We did the lost in space escape room and enjoyed it. Their game master was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful even though we showed up last minute. We also met the manager and he was very friendly. As escape room owners ourselves we loved everything about their room and plan on playing the other rooms.

Loved it!! Service was great, Kyle had to help us because a few of the clues were a bit convoluted but with the right people this will be a great experience for a family or a group of friends.

Jessie was a great game host! We made a day date and went through 5 rooms in an afternoon ans Jessie made it fun and exciting the whole time. Puzzles were great!

There was a bit of confusion at the beginning, but they got it straightened out pretty fast. They got my group in at a neighboring facility in no time flat and we had an amazing time! Our game master Sean was really helpful and respected our skill level. The room was challenging but still really fun and engaging. We only got stuck 2-3 times and the majority of us have never played before, but were good at puzzles so it was a good fit. The decor was cool and it had a few fun red herrings!TL:DR- Tons of fun, good price, Sean was great, will definitely be back!

Really want to give this place a good review because I am an escape room fanatic and these rooms have interesting themes and decor, but....Ive had some issues. To keep this short I will just say it is defenitely understaffed and disorganized. Our game ended and no one came to get us, an employee was trying to give clues to multiple rooms through walkie talkies while helping groups take pictures and take bookings, cameras for rooms dont help employees and you have to spell out what exactly you need help with. For 30$ I expect more, mostly because challenges in East Lansing is only 25$ and everything you could ever hope for in an escape room. Employees are friendly enough, I think they just have too much on their plates :/

Had a great time, did two rooms( temple run and it’s alive) James was very patient, nice, and helpful with us. Really made the experience less stressful and more fun.

I love this place every time I come, I’ve done three escape rooms so far and hopefully will complete them all someday. The staff are always incredibly polite and charismatic, the guy who helped us through our room today, Javon, was nice enough to give us some extra time to finish our room when we got stuck on a particularly hard part of the Temple Run map. I really appreciate all the work they put into the room puzzles too. I’d work here if I wasn’t so worried about spoiling all the rooms for myself!

We didnt escape but still super fun! Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend. Did Fallout with Kaitlyn (sorry if I didnt spell her name right), 10 out of 10

Nice facility, nice staff, with tons of room choices - However, we had a major issue that really hampered what couldve otherwise been a fun time.We were told by the game moderator that we were only supposed to use each key we found in our room once. We got stuck 30 minutes into the room and werent able to continue on the progress we had made for the rest of the game. Afterwards, our game moderator came in, and called in another moderator to explain what we missed - we were very curious. Come to find out, there were keys in the room that we were actually supposed to use more than once. The inaccurate instructions we received at the beginning of the game, prevented us from making progress with clues and enjoying the second half of our hour.

I had so much fun, Kaitlynn was so nice and made the experience 10x better! I will definitely be back.

Weve been to Escape Room Zone a few times (bank heist, Mardi Gras I think?, and Temple Run) and each time was great. Our game master for Temple Run (Jason) was super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back to try the other rooms.

I went in for a giftcard. It was 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then about 20 minutes later I was able to leave. They had to email me a code, then get the code from my email to print a piece of paper that looks like a cheap flyer. It took 20 minutes for them to do this. I had to ask multiple times what I was waiting for and they clearly didnt really know what they were doing. I was unimpressed with the customer service and time it took to simply get a gift card.

Went with a group of 10 people... had a blast. It was everyones first time doing an escape room & we are hooked. It took us a second to get into the groove, but the staff is allowed to give you 3 hints throughout your hr. We did the Egyptian Pharaohs room & are going back to do escape from Alcatraz!!!

This was my 1st time doing an escape room. I honestly expected it to be boring but I was pleasantly surprised. 5 of us celebrated one of my best friends birthday and we had so much fun!! I highly recommend groups of 3-6 people to help solve clues faster but I think any size group would definitely have an awesome experience

Sooo much fun and the service was great. Katlyn was a AMAZING even though we came with a large group she was super patient and helpful. Definitely recommend going there. Tremendous amount of love when you walk in. It felt like I was walking into my second home I was more happy when I walked in then when I traveled on a cruise ship to the bahamas. I have done a lot of escape rooms and the one I did at the Farmington location ( pharaohs revenge) was very poorly put together. They covered up old puzzles with new ones to its very difficult to know what is part of the game and what is old so you waste a lot of time. There are many broken pieces and when you ask for a clue you have to use a walkie talkie and it takes a long time since they don’t know where you are in the puzzle. That also wastes time. Save your money it is not a good example of an escape room.

Took my grandson for his birthday. It was awesome from the decor to the escape room. it was fun and challenging and Shawn{not sure on spelling of his name} was awesome from explaining everything at the beginning through thanking us when we were done, he made the experience awesome will definitely be going back. thank you Shawn and escape room zone for the awesome experience.

We had a company party here, and the staff could not have been accommodating. Anything we needed, they were on it. Everyone enjoyed the room experiences, also.

Had a wonderful experience our initial host Mirah was great! Very friendly and professional. The escape room was a blast until we completed it and the end host gentleman was very rude and disrespectful toward the entire group. Very disappointed that he ruined such a great experience and we will never be returning here.

My best friend and I experienced for the first time an escape room this Tuesday. Kirsten (I hope I am spelling the name right) was amazing. Very nice and very helpful. We chose the Mad Scientist room and it was extremely fun.

What a great experience! Ive always been intrigued by escape rooms, and Im glad that I finally took the plunge. I did the ”Mad Scientist” room with the family and had a blast. Allison was our room guide, and she was very friendly and informative/helpful during our visit. The room was very challenging and engaging. Afterward, Allison showed us around and gave us a tour of other rooms. Overall, this place is fun and exciting. Ill definitely be back with the family to play other rooms.

I am an activity director at a local nursing home. My seniors really wanted an halloween like experience but unfortunately there are no handicapped haunted houses. I was pleasantly surprised at the great costumer service we received. It started from me just stopping by trying to understand what to expect and see if it was even possible. The manager showed me the rooms and answered all questions and even suggested great recommendations for a more enjoyable experience. She preprinted everything out for me to have filled outThe following day when we arrived we werent even off the bus yet and the staff held the door open and assisted us inside. They took pictures for us and made a great experience for all of our seniors and staff members. We went back to the facility bragging about our experience . Its not every day someone makes a great experience for our seniors. This left such an impact on our residents life they still talk about it almost a month later and wish to return. I hope the staff gets acknowledged for their great customer service because they truly were remarkable. Thank you farmington escape room! We will be back for sure!

My two friends and I had such a great time at the Farmington location. We had Kate as our guide and happy to say we escaped using only 2 clues! What a great experience. Definitely will be coming back!

They have around 7 or 8 themed rooms. Ive done two of them and enjoyed the puzzles. The rooms are decorated nicely for your theme and staff is helpful and friendly. The only reason its not 5 stars is that its a bit pricey.

Great layout and fun themes, however our experience was that an employee had locked up a clue in the wrong place so we were unable to proceed or even potentially complete the room. The staff did apologize, but it sucked the fun out of it for our group.

I Had never been to an escape room before but I decided to I booked a game in haunted room 13 and I can say it was a blast I met a man named ryan who was excellent his personality was amazing and he did a really good job informing me on everything I reccomend this place for everyone its super fun

Ive done a variety of escape rooms across the country. This is the easily one of the nicer ones Ive been to. Definitely come visit if you are looking for a fun time out with friends.My only downside was both rooms I did that day werent reset/had technical problems.

Coming to Escape Room Zone was the best two decisions I’ve made today! We did the Zombie Bomb room today after lunch and enjoyed it so much we came back later tonight to try out the new Maximum Security room, which was excellent! The puzzles were unique and our game master Brendan made sure we had a good run at it. A great experience!

Great clean fun. Challenging puzzles while still being solvable. We did not finish it, but at our request the employee walked us through to the end. Very fun and inventive. I would love to return sometime.Edit: I ended up returning this last weekend with some friends and was again so impressed by this place. The rooms are excellent, the staff is excellent. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I will not go anywhere else in the area for escape rooms.

What a great time, highly recommend

It was a fantastic and a thrilling experience. They have a great staff who were very accommodating with our larger group size. Also the rooms were much more challenging than some of the other rooms Ive tried in Detroit. All in all, it was a lot of fun and the time just flew by. I will highly recommend the bank heist escape room.

We did the haunted room 13. It was a beginner difficulty level and we as a party of 5 did ok. Shawn from the staff there helped us big time with the type and quality of clues. Sometimes just a nudge is enough to get by and he provided just that.

Really fun experience for a group of friends. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did the bank heist room and it was great. The difficulty level was just right for us and we made it out with a few minutes remaining. Cant wait to go back and try some of the other rooms.

My Brother and I did the Bank Heist, first time do an escape room and really enjoyed the experience. The young lady was very helpful and informative, and a pleasure to talk too. I thought pulling a back heist would be easy its not, but is was fun to try though.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Escape Zone Farmington. Our game master Sean was an amazing and extraordinary host. I used this place for my marriage proposal with the guidance and input of Sean. He had everything coordinated to the ‘T’. With patience and last minute planning my proposal was a success. “She said yes!”. I highly recommended anyone that visits this location to request SEAN. Love this escape room! Weve always had so much fun! Donovan is one of the employees who worked with us and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, friendly, and made the experience so much fun!

While the room concepts and puzzles were great and really in depth, the execution was disappointing. The first room we tried we were forewarned that a key element did not work and we were mostly able to work around it. However on the second room we tried a key element did not work and those in charge did not know until we told them. Elements in both rooms were both missing/set wrong and the rooms were not monitored well.

Outside looks very unattractive but inside is full of fun. We had a group event and they accommodated us well. Very fun and challenging. The rooms could be in better shape in my opinion but it not their fault, customers probably destroyed their things

Great experience! The room was smaller than some others, but had just as many puzzles. I wouldnt try to fit more than 5 in the mad scientist, though. Will gave good clues!

I didnt know what to expect, as it was my first time there. I went with a group of 6. I must say Kaitlyn was the best! She was our host for room 13 and she made the experience scary (this particular room is actually a little haunted lol) and incredible. I will be going back for sure! GREAT STAFF! I had experienced the fortune teller room and it was terrifyingly challenging. The clues and puzzles made it difficult yet fun to achieve. Unlocking each puzzle made the experience much more satisfying. Me and my friends had a bunch of fun solving the mystery and finally escaping with only seconds left. I really recommend this place as the staff was very helpful and inviting.

Best escape rooms Ive ever been to! The Room 13 escaping was the coolest event Id ever been to! It was scary and had so many scary contraptions! Some of our group was scared out of our mind! Sean was so helpful and did such a great job with performing the scare contraptions. Sean was the best, and I wouldnt rather anyone else! Being there for first time sure wont be my last!!!
