Escape House Fargo

First time weve been to this escape room. It was just the 2 of us, so it was difficult but still really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely give it another shot

We had a blast! Our first experience and we loved it. The staff was friendly and fun and the room flood the city was well designed and challenging. We definitely plan on returning.

We did their hardest room, which I think they said only like 14% of people get out of or something crazy.Ive done 5 escape rooms all over the world, and this one is just as fun as others Ive been in. But I will say, they werent kidding about it being hard. Weve escaped all the others, and couldnt make it out of this one with 5 of us.

We did flood the city. There wasnt a storyline or other who dun it? Style questions. The puzzles had nothing to do with the theme.Speaking of puzzles, one of the puzzles came right off the wall (the mailbox) which let us skip a key, one of the puzzles didnt work at all (the lanterns lightbulb was broken), and the final lock was inoperable so we ended up having to guess over the walkie talkie.Speaking of walkie talkies, the cameras dont have audio so the room host cant follow along and doesnt know how its going. This adds significant friction when trying to get hints.Overall, I would suggest Fargo Escape Room if youre looking for a great challenge in Fargo.

The one staff member seemed a bit overwhelmed on a Saturday night when one room was broken. Our room was also not fully set up, and our key/final object to find were separated (which the employee informed us about). Some attention to detail was missed on the production-end that cost us several minutes with an unintentional red herring.On the other hand, I had a delightful discussion beforehand with somebody to reschedule our room due to weather. Whomever I spoke with was generous and helpful.

Good fun, did Nanas Condo. Lots of fun for the group. They were friendly and as we had a private group, they were flexible as we had a small scheduling hiccup.

I went for my birthday with a few friends and family. While there, the staff was polite and jovial despite the fact that there was a blizzard raging and that they came in just to fulfill my reservation.Great people, wonderful experience, and will probably do again. Just... uhh... Imma check the difficulty rating next time...

Out of the 3 escape rooms it is 3rd, but not because of the staff. They are very friend and inviting. The rooms are not as creative or challenging. We have a group that tries to go each month and we will go back to this one.

I was a bit disappointed with the experience. I think we wouldve enjoyed it more if clues wouldnt have been left revealed by previous players and all clues actually worked. We were able to solve with plenty of time remaining and only called once for help. It was explained at the start it was a linear puzzle, but due to the clues left behind by previous players, we skipped through half of the puzzle (unintentionally) and only completed it through sheer luck. Wouldve given a higher rating but the issues mentioned above detracted from overall experience.

Ive done two of their rooms, both had things broken that completely ruined the experience. When I informed the staff (even while we where still in the room), they blamed other employees or just were like, ooh thats too bad, sorry. I recommend going to any other escape room company in Fargo, these are lackluster at best.

Extremely fun but dont dress to warm cause the rooms can get warm depending on how long it takes you to solve it.

Interesting rooms, but some of the items are a bit broken down and the staff wasnt as prepared to lead the experience as youd ideally want. Overall, a fun and challenging experience, though.
