Amazing store and Staff!

For males in Fargo-Moorhead----- this is a great store.

I was in a month ago and got bought movies from the buy 4 get one free area and didnt get the 5th one free. Was told I would have a refund within 4-5 days and left for vacation, got back and still dont have a refund from them. Yes, it is only $5, but so far it has been poor customer service, wont even respond to Facebook messages.

Went to go in with my 3 week old nephew and got kicked out cause absolutely no one under 18 is allowed inside, like are you serious, he’s a freaking baby and can barely see 2 feet in front of is face, like yeah my 3 week old nephew will remember is aunt bringing him into a intimate shop at 3 weeks old when he’s 5! All I wanted to do was look around and had no one to watch him.

This store has transformed itself into a shining example of what the new era of adult entertainment and magical pleasure accessories should model themselves by.The staff are friendly, helpful, genuinely interested in helping each individual or couple find the items that best fit their desires. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and are ready to give input on their specifics.Big Shout Out to Brandy!!She exemplifies everything wonderful in both customer service, people skills and absolute commitment to keeping the establishment clean, safe and free of creepy trolls.

Excellent customer service, they know all their products and they were avle answer all my questions when it came to what and how to use the product. Would recommend this place over every other store here in town. The environment in the store is very inviting and homey. They always decorate for the holidays and it is a very very well decorated store. I love how the products are set up with the decorations to give it a more pleasing and fun look.

Only been in the place a few times. It is what you expect I guess. However they do sell many items that you are likely looking for when you go in there. They even private booths in the back for your personal private screening pleasures. How thoughtful

Go there as often as possible do you do orders out of town

The employee there are friendly if you need help they help you with it if you want to know about something they will help you with it its a good place

They are glad to sell you codes for the Arcade but they do not want to tell you that they are only good for 4 hours so therefore if you dont use it within 4 hours your Sol on your money I wish I could run a business this way but Im too honest to do that and very likely. I will come back again unless they want to make good on this
