We went to Chuck E Cheese right away Sunday morning for my kids birthday. When we arrived the employee at the desk wasnt the most friendly staff member. We ordered a milk for both of my kids and the employee said they were out of milk. My wife then asked if theyre was juice boxes we could have instead. He then stated well your kids look like they are old enough to have pop. My kids are 3 and 1. I then went to go pick a booth to sit at and the booth was dirty just like all of the other tables. I then went to get a high chair for my 1yo and the chair looked clean until I moved the Chuck E Cheese bib and noticed a yellow puddle on the chair (who knows what it was). I finally found one that wasnt so gross and cleaned it myself. I took my oldest to the bathroom and there was urine and toilet paper all over the toilet and floor let a long this place was open for not even an hour and not busy at all. Our pizza was delivered in a timely manner but my wife had to go up to the desk herself to get the birthday cups for my boys. They have a lot of games shut down and a lot of them dont register the credits. We had to get replacement tokens several times and of course there wasnt an employee behind the counter to help.

Fun for kids and adults, always have fun when we go with the kids!

The kiddos enjoyed playing the games.It was not as loud as I remembered it to be. =) Would of gave it a 5 star but they had two games out of order. =)

I never had a problem here. Although one time I went, I was playing some machine to win a lot more tickets, the alert said to get a staff member to fix it because the tickets were stuck or something. The staff member looked annoyed but she was nice. Ill be back next time Im in Fargo.

What can you say, it’s a Chuck E. Cheese. Great for kids, birthday parties and winning tickets. The pizza is not great but the kids love it. There is a jungle gym thing they can climb, slide and play it so it’s not just paid games. A range of games so it’s good for different ages. The seating section in the front still has the band (I heard nationally they are removing these?). My daughter loves it and we hit it for a few birthdays a year.

The pizza isnt very good and its pretty clear that cleanliness was not a priority; however, they seemed to be short staffed. My kiddos love it here though which is why I gave 3 stars, instead of 2.

This is the happy birthday house...food is what you expect and affordable. Most of all games and more games. Kids love it..lots of things to do but remember parents while your having fun watch your kids. No worry everyone is monitored. Clean and respectful employees. Lots of fun for everyone.

This place is so cool! It was amazing seeing the animatronics and their shows. I love it!

Our first visit was a great experience! My kids are 5 and 2 and there were plenty of games and rides for them both to enjoy as well as some fun games for mom and dad! Pizza was good, and staff was very friendly. I felt the place was clean and exactly what I would expect. We visited on a Friday around noon and there were several other families but it was definitely not over crowded and seemed to be a great time to go.

My son and I really enjoyed the fun we had here! Food was great! Service was great also!

I wont lie: the interior hasnt really changed since the early 2000s. HOWEVER I have yet to find a kid who doesnt love going here. The games are a mix of old fashioned, and a bunch of new games like a giant Fruit Ninja screen. The pizza is pretty good. theres a climbing play ground. And for the parents: almost all of the games are ¢25-¢50. So ten dollars of tokens will get you lots of play time (calling out other arcade restaurants in town where each game is $2-$5)All in all: excellent place to bring the kids and not break the bank

Was there this evening for my sons bday party and we didnt get half of the stuff that was on the mega package. The bday kids didnt get a tiara or a cape. I was told that I only had to worry about bringing the cake but we kept having to go to the front to ask for plates, napkins and utensils. Games were fun but paying over $200 for half of the the stuff on the package isnt worth it, I doubt Ill ever do that again.

This was kind of a bummer. 2/3 of the games were not working. Good thing is my granddaughters are too young to realize they were not getting proper tickets.

You can tell they are struggling financially which is a shame. Maybe its not the place for little kids anymore but during the weekdays its a cool place to meet up with some of your goofy friends and have a blast.Wings are great and so is the pizza.If you are a hipster and want a cool place to hang out on a Tuesday this is the place.

It was at non-peak times, so I think that saved us. The pizza was really pretty good! The games are mostly all one token, so you can play for quite a long time on 20 tokens. At the end we had to leave quickly, so we gave our tickets to another family.

Took my son last week around 2pm. Best time to go, only about 10 other kids there. The two female staff members were smiling and friendly. Didn’t eat, just played games. Game area is kinda small but it is what it is. Will return!

I have not been there in a long time. The last time I was there i liked there pizza.

We visited this location last summer and it has really gone down hill. The bathrooms are disgusting, kids area is in desperate need of a good cleaning and the ticket reels need to be either fixed or filled. The salad bar food was gross and tasted sour. For the price for the kids to play, we will not be attending in the future.

Its loud, bright, and the kids love it. Tokens are pretty cheap and all games only use 1 token. Food is a bit overpriced, but not horribly so and tasted just fine. We spent about 5 hours here with 3 kids and 2 adults fully fed and playing and going on rides for $50 total food and tokens. Kids all immediately fell asleep in the car after. For my half, $25, its great value for basically a day of fun.

My girls love this place! So many games they can play. Good prizes to redeem from collected tickets. Food could be better, but still great place to be a kid!

Not a fan of these places to begin with but we went on a Tuesday for lunch due to my son getting reading rewards. The lady who took our order allowed us to use all the rewards on the card at same time. She was so pleasant and helpful. And so patient with the kids when they were picking out the prizes. She made the experience worth it for me as a parent. A couple of their games didnt work quite right and pizza is basic but the kids enjoyed it and thats what counts.

Food sucks & games dont work

The kids loved it as always. Food was good. There wasnt very many people working so there was a long wait for anything that required assistance.

Honestly the most fun weve had in a long time!! Was not expecting that from Chuck E Cheese. The arcade was a BLAST!! The kids got so many tickets and fun prizes. We even liked the animal band on the stage. Our daughter said it was a little creepy but the baby loved watching them dance! Would go back again for sure

This place was pretty busy but it was still good. They have great service here. It is a place where kids can have fun. If some are traveling this is a good place to tired the kids out so they can sleep in the car later. Just make sure that you keep in check how much you are spending.

Pizza was suprisingly good. Had to get manager to approve a new pizza when they messed up our original order. TONS of kids there. Very chaotic.

Salad bar had brown lettuce and rancid Mandarin oranges. When I told the manager all she said was sorry. No offer to credit my bill. Many machines not working. Kids had fun but I wont be eating there again. Both my husband and I are sick to our stomach from the food.

Love coming for birthday parties and just a fun family afternoon. Very happy they have sensory hour for kids with issues with loud noises etc. Makes coming with our SPD kids much less stressful and way more enjoyable for them. Personally I think the pizza is great and the salad bar actually has fresh lettuce and veggies (never had wilted browning limp veggies here, unlike grown up restaurants where youd pay way more for salad bar). Overall weve been enjoying Chuck E. Cheese for years and will keep coming back first years to come.

6 year old birthday party. Easy to work with. Kids loved it. Kids liked the food too. Selection of games seemed great for the mix of boys and girls too.

The animatronics are scary

Poor service, unseasoned churro, didnt have ingredients for taco pizza. Theyve gone downhill at this location. No TVs on for their shows.

Poor Chuck E. Is an aging grandpa. Get in here quick and take pictures of this iconic piece of past childhood history before its passed on. Still a fun family outing. The staff were friendly as were the Sunday patrons.

We went there on a Friday evening at 5pm, half the games didn’t give out tickets, it was hot, and had an odd smell... I asked one of the employees if it was hot in there and she agreed and apologized that they don’t have air conditioning...... I was like wow really!!!!! I wan let’s just shove a bunch of people in a building with hot games and no ventilation!!!! the pizza was good, over priced but good..... the only one thing that redeems this place was the really awesome staff!Honestly it’s very run down and most likely hasn’t been updated sense the 90’s everywhere you look something is broken!

Its more of a place for kids to play than eat. You dont get half the tickets as before. And its an insult that for the money you spend and the few tickets you get. All you can buy is a penny candy. Was never impressed the the high cost of food and cheap toys/candies you get.

The kids had fun, thats the important part but as an adult there was WAY too many people in there. I dont know what they are approved for but it had to be over that. On top of that out of four ticket counting machines two were working. The kids never noticed or cared so thats the important part to remember. Wont ever go back, been there, done that.

This is definitely a fun place for kids with the games, prizes, pizza, and seeing Chuck E. Cheese. My only complaint was the amount of time spent waiting for the great mouse to make his appearance. We were there for a party and given a time when Chuck E. Cheese would come out and see the kids but ended up waiting with all of our guests gone by the time he actually came out because of another party that got started late. It was frustrating to have to keep explaining to a 4-year old that she needed to be patient and wait some more. Other than that glitch, it was a fun place for a party ( if a bit expensive). The pizza is good and the staff polite.

Ive been to one in Rapid City S.D a few months ago. We will be there for hospital business so we will stop in for a great time. The family likes it alot.

We had a great time there for my sons 8th birthday. Pizza was better then the last time we were there. Got extra tokens for his birthday. All if not most of the games took just one token which was nice. We all had fun!

Someone really needs to invest in this place and get some new games. Pizza is OK and staff are helpful, but Ive seen the same new game sign over Fruit Ninja for the past 2 1/2 years. Also, was only 1 working ticket counting machine. Should move on to cards so people can buy time and do the unlimited games thing like all the other Chuck E. Cheeses.

I was here on Sunday during a blizzard, it was busy, food was great, and it was fast, games worked, if tickets were empty, they filled them when asked. It was a great day. Couple people working were real nice, Ill be back!!!

So this place is really outdated. ***New visitors be aware they have not got the Play Pass Card system. Half of the machines are broken. It took them on hours to get our wings out i talked to the manager and just got my money back. But the pizza come out shortly after my order just not the order of wings.

Had these most wonderful customer service experience cant speak highly enough of the great time my little girl had here for her birthday.

I am currently writing this review as I physically sit inside on one of the booth from this Chuck E Cheese. As My wife and I walked in with our two daughters we were immediately greeted by an employee named Jamie. She was very VERY VERY polite and extremely nice. She made us feel so welcoming and made my daughters so happy. One of my daughters turns 3 today and she gave us an AWESOME deal! She went above and beyond her normal employee duties to make us feel special on this special day for our youngest daughter. If someone reads this from Management I believe she should be recognized for her outstanding work ethic and positive attitude which is exactly what a place like this needs. Thank you so much Jamie!

We were the only people there. It was awesome! It was like a private party. The kids had a blast! The grown ups enjoyed it cause it wasnt so loud and chaotic!

Had fun playing games, a few of the games didnt work so we wasted few coins but other then that it was a good time.

Much improved since we visited last about 5 yrs ago. Updated games, pizza is better. Games are mostly 1 token per game now, so that is fun for the kids. They could improve the prizes for how much tokens cost! You basically spend $20 in tokens to get a $5 item... But it is mostly about the experience for the kids. Even my 3 year old still talks about Chuck E Cheese 2 months after our visit!

Pizza is pretty good, wasnt cut so had to rip it apart because there was no silverware. Half the games for the kids were out of order, counted 5 with tags on them and 2 that just didnt work with no signs or anything. At the end go to count the tickets and only one ticket machine worked. All while only one girl was running around kind of working and no one else in sight.

It was a absolutely amazing And I cant wait to take my family back there ...

Lots of (still) broken machines, climbing area is pretty dirty but there is still plenty of fun to be had. Employees are nice and the pizza is actually good. We all left happy

Animatronics eyes are still broken and its been years since weve been there. The Chuck E one looks high, the big one only has 1 eye that works, and the dog has more eyes in his eye sockets! Very disturbing to the kids!

Pizza looked like left over pieces melted together the crust didnt line up or cut marks it was gross.

Only got 1 star because 0 is not an option. They no longer accept any coupons, and they got rid of all tokens as part of any meals. They also increase prices. At least 2 to 3 machines are not working at all times.

Was air conditioned and kids enjoyed the experience but we lost couple tokens in games that didnt work.

Fun, However the ticket eaters were not working we told one if the works and he went to go to the front door to see his buddy and ignored us and some machines did not work and did not have a paper saying out if order

Pizza is bland, need more games and better staff

Pizza was good. Service was extremely slow. Took over an hour for them to bring out the kids birthday cake that simply was pulled out of the fridge. Didnt put the topper on that was paid extra for and just in general seemed to be very disorganized.

Had Alyson B. As our server for our Granddaughters Birthday. Was the best Service we had ever received from here. The Assistant Manager Stanely even visited our table.
