I am giving it 3 stars since the place was not quite to our expectations. The floor creaks due to the fact that the tiles were not correctly installed. Not enough blankets with only sheets and bed cover. Had request blankets on the second night of stay. The bathroom/ shower are really small. Overall was clean and quite. Due to this experience the price should be lower may $75 instead of $95 per night.

They have it all! The views, activities, nature, space to spread out. What else do you need?!

Perfect place for a conference. Food was home cooked. Stayed in a cabin. Highly recommend.

Mount Sequoyah is an absolutely beautiful spot when you need a quiet respite.I first learned about this lookout while I was attending the U of A.Everyone spoke about the cross on the hill overlooking Fayetteville. And though it took a bit to find it (even today I find it by getting on the road across from Papa Johns and just keep turning on whichever road goes up).I loved it then and I love it still. The cross is beautiful and at night it is illuminated. It gives perspective when times are tough. The campus is clearly seen and its beautiful to see the entire university spread out before you. Especially Old Main with its North and South Towers - the South being higher because the South will rise again. It is a beautiful place to visit whatever the time of year. In Spring you can see the new growth and the area coming back to life from a cold and listless Winter. Summer is filled with greens and Fall, the most beautiful of all, sees blazing reds and fiery orange as far as the eye can see.One of my favorite things about this lookout is that everyone is very respectful. People arent yelling or partying and everyone seems to be aware that it is a place for contemplation. The cross definitely sets the tone.Aside from the cross and the lookout, the grounds are also lovely and conferences and weddings are held in this beautiful, small, outdoor space.
