It’s such a fun place! The trampolines are great and the staff are really nice! They also have a lot of good snacks and slushees in the concessions stand. Everyone always has a blast here and I recommend you come here every once in a while for fun!

Good place to wear your kids out. Chaos reigns, the fellow patrons remind you of walmart on welfare day for the most part. Today it was super dirty, but theres no way those poor 2 attendants up front could keep up. Seemed understaffed. If you can relax and accept it, and nobody gets seriously injured, your kids should have a good time. Water bottles are 1 dollar which is fair.

My grandson has so much fun and I love the fact that they have an area thats just right for his little size staff is friendly prices are affordable this is just a great place to bring the family..

Kids of all ages can jump, trapeze bar they loved, basketball court, climbing wall, foam pit, kids court, main court, 10.00 hour per person not bad price.

I recently had my sons Birthday party here and everyone had such a blast! They were able to help me with any questions that I had and the hostess was super nice. Even their prices were perfect for what I was looking for. I will defiantly recommend this place for birthday parties.

Went here on a school trip, and my experience was amazing. many activities involving trampolines, amazing food and drink options, this is definitely one of my favorite amusement places to go to.

Love this place! It is well lit and has a space for smaller kiddos (my daughter is 3). Ive been here a couple times and even the time on a Saturday when there were like 15 birthday parties happening all at once it still felt uncrowded and enjoyable.

Great place to let your kids run and bounce off some of their energy. This park had super great toddler deals on weekday mornings. It was really clean, well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful!

Went to a birthday party here and the kids had a BLAST. The service was excellent. They proved pizza, water and cut and serve your cake as well. The workers were so friendly and helpful. While youre jumping everyone is cautious and willing to help if you need. Definitely coming back!

Fun place for the whole family. $22 for 2 hours, but they always have groupons for M-TR.

When I fell and sprained my foot they rushed over and picked me up called my mom and offered an ambulance I said no to the ambulance so they gave me an ice pack and a free piece of pizza will go again

Our grandson had his birthday party here. They made it easy. All that had to be brought in was the cake. They had balloons, cold water, pizza, and also served the kids! There are things for all ages too, with an area for little ones to jump as well. Loved it!

Excellent place for kiddos! I nannied over the summer. I had a 2 1/2 year old boy and 6 month old baby girl. Obviously my baby didn’t play, but my little boy LOVES it, and better yet it tires him out for naptime! :-))

Kids love this place. Its huge, very clean and professional. Been there like 3x already in the last month or two. Cost about as much as going to the movies but way healthier for the kids. Great idea for a rainy day.

It was great. But in my opinion they need like a capacity hold .. They had alot of bdays going on plus the persons that to walk in like i did and it was to many kids . another thing i see they need to put more bench to sit specially on days like today that was full full my kids had a great time employees were nice place is clean would like to see more improvement on the place likedont put little kids with big kid.. And organice better the bdays so everyone can have a great time to many people but other then that it is a nice place they love it still will give 5 stars thank u

Concessions were a little pricey and there wasnt enough water with the pizza party. However the kids had a fantastic time and everything seemed safe.

My 3 years old son was hit on the face from approximately 7 years old boy with full force fist.When I went to the front desk to the employee, she went to talk with one of her managers and when she get back she told me .... Im sorry, she told me to give you one hour free time but she (the manager ) cant talk with you now because she plays with her daughter?!?! Very poorly handled from this manager ! What a customer service!I insisted to speak with someone if possible, and another manager came and he told me that he need to review cameras to see what happened and then he can address this to the parent of the boy and he will ask them to leave.But even if the manager simply went and asked directly the parent of the boy if this what I said happened is true,the parent cant be able to lying because many other parents saw.So, in all of this fiasco and I standing up front approximately 40min. and tried to speak with some one to understand their No bullying policy ... the boy who hit my 3 years old son and his momma enjoying their time in the jumping zone.WARNING ️: Do not believe in the sign they put all over No bullying And no, (to responding to the owner) not the mother of the boy apologized at all or some of the staff addressed the issue or wanted to approach her. The mother only said that her boy is autistic and turn her back .And in this case the mother should watch closely her son, if she knows he is aggressive and not to put other kids as a target to him.But the Altitude is not safe place if the employees cant react promptly to the issue .What a terrible experience!If something arises as what we experienced today, Altitude does not have staff, which can handled the situation in timely manner and adequate.

Fun! Great place for my daughters 7th birthday!

We got there a little late and the place was empty, which worked out for our 18 person party...The place was clean and the music wasnt blaring, which made for a better experience.Our favorite activity was playing dodge ball, the teenagers in our party really went at it.The smaller/younger kids enjoyed themselves on the other end of the room, where none of the bigger kids played...They had the whole area to themselves.They had cold drinks for purchase, we didnt have any, but Im sure they were fine.I recommend calling them if you thought of having a private party, Im sure theyre accommodating.Its a great indoor trampoline park, well keep coming back!

This spot is the pinnacle.The tramp Mecca if you will. I love pulling off epic moves and absolutely beasting on the tramps. There is no better feeling than putting on my Jump Socks after work and heading to Altitude Tramp park!

Several parts of the park were broken and not in use and we did not see a single staff member on the floor enforcing any kind of rules or order. There was not even a staff member in the Extreme Dodgeball area. For the same price, High Rise(DEFY) in Lowell is much bigger, more equipment, and actually staffed to ensure safety.

We had both my Granddaughter Birthday here and forgot to order pizza. Very disappointed they didn’t even offer to reduce the price of the party.

We went during toddler time and all the kids and myself had a blast!

Great fun for kids of all ages and adults. Lots of different activities, and they are very friendly, good at customer service and looking out for the safety of everyone, as well as responsive to special needs kids. Love the 2 hours for $10 jump!

Really awesome place! If you plan on going check out their website and sign the waivers before hand . Good place for kids of all ages! We had a blast and there is so much to do jousting, dodge ball, basketball, and a rock wall to climb above a foam pit!

Amazing place! We had a birthday party and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is perfect and handled every detail of our event so our guests could have as much fun as possible.There is a ton to do and they even have an entire section dedicated for little kids!

Super fun! More than worth the money

Fun for all, jump jump jump til your heart contents, from kiddie jumps to dunk jumps and even a setting jump. Gray for the little ones but adults cam join in on the fun, take it slow or take it high. Need a place fir a birthday party, they have room here, with 2 sides to have it at but not much room. One down side is that NO Shoes are allowed on the mats up where the kids jump, you have to the them of or find a place to stand and watch as there is nite much sitting. Enjoy let me know....

Celebrated a birthday party for 9-year-old and it was a blast! Lots of happy, sweaty smiles after good exercise - what can beat that?! Very pleasing experience with the birthday package - accommodating, stress free, and affordable. We will be back!

TERRIBLE PLACE. TERRIBLE STAFF. You have 1 person watching over 50+ kids. While the rest (5 staff members) sat in office chairs at the front desk staring at phones and finally acknowledged someone right in front of them after a minute. Started playing the song “Closing Time” at 9 PM on repeat for 45 minutes when they close at 11. Moving children out of the way to do closing duties 2+ hours before close. The staff clearly does not care about making a good reputation for this business.

The whole experience was excellent. Entire flooring is heavily padded so my 10 months old baby felt safe as well. Toddler time was 3 full hours for only $10/child (baby was free) and they gave us free non slip socks. Toddler time ran from 10am to 1pm, unlike other places that assume little kids like to get up early and set their toddler time to 8am. Thr place was clean, new and colorful. Planning to become regular guests.

They simply intend to make more money off concession sales, but instead lost money with lost ticket sales. Now I know why the park was empty when we went in. Headed to High Rise...

The park is great except for the music. its 1:30 in the afternoon during the homeschool jump time and its filthy R&B that you cant really call the clean version.

This place is great! My sister came to visit us and she had never been to a trampoline park before. Its a large place, and very clean. We went during toddler time on a weekday and for $20 all three of us (including my 3 year old) jumped and climbed for over two hours. That price included buying the grip socks (which you can keep and bring back, so next time it will be even cheaper). It had friendly, helpful staff and some patrols to help keep everyone safe. Well be going back soon!

This place is a kids dream! Went to a birthday party there last night and it was a big hit.

Tons of space, clean and well maintained. Enough tables for 12 simultaneous parties. Many different stations with a variety of fun challenges. Great for children of all ages. Has some concessions and many tvs for people feeling unbouncy. Got more time for less money than the other trampoline parks. Will return again and again.

This place is a blast. Staff is kind of crusty though.

At every turn, you see the employees cleaning and keeping things up. They are invested in making the experience good! What an incredibly healthy, fun family outing.

We paid a lot of money for a birthday party here. When we arrived they had nothing set up and were not prepared for us in the least. They charge a lot if money for a party then do a poor job, will not return!!! Save ur money and go somewhere else!!!

This Park has it all! If you have little kids and older kids the whole family can come and have fun. Its in a great location! So glad they have come to Fayetteville.

Sensory and toddler time (1st Sunday of the month 10am-12) is a fantastic idea. The only issue we had was that there was no family bathroom that I saw.
