Definitely a big difference from last year. The greens are rolling good. A few bad spots on a couple of the greens but not affected by the pin placement. Challenging golf course, as long as you can get off of the tee. Ill be back...

I am a municipal golfer. I do not have a handicap therefore I am not bound by PGA rules. If my ball lands in a divot, I move it. I routinely pick, clean, and place. I have more fun than the weekend warriors that quote the rules. I enjoy Baywood although the course could use some work. The staff is friendly enough and the price is acceptable. If you resemble my profile, you will probably enjoy your round of golf at Baywood. Thank you. I hope this helps.

This golf course is located in a gorgeous and scenic neighborhood. Ample space in the pavilion for events and get togethers.

It was ok. Nothing special.

Greens definitely need work, it’s a huge problem right now. My putts shouldn’t be bouncing along the green and going left to right when there’s no break. Was tempted to give a 2 star review for the greens alone but the course itself isn’t bad just the greens.

Layout is nice. Pace of play was very good. Greens are being aerated so I really cant judge the greens. Greens fees are very reasonable for course conditions. I will definitely be back after the greens come back. Grill prices are decent too. Over all a good course to pay on a budget.

My husband and I love Baywood!!! We normally go out to the course for our family day on Saturdays of course when the weather is good. The staff is ALWAYS AWESOME. I do wish my husband could teach lessons there and would enjoy it at our home go to course He is a great player. I really enjoy all the holes aldo and my son and I love pointing out balls in the water.

To the owner!! You have to realize that no one will play your course more than once!! Put some money into your greens or get ready to sell!! Could be an awesome place to play but I see it only getting worse.

Poor course maintenance. Barely worth going on a $12 Hot Deal on Golf Now. Hope this place improves.

Best golf course around its not cheap to play but you get your moneys worth out of the round. Beautiful greens, fairways and T boxes a very challenging course with a great back 9 to finish. Recommended for sure

2017: Wish the GREENS were less bumpy (no crabgrass): TEE BOXES had fewer divots and more grass; DRIVING RANGE had grass to hit from; BUNKERS promoted consistent shots with the same amount and type of sand; (RAKES present and unbroken would be another plus); GOLF CARTS equiped with sand to repair divots could help keep the course in better condition; and finally, if BALL WASHERS had water changed regularly so that your ball didnt smell like you just pulled it from a skunks butt would be nice too... great course with lots of potential.

Course is in absolutely terrible shape with poor course management. Our threesome visited there recently and fairways, greens and tee boxes were terrible. During our round we had people just coming on to course where they wanted causing us to either hurry or get out of the way. No one had been behind us for several holes all day. Even the employee that we complained to when done agreed with our assessment. We will never be back or play a tournament here.

Its terrible. I love the course layout and has always been a favorite of mine. But the greens were the worst Ive ever played. Hopefully they will get it fixed.

Save your money stay away, its goat golf, not golf. Got to many problems to list, Worst golf course I have ever seen, or played on, especially when I seen it better.

Played this course 1/4/15 and will never ever return. The tee boxes and the greens were horrible condition. My lawn is better cared for. I never complained about a day of playing, but this will be my first. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

A good course for the price, putting surfaces a little patchy. A good challenge for the average golfer.

I have been traveling to Myrtle Beach and Florida for the past 10 years and I always make sure I stop at Baywood Golf Club on the way down. I have played almost every course in the Fayetteville area but now Baywood Golf Club is the only course I will play in Fayetteville. What makes it so great is its only a few miles off of I-95. Since the new ownership it has only seemed to have gotten better! From tee boxs to greens the golf course is in great shape. The new owners seem young but they defiantly know what they are doing and are very courteous. I recommend this course to anyone thinking of playing the Fayetteville area.

I know its winter time, but the condition of the course is unacceptable. Not one green was close to being green... Not even worth the $25 special.

Since the new ownership course is very nice, but...greens were absolutely garbage, staff was robotic monotonous zombies not a good experience at all unfortunately I used to love it marking it off my list
