So pretty and relaxing! A far cry from the pretentious wineries of Napa, THIS is where to go for girls day out. Great atmosphere and service, 6 pours for $15 plus you get to choose from twelve different wines (choice between two for each pour). Go for the Merlot and the dry rose - the sweet rosetta is very sweet!

We are long time members of Wooden Valley winery. My father used to purchase wine from WVW. They are a family run business. They know what they are doing and they do it well. We love their wines. All of the staff are.very friendly and welcoming. Love going to the events. Especially, the food truck Fridays.

Excellent location out in the country with beautiful views around it. The winery has picnic tables with umbrellas and there are restrooms. The winery is just down the road from Larrys Produce so you can shop for the best fresh veggies before or after you stop by Wooden Valley Winery. And I am *HERE* for their 2018 Sparkling Rosetta!

My husband and I have loved being a part of Wooden Valley’s wine club! Their staff is always so friendly and we have yet to try a wine we didn’t like. Thanks for being so awesome!

My wife and I have been coming to Wooden Valley for over a decade now and cannot say enough about the staff and owners, the Lanza Family, and the wine is yummy too.We especially enjoy their wine club pickup parties and Food Truck Fridays with live music and dancing (see photo) - the music is great as is the food. I never knew food trucks could be so gourmet but these certainly are (even have vegetarian if you like it).

A local winery just close enough. The wine is great and so is the atmosphere. It is set up to taste outside and fulfills covid requirements. The wine is also priced great!

Came here last week with a girlfriend its a beautiful lil outdoor area they have set up for outdoor wine tastings during covid times. They give you a really nice plastic wine cup. Tastings are $15 they have a really nice selection and good quality wines. Ive onky ever been to napa/Sonoma area and was thinking my experience might not live up to that. But the wines were exceptional. Stacy our pourer was super friendly and was nice enough to give us an extra pour as there were so many wines they offer and we were torn between some offered. We both went home with a bottle we liked. Its also kid friendly (but I def left my lil ones at home they are too much work lol) The fall time was a beautiful time to come they had a lot of beautiful pumpkins out from Larrys im sure (their pumpkin patch is beautiful too) and the vineyards are turning golden. I wish more of the wineries offered a bite to eat but most dont. So plan accordingly mist will let you bring your own food for a picnic. Or stop at Mankas grill they have lovely out door shaded area and have also opened up their indoor section. On a Sunday they were not busy. Good food. Also the il fiorello olive oil company has lovely outdoor area. They are no longer doing oil tastings for now but offer 1 food dish per week. Call for their special. They usually offer sorbet too not sure if its still avail. But worth a visit if you get lunch there... bring a bottle of wine with you! (or have a water break lol!) Looking forward to coming back to the area with the hubby.

I have nothing but high praise for the Wooden Valley Winery, They are a family Own winery and very helpful for those who want to know about there wine. As we learn now to survive through the Coronavirus Pandemic, They have social distancing Outside so everybody can enjoy their time at the winery.

Wonderful outside venue during Covid times.Staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Wines are good.

Cozy and quaint little stop. Wooden Valley is a small but delightfully unique tasting room with a sprawling winery nestled amongst the hills in Fairfield. Reasonable rates and wonderful wines make this a great choice for wine tasting in the area.

Just happened on this place by chance. We loved every wine we tasted here. I cant say that about the other vineyards we visited. Great place. Great staff. I wish I lived in CA Id only buy my wine from them.

I took my aunt and cousin here for a quick tasting while it was raining and we loved it. The wine was great and since we bought a bottle it waived the tasting fee. Michelle was amazing and very friendly. She even helped take photos and staged a great bottle shot. They also have guided tours that I will probably schedule in better weather.

It is a beautiful place in the Suisun valley. Great personnel, freindly, with exceptionnal expertise. After a wine tasting and my comments they knew EXACTLY what I need! We had a good chat and spent a great time there. Must attend :)

I always enjoy going to Wooden Valley. In my opinion, it is the best tasting wine in the area (not knocking the other locals, I just prefer WVW more). Very friendly staff, very clean tasting room and facilities. Todays trip was not out of the norm, Nancy was a wonderful hostess.

What can I say.. we just LOVE this place. The atmosphere is so nice and they host the BEST parties throughout the year. If you get a chance to experience barrel tasting.. do it.. that just adds to an already great experience. They have wonderful wines and great prices. I am a wine club member and take my family there frequently to taste. ALWAYS friendly knowledgeable staff.. Thank you Wooden Valley for being so awesome!!

I went to do a wine tasting on a Monday afternoon with some friends and a was pleasantly surprised by the delicious selection of wines and how knowledgeable our wine expert Meghan was. Very nice atmosphere in the tasting room.

My husband Tom and I stopped here on a Friday with friends. It was our best experience by far during our visit from Michigan. Stephanie was our server very knowledgeable, friendly, and made our visit very enjoyable. Over all a warm and comfortable tasting room that has a great store also.

Good wine at affordable prices. They have a good selection of whites and red, and several sweet wines for those who havent developed a taste a taste for the good stuff. My personal favorite is the Malbec!

Unlike the Napa Valley wineries one of the owners Ron Lanza came over and spoke with us and we just had a wonderful time this is the kind of experience you get when you come to a Suisun Valley winery, very personal and enjoyable.

Might have good wine (in fact I know they do) but if you want to sit outside and actually enjoy the location, be prepared to drink out of PLASTIC CHINET CUPS?? Its not an event day, and we are the only ones here right now. The reason I was given for plastic cups is that they just got new glasses. Ok. 1 star for otherwise good wine, 1 star for being dog-friendly (but not inside). -3 stars for destroying the experience (and the wine) with cheap drinkware. Sadly, I doubt well be back unless they abandon this absurd decision.
