They charged us to much dang money to get in we got charged 40 for pre-entrance and then another 40 just to get in it was ridiculous the bouncer charged and at the door.... Wow will never happen again

Nothing like Good folks Food Good drinks Good Times

I went to this sports bar for the first time two weeks ago with my mom and sisters. While I was there a waitress charged my card for someone else order than handed me card and a receipt. I told her this isn’t my order and asked her for my money back. I gave her the receipt and my card back. She apologized, (supposedly) voided out the order and charged my card for my actual order. I asked her was she going to put my money on the card and she said no need because the money didn’t come off because she voided the order out. Fast forward to the next week. I checked my account and of course both charges came off my card. I called to speak with a manager I told him what happened and he told me to call back after 1 because they were busy. I called back at 2 and he rushed me off the phone claimed he looked it up and it was voided and I will get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. Now it’s been 2 whole weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I called again today and let them know it has been TWO weeks and I STILL haven’t received my money back. Whom ever answered the phone put me on hold for 12 minutes then picked up the phone and hung up. Me being me called back 4 times and nobody answered than the 5th time they answered and hung up. I waited 20 minutes than called back and of course got an answer. I nicely told them how I was rudely hung up on and I just wanted my money back that was STOLEN from me. She rudely responded “Well, Yeah, Call back after 6 when a manager comes in his name is —-“ than hung up in my face. I didn’t hear the managers name.Long story short, I spent $31.30 on 6 nasty, lukewarm wings. And I’m pretty sure I will not be getting my money back.

This is the worse bar I have ever been to hands down. The service was horrible. The waitress has no clue what shes doing. She took an extra $10 dollars off my card. After talking to the manger he was more clueless than the waitress. So please if you go to Phat Daddys they will overcharge you. The service is terrible. Never pay with a card. CASH ONLY! I will never return. If you choose to go in there just be aware and NEVER give them your card.

Customer Service is do not bring your emotions to work. You have to deal with all types of attitudes and personalities. Therefore smile through it all. And pray for peace to withstand all understanding. Smiling and still treating people kind when they have rubbed your ego should not have you holding a grudge. Get out of this business because it may not be for you. I always remember women are great tippers. Dont miss your bag because of your attitude. SMH!. I didnt think it was that serious so why are you taking it so serious. Dont hold grudges. Just smile.

One of the best spots in town if you want to listen to hip hop the whole time. Aint tooooooo many spots in Fayetteville doing that anymore. Trying to keep us black folk out. I get it. Its laid back too. They also have a jukebox and live DJ. So the turn up can be real at times. Its all on you.

Food was good. Customer service sucks. Had to get my own menus and refills. Then had to chase down server to get my check. Never going to eat there again

Eh, bar food was ok but the service needs some improvements. We waited a long time between visits from the waitress. It wasnt particularly busy, so Im not sure what the problem was.

This place had the best rib-eye steak that I have had in a long, long time. The waitress there, who hails from New York, introduced me to dipping fried okra into ranch dressing. Delicious!

The waitresses were extremely slow and we ended up stepping to the bar to order our food and drinks. The food came out cold and we sent it back. Its been months since I was there and the band although good was playing the same old songs in the same order.

The food is ok, we had coleslaw instead of fries and it tasted a week old. Our waitress was nice though.

Theres adequate room for a medium crowd to sit, eat and dance... I just wish the ceiling was higher.

Food was good but the server was not on her job. Why did I have to get up and ask for a refill, and my check when it wasnt even busy. To busy entertaining her girlfriend I guess.

I dont how I didnt give this place a review yet. The food is so freaking good!! I have ate at this restaurant at least 7 times now. EVER time the food was amazing. We only do take out so I cant speak for the service inside but the food was every night we did take out.

Good food and nice service. Plenty of pool tables in a bar which is an oddity these days. Went for super bowl and had plenty of tvs but volume wasnt loud enough to hear. Pitchers kept coming but watch the tab at the end of the night. We probably paid for a few extra that we didnt order. Overall nice place to chill and enjoy some drinks and shoot pool.

In NC visiting my best friend. Went to Phat Daddys for music, dinner and drinks. Had a very nice time. Good food + great staff= fun had by all.

The atmosphere is great, and the music is great. Employees are friendly. But 90% of the time, I have to wait forever for a drink. I am disabled and use a cane. It hurts my back to have to stand a long time and wait to order a drink, let alone be acknowledged. Its as if I am invisible.

Great place to enjoy a cold drink and delicious food. They also offer pool and poker tournaments through out the week. Have Fun!

Phat Daddys Sports Bar & Grill is really a very nice place to shoot pool and have an adult beverage. We, The Jones Gang 9, played there several times this year and have always had a good time. The pool tables are in good shape, there is plenty of room and the staff and the people there have always been friendly.

Great environment and place to hang with my friends. The drinks and food arent that great.

If youre in your 20s its a good atmosphere its not a place for the grown and sexy

Where must i start! Food great. Drinks A1 will be going back on my off days! I really enjoyed myself outdoors. Music was great. And guest what? It was a sunday...overall i really liked the atmosphere.....but only thing just speed up the service..it wasnt bad but could stand a lil power up...but like most places probably shorthanded or holiday..DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! And also waitresses were great!

This review is for the phat daddys in Dunn..I have never in my life tasted fish like that.... fish had no flavor... and my friend waited almost 40 min for a water and a drink. What makes it so bad the place is empty as hell... service was not up to standard... if I didnt have to give a star I would not have....DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Service wasnt good, neither was the food. The server was more interested in trying to get our telephone number rather than serve us and see how the food was. She was thirsty for something and it sure wasnt soda.

This is a great place to hang out and drink. A lot of bikers hang out here. You can also play pool and dance.. The wings isn’t outstanding at least the ones I order was sort over cooked.. The drinks on Tuesday night is very cheap. So Tuesday is a good time to come out!!

Football Sunday. Walked a mile just to get there. Open sign lit. Called and they said they open at noon. It was 1217! The games were already going! Me and 4 others just left.

When I went the bar was so packed, we were actually denied our food orders and were overlooked for 15 minutes. We simply left. Their food is great however and drinks are great....if you are able to get one.

The service was terrible. Waited an extremely long time for the bartender to even notice us. She was not attentive and not friendly. Let our drinks sit empty for at least 5 minutes and never asked if we would like another. I could understand If they were busy but they were not she was just watching tv. Will not be going back.

I usually have fun but the heat was on way to high and despite complaints nobody corrected it. It took 20 mins for one long island and then I got bottom shelf because it made me extremely sick a few mins later. The bartender sucked.
