always wonderful to walk my dogs as well as myself along the various paths and sit by the water.

Went for a nice run through and around this park. There is a great little deck over a pond to observe wildlife. Shaded running trails and a playground nearby.

Im so glad Fayetteville has a park like this. Were lucky enough to have a large fenced yard so we dont go as often as wed like, but we try to socialize out pup every now and then and have never had a bad experience. There are usually plenty of toys left behind and water bowls filled so its great even if you come unprepared for an impromptu visit.

I like this park and Ive been been here serveral times, mostly because of the location. So this last time I was there, like 2weeks before this posting I was impressed that they put mulch down to try and help with the mud. It looked nice and it did help but Id really like to see more grass back there, more obstacles, a water hole, etc.

Lots of mud puddles. But tons and tons of room to run and play, almost always other pups there and the lights are a huge plus.

My puppy ️ it so much she played with alots of she has been there 4 times. She just loves it and I am glad that I heard about it . Come check it out for yourself .....

This park is ducked off, on yale street, in a neighborhood off of Weddington and it is absolutely awesome. The dog park is huge and there is a little trail to walk on outside the dog park too. Im from shreveport Louisiana and me and my wife are thinking about moving up here. They only have one dog park there so this place blows it out of the water. Loving Fayetteville/bentonville metro so far and this is one reason why.

I like the new mulch, would like to see the holes filled in too

My favorite place to play basketball. Well kept and handy shade. It also has a decent childrens play area and a public place to play with your dog

Its our daily routine. It needs a splash pad, more benches, restrooms and shade trees.

Got to love the Iams Dog park. The grass gets worn out quickly. Could use some constant grounds keeping attention.

Good playground for the kids. Very little shade on a hot day though. Has restrooms but not sure if you would want to use them.

It is a beautiful park. It was the first doggie park I ever have been to. We have a 12 week old labrador retriever & he wanted to play with the big dogs and had a blast. It was like a dog show. We will be back

This park is very well kept and fun for everyone, even your dogs! The equipment is safe and works properly. There is a basketball court, a pavilion, swings, slides, jogging trail, pond, Creek and two dog parks.

The playground needs a little TLC and mowed, but other than that a nice park with a waking trail

Its a good dog park, and unfortunately some dog owners think its an opportunity to let themselves be unaccountable for their dog(s) to be very agressive, or not pick up their dogs droppings. A great opportunity to socialize your dog(s)!! Worth the trip.

Very nice area, the people were friendly and my dog loved the no leash fenced areas. There are several ponds and a playground as well that we looked at.

REVIEW FOR IAMS DOG PARK:Its a pretty good park. It could use some grass maintenance (i.e. growing or putting turf grass), and I would really love to see a small in ground pool for letting your dogs exercise via swimming.Otherwise, I like it well enough. My favorite part is the dog water fountain in the gated entrance (separate from the other fences)
