The Knob is just really a nice place to go for a walk. The trails are manageable by foot, and the sights along the way are just beautiful. The best part is at the end of the trail where a spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean awaits you. Just beautiful, these photos are from last fall, maybe time for another walk...

Our family came here to watch the sunset at 8:05pm. The security guard was a real grumpy old man and refused to let us in even though dusk was at 8:48pm. I have never experienced such rudeness in Cape Cod. Very dissolved.

Fun short hike. Took about 20 minutes to walk with two adults. Definitely kid friendly and dog friendly.

We took our chances on a cool/breezy mid-May day with rain threatening. We lucked out. What a lovely (and the trail to the right is easy) walk to a scenic spit of land generously donated to the town. We heard many happy birds and saw cardinals on trail and cormorants in the water. Simply beautiful. Some stairs and some rough terrain, but an easy walk for most.

Beautiful location and excellent craftsmanship in constructing the riprap around the point. About a 10 minute walk, watch out for poison ivy and dog doo.
