The kids seem to really enjoy going here. Nothing here for adults to do if you don’t (can’t) jump on a trampoline. Employees are friendly but not very watchful over the kids.

During these unprecedented times, we must all do our part as decent people to wear a mask especially when we are the employees at a business that have customers. The young lady working behind the counter on Friday was not wearing a mask and many of the customers were not as well. When I asked why she was not wearing one nor the customers she told me the kids get hot while jumping. MUST DO BETTER

Amazing! This is the place to hang with the kids! So much fun. We did my sons birthday party here and everyone really enjoyed themselves, even the babies. The General Manager, Timothy, is fantastic! Such a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be back!

Went Here For My Sons Birthday Party And I Have 0 Complaints. Staff Was Extremely Helpful They Continuously Checked On Us To Make Sure We Were Good. Even Took All The Kids To Play In Arcade Free Of Charge. We Will Definitely Return Soon.

So I was looking for a location to have my sons bday and decided to go with this location. I must say best decision ever! Thank you to the manger, Tye and the entire staff for your assistance and excellent mannerism. I was treated like royalty here. My sons bday was a success and everyone was very helpful. The place was extremely clean and we lucked out being the only ones there! The GM was so friendly and helpful. We left when some older kids showed up and got a little crazy, but it would have still been fun if we stayed. Looks like a fun place for a party. Found a Groupon online too - what an inexpensive way to tire your kid out for an afternoon.

My baby loves trampoline, jumping, running and all thatBut some of my concerns is that the foam in it are very all.Same areas you can even see the net in the jumping foam.

Paid for a 2 hour jump for four, no wristbands (which means that there’s no way to manage crowds) kids running all over the place, only socks they had were youth/toddler small; seems like there’s no Get Air employee supervision;disappointed this time around

We went to jump with 15 kids for my sons party. No party package just to jump. JAELYN was my savior! She hooked us up to have a great party deal and my sons birthday turned into a stress free event and all the children had a blast. This place is amazing and the staff surpass all the other trampoline parks we have been to. The BEST by far in my book! The GM Tim was also amazing. The whole staff here treat you great, no attitudes, and very helpful and respectful. I love it here and I encourage anyone to bring your children here or have your party here!

Soooo.....my six-year-old son needed to get out of the house today and I needed a break from hearing Mommy, Im bored. In light of covid-19, I was a bit sceptical but took him any way. It was modestly crowded. Check-in was a cinch as we had visited the Trampoline Park in times past. There were no social distancing rules. I found it surprising that most children were not masked, but I digress. We stayed at the Trampoline Park for about an hour and a half. My son had a ball and was no longer bored so mission accomplished. There were some parts of the park that looked as if it could have used some upkeep, but other than that if you are looking for a fun and friendly place where kids of all ages can have an enjoyable time, you wont be disappointed by going here.

It was a good time there, service was provided on a great level. Being very proficient on precautions for COVID-19

It is a great place to go to on a weekday with the little ones. My daughter loves to jump so its a great place for her to burn energy off, other then that I wouldnt recommend it for the weekend for something to do. The older teens run the place they curse out each other even staff. The younger teens were constantly fighting each other even after the person working told them to stop. Parents drop off there kids and so the children are not monitored.

Very fun experience, nice and clean. It may not be as up-to-date as some of the bigger trampoline parks, but the kids still have an amazing time. Food and drinks are definitely overpriced, but the whole reason we are there is to jump in half fun, and we do just that.

I had my sons 3rd birthday party there and it was an amazing experience! The staff were nice, the music was great and most of all the children absolutely ENJOYED the whole experience. The staff constantly checked in on the party and overall great custom service skills. The manager is hilarious, generous, helpful and amazing. Will be back soon! ️

I have visited this establishment both in a professional setting with my Summer Camp group, as well as in a personal setting wit my own children. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The facility is clean. It is a great field trip idea for daycare centers and a fun activity for parents to enjoy with their children. The GM Tim was warm and welcoming to our group. We will definitely be returning, without a doubt! Always a great experience!

Tim and his team took great with making sure our every need was met for my son’s birthday party. From set-up, greeting and serving guests to clean-up- this was a stress-free experience. Another plus is that the facility is just right size where you can still monitor your kids with comfort. I would recommend it to other families and will be coming again!

My kids and I love this indoor trampoline park. We have been to so many but they seem to always request to come back to this location. They especially enjoy Club Air on Saturday nights.

This place is so much unorganized and has no sense of urgency at all. my sisters money got stuck in the vending machine and they would not refund her money. i do not recommend this place at all. they don’t deserve any stars . sky zone and urban air is better

This place is unruly! No one is monitoring the jump floor. Kids jumping all over each other in the pits when the sign says one at a time. There is no line for any of the attractions. The one kid watching the jump floor is to busy with his friends and flirting to even watch the kids who are in Danger. There is a saftey fence in the back that is completely broken, only a sign. This place is begging for a law suit.

Took my son and my visiting nephew to Get Air for Saturday Black Night. What chaos! A hangout spot for unsupervised teenagers. The teenager employees do not enforce the rule or control the environment. The lights didnt go off until 9:45 pm and it is advertised for 8PM. Kids running amuck, using profanity, and pushing. They have to do a better job at regulating these nights or they shouldnt have them. My visiting nephew called it a ghetto, ratchet mess. I great place for fun if it were a better managed environment. I am extremely disappointed for the second time coming here. Best time to take your kids is during the day on Saturday as this is not a family spot on Saturday night.

Nice and fun place for my kiddos. It was their first time going so they pretty much only stuck to what was comfortable to them. The prices are a bit too high for my taste, so I definitely recommend anyone who is interested in visiting here to go on Tuesdays. They have a good deal where kids are able to jump for 2 hours for the price of 1hr.

It was amazing! The staff is very nice and we went early so it wasnt crowded. Its so many different things to do as even as an adult with my child and nephew I had a blast with them.

Its good. Clean and well-monitored for the kids safety. They watch pretty well for bad or dangerous behavior, which I appreciated with my toddler running around with much bigger kids too. Lots of good play options and everything seems very safe. We had to correct and explain what the charges and costs were supposed to be for the specific time and event we went for (toddler time) as we were originally asked to pay more than double what we expected at first, but the clerk was friendly and helpful and fixed it immediately after asking another worker. Cost ended up being very reasonable and worth our time there. It was a great first experience for my 18-month daughter. She had a blast and will definitely want to go back soon.

I come to get air with my son every single week. I love the staff. The park is always cleaned and up to par. The General Manager, Timothy Berry, always keeps positive energy. Every time I walk in he’s smiling and helping all customers. Sam is one of my workers there. She keeps a smile on her face and my son LOVES her! They play together every time he comes. She always makes it feel like Disney Land for him. Kendall Houston, Assistant Manager, is my most favorite there! She always makes us feel soo welcomed! She makes sure that we’re always comfortable and okay. She was the one that actually talked us into getting the membership! I absolutely LOVE this place and will continue to come back everyday!

I was there about a week ago on the 24th with my family. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were great! One in particular that stood out to me was Sam, she had a smile one her face from the moment I approached her. She walked with me to the bathroom when I asked where it was instead of merely pointing in the direction. She did all of this while dealing with 2 parties, one in which was extremely rude to her. I couldn’t help but notice how rude and combative they were towards her when she informed them their time was up. After this, they left a major mess and told her to “clean it up” because it was her job. I’ve had experience in customer service and firsthand know how annoying and frustrating these actions may be but to my surprise she handled the situation very appropriately. No talk back, no attitude. She demonstrated upmost respect until the last second of their encounter and informed a manager about the situation.

As a 30 year old man, I need to find more creative ways to stay in shape and theres no better way than breaking down some calories at Get Air.On top of its great atmosphere and even better staff, I can easily say, teaching kids how to flip just warms my heart.Great place to go to to either bring the children or release your inner child.10/10 would go back.

Attended a party here, the activities were great, however the sever went on break during the party after being declined of her request of side money??? The party was paid for in advance along with the extras, but thus left parents to be the party host. Manager was finally found & fixed issues and apologized.

We had such a great time at Get Air! The place was clean, the staff was nice, and we had a blast.

Took my 2 year old son here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. He had an amazing time we stayed 5 hours!!!! The only thing I would say they should improve are the restrooms, they were a bit dirty which is expected since lots of kids are here! But other than that no complaints!

Kids dont listen to young workers and do what they want to do. They had a Dodge Ball war on the floor near the lockers with over 10+ kids and it was complete Chaos!! They continued to play Dodge ball through out the entire park, so we had to watch out to not get hit in the face or have kids running into us at full speed. Paid for 2hrs, dont think we lasted an hour NEVER AGAIN, my 13yr old was ready to go. Smh

We went during the day while other kids were in school. We were just about the only people there so the kids had a great time running all over the place! The staff were (mostly) friendly and helpful. This place is expensive, but not more so than other trampoline parks. In my opinion, worth the money.

Well lets start off with saying that I bought the $25 passes for both of my kids. The price isnt to bad, with the few perks it comes with. One night i take my kids and some kids started fighting. The next time we go someone stole my husbands phone. The next time someone brought a gun. Need I say more?The inside isnt bad, the trampolines are fun for the kids. The drinks and ice cream is over priced. the restrooms are okay, the toilet never works when we go though.So mostly your concern should be going at night and your childs safety..

Awesome had my daughters birthday party there. GM was excellent when i spoke to him over the phone. I later went in spoke to the girls they were excellent. Today we had my daughters 5th party and SAM our helper was on point. I drove 45mins for this place i dont regret it!

Once you get in its pretty cool but.... The there was a girl at the front desk who was very unprofessional (rolling eyes, sighing, looking up at the ceiling for 3-5 seconds to let you know she loved her job). Hopefully they can cut the bad apples out of the group easily.

This place is okay just to get the kids out of the house. There is no food sold inside. As of now all they have is an ice cream, drink and snack vending machine. $10 per child $2 per socks

Hi, I had a really fun time here. This was my birthday party and a very nice lady, janiya, helped me and my friends when we needed it.

They have been nothing but nice here. Its a family atmosphere amongst staff and they go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and this was my first time there too. The manager of the business was cussing at my family and I to get out of the place all the while threatening to fight us outside of the building, telling us to “get the f*** out” over the intercom. Then she accused us of talking about her and the other associate that was working at the time whom I guess was her cousin. But we had no idea what she was talking about. We just knew one of the associates because she was our friend and we hadn’t seen her in awhile because we go to a college out of state. I had my 11 year old nephew with me and he had to hear all of the profanity that the managers were using. They even directed some of their profanity towards him as well and he is just a child. I was very, very disappointed. We were not informed that the wristbands we purchased only lasted an hour or that the certain colored wristband lasted till a certain time. The time that our time was up should’ve been the time that they told us our time was done instead of yelling at my family and I to remove ourselves when we had done nothing wrong. I understand it is their right to ask us to leave, but they could’ve done it a lot differently. We just didn’t know that we had to leave at that time. All we knew was we had a wristband and they closed at 12. That’s all. Instead they decided to threaten us all the way to the door. Ultimately we had to call the police because it took 3 people to hold back one of the managers from coming after us. Whoever has hired these associates and put them in charge of this business should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people with that type of character to represent their business. It was very unprofessional and I was not impressed, not even the slightest bit. I came to have fun with my family after being away from college just for my fun night to end in a distasteful way. I will never return here again and I hope a lot of things change.

Took my grandkids here they loved it they are here from Miami and I need so place where when we return home they would be excited and exhausted and believe me they were both it was worth every time spent there I also had a great time looking at the kids enjoy themselves thumbs up trampoline

My 5 yo son always has a great time at this location. We live a little further away than some other places, but we keep coming back because it’s safe, very clean and even when it’s a bit crowded, it’s managed very well. Special shoutout to the staff who always remembers us by name and makes my little boy feel special.

We all enjoyed ourselves especially getting to use the massage chairs, while the kids jump was life. The prices was Great and everyone was friendly.

We checked in at 4:29pm on Monday afternoon. And it had barely a couple of people inside. We ordered a pizza at 4:29 legends we came and it wasn’t even ready at 5:30. And the lady at the front register kept saying it’s on its way since 5.00pm. And at last when we got it when our time was up at 5:30. They brought a wrong one which we didn’t even order. Not coming back for sure

My two nephews love this place! Theres endless trampoline areas for all ages and special offers that cant be missed! Next time when we come back, I will definitely be partaken in the activities instead of watching them have all the fun!
