Will not honor legitimate medical exemptions for cloth face coverings- came in with a plastic face shield that covered more of my face than a fabric mask and was made to leave by the manager, after she was rude to another customer. Will be calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint. Absolutely unacceptable that they treat those with medical exemptions this way. Its not like I had no facial covering! Will never be back.

Ok selection, very very small kids section and staff are rude. It’s also self bag, just a heads up. Not that I minded but I had no clue and the ladies just glaring at me so I apologized and quickly stuffed my stuff into my bag when it became clear she doesn’t do it. Won’t be back, wasn’t a pleasant experience all around.

Their selection is never very good.

Good will is always a place to find good deals. The only down side is the random products. As with most thrift stores and donation based nfp stores taking a little time to browse around can turn up hidden treasure

Nice organized goodwill. Although ones I have been in before have them organized in sizes. Still with having to dig I found good finds. My daughter of course found a good find as well. Love Goodwill. Cali, waited on us and was very sweet and friendly.

Threatened by another customer. Not sure if they did anything but the lady should have been removed from the store. I wanted to get by her in the aisle.

For Goodwill it is very organized and doesnt have an unwelcoming smell. The floors could use a good buff/clean but its easy to chop and move around.

Place is organized, staff is helpful. Prices are unbeatable!!! Im visiting regularly ever since moved to Fairview. Found several treasures such as home decoration, bedding, household/kitchen items, clothing, nick nacks. Boutique quality clothing items such as Cato, cold water creek, etc. Many items still in original packaging. This is my first stop before shopping anywhere else. Thumbs up to store management for great selection of items and great prices. Thumbs up to the sales staff for good costumer services..it shows- their parking lot is always full. My favorite goodwill store.

I really enjoy visiting this Goodwill. They turn over product really fast and I always find something or other that I can use. The only cons I can think of is their stuff section isnt the biggest...they have more clothing and shoes than anything. But definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

Small selection left a lot to be desired, but since this is the smallest Goodwill Ive ever seen, thats not too suprising. We didnt find most of what we were looking for, so we went 2 blocks down the road to a much larger Savers store to get what we needed. This would be a 2 star review, but the exceptional customer service from your associates bought you a couple of stars back, Goodwill!

Shelves are ridiculously cluttered and unorganized they just throw it down a couple of the cashiers are really slow not going to name people John the hiring manager is rude just an overall bad thrift store SAVERS! is way better and actually organized and labeled with what category it belongs to even the goodwill in Glen Carbon is nice and neat and shelves are labelled with what stuff is on it so its way easier finding something than just looking through cluttered mess

One of the first places I went when I moved in my house. I found alot of good condition kitchenware. My mom told me to look there first before anything else and Im glad she did. I had never been in a Goodwill before and now I cant stay away. The staff are very nice. And the items are cheap.

My Goodwill of choice. The staff know me every time I come in & are usually quick to help me out. Usually a good selection of stuff & it changes often so its not the same thing every time.

Kind of cluttered, separated into sections. Does receive good donations from local mass merchandisers such as Target.

Its a mixed bag when I visit. Theres either plenty of things on the shelf that has some order, or the next time it looks like the store is going out of business. I miss the old location of this store.
