Clean an plesent atmosphere

It was great but I locked my keys in my room but everything turned out really nice had a nice time .ty...

Most neighbors are friendly and the court itself accepts dogs.

Managements all over the place, quite a bit of crime. Try a different place imo. Use to be not half bad.

Little goes on up here on the north side of town, pretty quiet

Some of the tenants here are respectable people who take care of those homes, yards, etc. some of the tenants here look like their homes should be condemned and raided by the DEA. as with most neighborhoods in the FM area, there is good and bad people. this place is no exception.

Lots of vehicles, but over all, a fairly nice court.

Quiet, well kept up. Friendly people. Most of the trailers are kept up and decent looking, there is an area that needs attention. The lot rent is affordable and lot sizes are good.

Ok if I can find a trailer cheap enough Id move in there in a heartbeat

Manufacturered housing.. nice big lots.. pretty quiet. Low traffic

Dont live here its management are homophobic run by drunks that do nothing to help its residents.

The trailerhood life in Fargo/Moorhead...out of all the trailer home communities it is in top 3 if that helps.
