Hey this place isnt just for kids yanno! My husband and I love to play along with the kids and have fun. Got an Air Simon for 5K tickets today

I am thoroughly impressed with the improvements they have made here. I was expecting to go into the dark place that it used to be when I was younger, but this place is perfect now. There are a lot of games, and they are in working order, which is always a pain point at kids arcades around here. The place is well lit, they offer a large variety of food, and it was great for the birthday party we were there for.

Great place to have an end-of-the-year team event. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of room for the team and parents to gather, eat and distribute trophy’s. Lots of games so the kids had a blast.

Food is good and we have good prizes (sometimes).

Kids are not monitored, I watched a man with no children come in and stare at kids while eating (inappropriate fondling) and leave.. at NOT ANY POINT was he asked was he with a party, with children etc; this is extremely concerning to me

Chuck E. Cheese has come a long way since my kids were small. This one is open and bright with sun coming in thru the windows. Pizza and salad bar were good and not crazy expensive. Cost of games was much better than 20 years ago. All around a great place!

Had to wait A LONG TIME for a ticket machine!!!! Less than half the machines were working. Then had to wait A LONG TIME for someone to help at the ticket counter. Employees would walk by....not say a word. The gal that waited on the birthday table was very helpful and sweet.

Love this place. Its clean, they have new games and you can buy time instead of coins so your kids can have more fun or if you have 2 kids you can split up an hour for 2 30min cards

Kids have fun and I can relax knowing the kids are safe.

Best spot in my area for arcade games that my whole family can enjoy. Before I was able to buy tokens with a dollar now I have to purchase a card with either points I could use when I WANT or pay into a card that has points with a time limit that expires after an hour. Please stop trying to get over on your customers and just keep things simple for our children.

Fun time for the lids. Pizza is good. Flavorful and crispy. The staff is good. Clean for the most part. Games are always functioning every time one been there. Wait times are short even on busy days.

My 7yr old had a great time playing games and earning tickets. The place was clean, tables cleaned fairly quickly and all the games were working. The family had a good time and will return to this location.

Gave 4 stars because its not so clean there. Then again it is a place for kids so its kinda inevitable but at least have a staff or 2 overseeing the cleanlines of the area. Been coming here since I was little and saw it change many times. Loved coming here and still do. My kids love it. I just wish there were a few more newer games for the bigger kids and hand sanitizer dispensers in every corner would be great. Either than that this place is kool. My kids have fun. What more can I ask for.

Staff was super helpful and polite. Place was clean and food was GREAT! My daughter lost her phone and just when i thought all was lost, the staff had it behind the front registers! Will definitely be taking my family here again and again

Needs more games workers are very lazy the ticket counting machines are always broke and there is never enough counting machines for at least a few groups to go at the same time. I only really like that its close to my house n my son loves it cause he is 4 besides that I would rather go to a different one

Love taking the kids. Not liking the new play by time, though. Seems like the kids get penalized when the pizza comes and they stop to eat.

Kids and adults alike love this place! There is never a dull moment here. My grandson celebrated his 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing! The party package is priced reasonably with all nice perks that come with it. The presence of Chuck e Cheese himself makes the big difference. His dance moves make the kids love him more not to mention the free tickets hes giving away after the dance. Our party hosts are very nice and accomodating. They assisted us all the way and provided everything we needed. The games are all enjoyable and they always have something new. Their pizzas are good as well as the birthday cake which you can buy at $12.00 . Thank you!

It was fun games were good and the pizza and the employees were friendly and helpful and the restrooms were spotless too.

My kids have been 3 times in the last month and keep getting sick in this place. There’s an outbreak of norovirus(stomach flu) cycling in there. They got it once w/fevers then got over it and now have it again. I’m done with taking them there. They don’t sanitize the machines there.

●Games never work.●When they do, Tickets dont come out.●The ticket counter Machine doesnt count them accurately. I was curious and counted before I put them in and the machine gave me WAY less. (Try it, youll see!)● There is always trash everywhere! They dont clean up often.●My son wanted to play a game and couldnt because ADULTS (without their children) were hogging all 4 spots.●Hand hand sanitizer upon exit is ALWAYS empty. ●They DO NOT check wrists or numbers with children when you leave.● There is always food on the ground.

I loves it because instead of tokens they use a card, so the kids dont drop them and its heavy. The pizza is good but the thing is that the its too salty and greasy

Love taking the kiddos here... Reccommend getting the Appitizer platter instead of the pizza if your eating food... Also there is no playground for little kids anymore

We took our kids here for a party and they had a blast like always. The games are fun and always working, and the pizza is pretty good. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the people at the ticket tradein counter were not very nice to the kids.

Went to the Chuck E. Cheese in Fairfield...holy smokes I feel so bad for the Staff... So many families yelling at them for more Tickets. I didnt even get to eat because so many families ordering. Also some parents were treating the games like Gambling machines. Lol other than thag I did enjoy the games with my Son. Maybe the other locations are less Ghetto. And again the Staff has an extremely high patience level with kids and parents yelling at them.

Great place for a quick unplanned kids party but unlike other locations this location doesnt serve wine or beer. Major review deduction for this!

Great place to bring the whole family for fun.

My son Daniel had a blast. Since he had Leukemia, He was afraid he wouldnt be able to go ever again. He wanted to see Chuck E Cheese but didnt get too. Next time hopefully. Also make sure you are ready to pay a lot. Other than that enjoy yourself.

Always a good place to take kids and have fun! Pizza is like school pizza for lunch which for me is a good thing!

Only giving it one star because otherwise I cant post my comment but service is terrible, employees should have a friendly attitude specially because they are dealing with kids. The times Ive been there the employees always have a serious attitude, dont smile; in general bad costumer service.

Where a kid can be a kid. Its a fave with my kids. We go there to just play at times or eat and play.We usually stay for 2 to 3 hours sometimes looking track of time due to having such a great time. My kids love to come here.

So much fun celebrating my son graduating therapy!!!! When asked where he wanted his last therapy & graduation he said Chuck E Cheese!!!

I could be a little bias on this review. Because I grew up with a clean and bright Chuck E cheese. Where the pizza was good and the athmasphere was exciting and great. Not the case for this restaurant. The place was old and dingy. The pizza is really a afterthought now. I mean the pizza tasted like it came out of the microwave. Some of the kids that were there was a little unruly as well. Didnt see Mr Chuck E cheese not one time. Thats was mandatory for him to walk around the arcade and greet the kids back in the days. Unfortunately it looks like those days are long gone. And the Chuck E cheese that I knew and loved. Is now a dingy shack with terrible pizza and bad kids running about.

A lot of new games was even more special since my 4 year old hit a jackpot with 500 tickets.

Chuck-E-Cheeses it was the most fun Ive had in a long time there the games they had before was not as good as they are now I love their games I think I had more fun than the children had their.

Had a BLAST! always busy, its like a childs Casino. The noise & lights are exciting. Went there with my granddaughter and she beat on all the games

Its couched in a bit of a weird spot off of the highway so sometimes that can mess with people coming for partys and such. Its what you know chuck e cheese to be: A cheap place to have birthday parties, or just to plain kill some time playing arcade games.

Fun kids party place. The new payment cards are nice, can be either time based or credits, but it can be hard to tell if the card was excepted.

First off not gonna attack the food or the games I am not a past employee but I do know an employee and this is what Ive seen someone one shot here in the in the parking lot and Im pretty sure its happened alot before this place is like a burning dumpster at times another occasion someone was threatend with a gun here because of a minor scuffle multiple of occasions where the Spanish women manager would actually not help suppress and calm the fight but more like commented and watched it burn and the place it self is not the best Ive seen someones car got hit and they were parked normally,there was a problem with the homeless for a time especially because the fence in the far right in the back was broken multiple occasions probably by homeless people they also harrased people for food but this homeless problem was a while back,dont get me wrong place is alright if you wanna find somewhere fast for your kids to have fun but my advice do not come here often

The new system with time vs. Using tokens is 100% better! And the pizza is really good too. I was surprised.

Bathroom smell is still the same after all these years ( is not pleasant). One of the good location Ive been to when it comes to games.

Coupons in your weekly mail advertisement. Can easly feed a family of 6 with xlarge pizza, 2 sodas and a buffet salad for less than $50 with cpupon.

Its a fun place for kids and family, not the best food but a fun place.

The kids had fun as usual, but the fact that there is no jungle gym for them to play on is a bummer. Play pass is the way to go if you do go here.

Brought my youngest grandchildren 4 yrs old & 16 months out for some Friday evening fun along with my 14 yr old. They all had a great time. Really enjoyed the amazingly delicious PIZZA!

The best employees ChuckEcheese in the Bay area. They were helpful, and provided prompt response even my visit was at the very last hour of a busy Saturday night!!

My kids love this place. Staff always helps if needed and pizza is pretty good. Theres games where you have the chance to win over 1,000 tickets to get better prizes.

Crowded but fun.

This location dose not honor any spacials advertised on their on web page. Cashier was rude, place is suppose to be safe however we saw three people with clip knives so no one is checking. I guess were talking fairfield...

$150 for 2 pizzas and 4 people playing video games for 40mins.Not cheap and pizza tastes like cardboard, however, kids had fun.

The pizza was pretty good, better than I remember actually. We went first thing in the AM so it wasnt busy at all. The staff was friendly and when a game took our coins they were quick to replace it.

Weekday evening not too crowded so good. Only problem was pizza was ready but sitting for worker to pick up and never did. We notice 30 minutes later and took it to the table ourselves. Always good to use the coupon deals that come in the mail bestbet money-wise.

Great place for kids to let loose. One great thing is the exit is supervised to ensure no child wonders outside.
